Firezza Ltd in Hounslow

Hi, I am reporting the company Firezza. They took my order online but did not fulfill the order. I have tried calling a few different branches and head office, and I've emailed to get my refund back. They have not replied. The company is going to court in June. Case number 828. Do check or take them off your website.

Ordered last night as takeaway, arrived on time and delivered by v pleasant gentleman. The pizzas are good but lack toppings. The sides were good but not nearly enough dip. Tasty as it is, not worth the money and I got £10 off. Unfortunately, there was a better deal advertised on the site which was not available.

I have been a customer of your Notting Hill branch for some time. I ordered online as usual. To my annoyance my pizza arrived (cold) from the West Hampstead branch. I was informed that this branch has closed. If I had known during the ordering process I would not have ordered from somewhere well over 20 minutes away. To rub salt into my cold pizza the order was wrong and arrived 40 minutes later than expected. I feel for the guys in West Hampstead as they should not have received my order. Totally unacceptable for a website to not inform the customer that the order would now be fulfilled by a different branch.

Like many other people who have reviewed this restaurant for takeaway, we ordered a pizza on a Friday night at 1950, were told it would arrive at 2020, and then it didn’t turn up until 2150!! So two hours after we ordered...the tracker continually said it would arrive at 2020 and the branch would not pick up the phone, despite my ringing 5 times. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and one of our dips was missing. So disappointing as we loved ordering from Firezza’s Battersea branch and never had an issue. The one saving grace is that I contacted Head Office and they gave us a full refund. Good way to deal with this. But why not just work to improve the delivery service at this restaurant?

we ordered delivery directly from Firezza Chiswick and I was scared it wouldn't come, and if it did it would be cold (like all the reviews say), but we asked for it to come for a certain time and it came on the dot and was hot and delicious! (phew) So don't be disheartened necessarily :)

Ordered delivery from their website today as got a discount code. The food arrived 30 mins after their expected delivery time. Gave the driver the cash, did not include bottled drink. I was told to contact the shop.

I have ordered twice from the Firezza in Chiswick. The first time the pizza took for ever to come and when it did eventually arrive after having an unhelpful and unapologetic rude woman on the phone say ‘We are busy that is the reason for delay’ the order was wrong anyway. I had ordered a GF pizza and had been delivered a regular based pizza so couldn’t eat it anyway. Didn’t use them for a while but decided to give them another go. Same story, ordered a simple margarita, was given an estimated time of 30 minutes, I am genuinely still waiting for it to be delivered, the other thing is they don’t answer the bloody phone either so I can’t even chase them up, see picture of how many times I called and never got through. NEVER, EVER using this shocking service again. Appalling, I don’t know how businesses like this are allowed to stay running.

Not for the first time, waited over an hour for delivery when it is promised in half an hour. Website is hard to order from in the first place, then nobody answers when you try and ring them up. Useless!!

Firezza is one of my favourite takeaway pizzas. Their Vegan cheese is probably one of the best in town. Always tasty, warm, on time. Sometimes I find them a bit pricy, however when you order one of their deals - it's 200% value for money. Pizza = life! Thanks for always delivering amazing tasty pizza :)

Tried to order a pizza here but the process was so horrendous that we didn’t get there. They don’t recognise their own deals, the service was abysmal. I recommend you try somewhere else.

I have used this place a number of times with no problems and have always been very happy but after the fiasco I had on Thursday night with the new management means I will never use them again. I placed an order online to be delivered at about 8.17pm. The restaurant is about two minutes away from where I live and in the past I have had deliveries made in less than 20 minutes. My order was 1 breaded chicken, 1 rotolo di formaggi, 1 garlic bread, 1 capricciosa, 1 patate, 2 chicken wings, 1 mista, 1 garlic bread with mozzarella and a selection of dips. Total: £57.00. At 8.45pm I called and asked where my order was as it was now nearly 30 minutes late, I was told 'We had a problem and have had to re-make your order, it is just going out the door now and will be with you in 2 minutes'. OK I thought, no big problem. 15 minutes later the driver arrived with a bag of stone cold food missing 1 garlic bread with mozzarella and 1 capriciossa. The driver said that he hadn't worked for them for two years and had been called in to help out as the new management were cutting corners with staff and then duly dropped all the items on the floor!! I called the shop to speak to the manager and what should have been a simple conversation had me fuming. He would not listen, talked over the top of me when I was trying to explain what was going on and put the phone down to answer a call on another line. I eventually got half the money off and the rest of the order, although they even got that wrong too so I will never go back there again. It's such a shame as this used to be a great place with great service.

Stopped in on the way home. And all I’ve got to say is probably one of the best pizzas I’ve eaten. Delicious!!!

The menu looked good, and even though it was a bit pricy we decided to order from Firezza. The result was disappointing- the pizza was not very tasty. It's a very average pizza, but for the amount of money you pay here, you can get a much better pizza other places.

After a 12 hour day at work I couldn't face cooking and ordered a pizza for delivery last night. Ordered online so I could pay with my card, the site was relatively easy to use although it's hard to understand how much pizza you will get for 1/4 or 1/2 meter. If you are big eaters you may find the 1/2 meter not quite enough for two. That wasn't a problem though because the pizza was inedible when it finally arrived! The website said it would be delivered in 45 minutes. After an hour I called the shop and they said the driver had left 5 minutes ago - it's 5 minutes max from there to my house so it should have been arriving in seconds....20 minutes later no pizza. I called again, they said the driver was one minute away. 10 minutes later the pizza finally arrived. 90 minutes wait in total. When the pizza finally came it was dry, barely any cheese on half of it and it was burnt. We tried to eat it but had to throw it away. Appalling food and service. Don't go there. I made the mistake of not checking tripadvisor first. I won't make that error again!

We've never had any problems with orders and delivery. We sometimes collect too when it suits our schedule. Better, and more 'professional' / less junky, than usual take-away pizza with one criticism: too much salt.

Wondering how this place is in business. Awful food, awful customer service. Waited over 2 hours for delivery and staff haven't a clue of what's going on. Avoid !

Entrega tardó más de una hora y llegamos tibios. Coberturas fueron seriamente (tenía que mirar de cerca para encontrar cualquier), sobre todo teniendo en cuenta su £1. 50 por extra.

I ordered 2 pizzas on a Saturday night on the phone, I made it clear one of the pizzas would be for 3 people so he recommended 1/2 meter or whatever so we agreed 2 pizzas which one was for 3. At 9:20pm we arrived after 15/20 mins the guy messed up the pizza completely. Fine, not a problem, we order the 2 we wanted and wait another 15/20 mins. So by now it's 10:30 After 25 minutes he guy tells us there isn't enough dough as the pizzas coming in from online or deliveroo orders took priority (not sure why as I was there first and was waiting for their mistake ) as I was in there asking for a refund and causing a bit of a scene one the drivers behind the useless manager asked "which one is your boyfriend?who are you trying to impress?" As I was surprised and insulted by his comment I start telling the manager to give me a refund immediately as I was furious and he doesn't apologise for his rude drivers or anything. He says the refund will take till Tuesday (it was Saturday) and I am still waiting. I will be going in there today to get my money back.

Pedí pizza, que estaba tomando más de una hora, así que me llamó. Dijo el conductor era un accidente así que hará la misma pizza y enviarlo de nuevo. Un par de minutos más tarde llegó la pizza original! Que es una excusa bastante oscuro. Realmente espero que no lo hacen. De todos modos la pizza era apenas tibia y se olvidaron de la salsa, así que me llamó. Una persona contesto y realmente no importa el problema, pero dijo que están haciendo otra pizza por ahora, así que tendrás que en 20 - 25 minutos. La segunda pizza nunca llegó. Así que el tiempo sin duda que mintieron! Chocante comportamiento. Yo le preguntar acerca de esto. Así que no use su servicio de entrega!

Pedimos nuestra pizza y esperamos más de una hora antes de que llame. Nos dijeron pizza era el horno y estará en su camino. Esperamos otra hora y llamamos de nuevo y nos dijo que es simplemente estar preparado. Si no pudieron cumplir la orden luego que me han dicho. Servicio mediocre y no lo recomendaría!

Cuando yo estaba haciendo mi pedido en línea me encontré con todas estas críticas y no casi me echó. . Pero de todos modos fui, y me quedé muy contento con mi pizza! Se hizo muy rápido, fueron muy amables y eficientes. Quizás han tomado en consideración todos estos comentarios! Yo diría que probarlo una vez más. . Tal vez pueda cambiar sus chicos!

Food is good, used to be better before they changed the menu. But the delivery times are ridiculous! You'll wait well over an hour and a half and more often than not it'll arrive cold. The staff and delivery people are really nice but the place is let down by the fact that they can't manage the demand. Not worth it any longer.

Don't do it! Order never arrived after more than an hour. Not even sure the order will be refunded which apparently will be credited back after 4-5 days! This has happened before but this has to be the last time. Kids are now without lunch...

Ordered 2x verde ortolana on a Sunday afternoon. Was the worst pizza we've ever had. Hardly any vegetables, dry, too much dough, very little filling, no spices at all. Seriously bland and tasteless.Asks the worst part is that we were so bloated the next day. My gosh. Don't recommend this place at all.

Lovely pizza bases, good toppings, and extras available. Worth the extra cost, an enjoyable meal. I'm staying over the road, as usual, and enjoy coming back.

They changed their menu since mid September 2016, reducing prices by half, reducing the toppings and quantity of ingrediends on the pizzas. Their pizzas used to be the best ones I tried in London. My pizza was like a Marguerita pizza...with almost nothing, and not enought tomato sauce. Very disapointing, my flatmates and I were ordering quite a lot. I think they will loose a lot of customers... Shame

Stopped in after work and grabbed a pizza as it was close to my hotel.I opted for the piccante pizza which was really good. The Nduja sausage was fantastic and had a good spice with it and it was this that made the pizza for me. I also got the chicken strips and they were cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside but still succulent inside.My review may be a bit tarnished as I hadn't eaten all day and was really hungry but based on my experience I would go back.

Firezza Pizza are really good but their delivery service is appalling...on this occasion an estimated delivery time of 40 mins turned into 60mins on check out, 2hrs 10mins later the pizza arrived luke warm !! tried several times to phone the number provided which just goes to a recorded message ....sad!!

Lady who took the order over the phone was efficient and the pizza arrived in the 45 minutes which was advised when ordering. But whilst I think the pizza could have been pretty good on this occasion it was stone cold. Not just lukewarm but actually cold. We had to put it in the oven to heat it up which left it dry and chewy. We won't be ordering from here again. Our search for a good pizza delivery continues....

On the 15th of feb i order 2 pizzas.They came after more than 1hour plus with wrong cheap toppings with no flavour at all , the most disgusting pizza ever since 2004 .I was forced to complaint about it so after a day of calling and calling the main office i had a cofirmation for the refund.Today , the 8th of march I'm finding out that the refund is not been made at all from nobody from FIREZZA .Mss communication ??????NOT AT ALL because i have a text message from the regional manager saying all done .IS PURE FRAUD !!!!!!!!!!!!!WORST COMPANY EVER IN LONDON , WORST PIZZA EVER IN LONDON

A few weeks ago I ordered the best pizza ever from Firezza. I've just tried to repeat the experience using their website, but my browser told me the website wasn't secure when sending my card details. I tried to order through Just Eat, my order was rejected. I tried to order through HungryHouse (where Firezza were offering some amazing deals) but they waited about 25 mins to reject my order again. It's all very well having amazing pizza and great offers, but if you can't get it, what's the point?

Best ever risotto and Pizza. The food was very fresh and homely. Great service and value for money. Would go again for sure !

Ordered from them the other night... Beautiful looking pizza with authentic great tasting crust. My only issue with it is that the ingredients used ie: beef and chicken seem a bit manufactured, the need looked like donner kebab meat and the chicken was sparse chunks opposed to shredded what I was hoping for...The flavours were masked by the great wood fired crust... But in areas the base of the crust was wet? I don't really know why this was.Bannoffee pie was not homemade by the looks of it and was not great but okay.Overall 3/5 the toppings of the pizza could do with looking a less like they have been dumped on when you can actually find them

Having only ordered on the three occasions for delivery to my home I have to say that the ingredients used are fantastic however the actual overall pizza once delivered is lukewarm and the ingredients are quite sparse.Having given this a try on a few occasions for the money I don't think it's value enough for me to go back.Maybe it is better to eat in store as the pizza to plate is instant?Not for me however three strikes and it's out

I have ordered firezza twice. On both occasions I have been excited about the takeaway and the reviews that I have seen.On the first occasion, the pizza looked great. Unfortunately the potato wedges we were ordered were visibly burnt and cold. The second time I tried this takeaway, the pizza and our sides were both cold - to the extend where we had to put the oven on to reheat. (This was also on a Wednesday so I did not expect the resturant to be busy.) My pizza had far too much mozzarella, and this was thrown on in big chunks which meant i had to remove half of it to eat the pizza. It seemed as it too much emphasis was placed on the look of the pizza but not the actual taste. I ended up swapping with my boyfriend.I do not recommend this. It is expensive and quite frankly, very disappointing.

Best Pizza in West London. My wife is Italian and she often orders to get a taste of home. Have only eaten take away, but inside it seems ok. Its the taste that you go hear for, the buffalina is amazing. However it's not cheap, but you get what you pay for
