Very rude people with no manners I said thank you twice to the woman who served me and got no reply. Won’t be going there again as good manners cost absolutely nothing.

We ordered pizza without bacon as we don’t eat. They sent pizza with becon. When I called to Papa John, simple says sorry which is not acceptable. Poor service

Simmi Kohli was the manager today and she run this place so smoothly excellent greeting as soon as we walked in showed us to the table and kept the buffet smooth flowing chatting with the customers and we all enjoyed hot pizza with no delays or cold food . She has excellent customer service and knows what she is doing and her stuff . Thanks very much simmi for making our visit a good one . Definitely recommend her and Pizza Hut in Feltham A++++

Hi, I am reporting the company Firezza. They took my order online but did not fulfill the order. I have tried calling a few different branches and head office, and I've emailed to get my refund back. They have not replied. The company is going to court in June. Case number 828. Do check or take them off your website.

Just ordered a chicken tandoori pizza from Singh's corner on Saturday night, What joke and horrible experience. The pizza has been rushed in such a way it's dough is completely raw uncooked and been delivered to us. What poor service, even after speaking to the restaurant the staff can't even string a sentence let alone understand my concerns. Absolutely discussed by the experience no customer service skills what so ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless your ready to be sick. Just can't imagine who gave this place a license to practice. Lesson learned 😝🤮🤮
