The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Hillingdon London

Used them a couple of times and would go back again. Good pizza and good deals if collecting. Not easy to park outside so collecting not great. Good choice on menu too

I had the meatball feast and I can honestly say this is one of the best pizzas I've had in this country, staff were very friendly and the service was quick.

The Pizzas are really good. We specially love their Jalapeños and Corn pizza

Generally the service is average, lovely atmosphere but service lets it down. When asked if we could order for the kids first because we are waiting for friends to arrive they said no. We were told they can't manage the order load and apparently they get so many take away orders, if we order in two parts it will cause delays and issues. This is such a let down and we won't be visiting again for sure. It signals poor management of the restaurant and also they deprioritize customers in the restaurant vs online orders. Doesn't make much business sense whatsoever. Advice: 1. If it's a big group ask if they wish to split the bill or pay together before taking orders This would save time and reduce confusion. 2. Showing flexibility and being attentive to your customers goes a long way. 3. Review the current design of your bill. It's so confusing and hard to understand. Many restaurants do it way better and less messy. 4. Kids menu when taking orders ask clearly if they wish to choose their dessert now or later. One of the kids parent didn't know and her child ended up with no dessert due to the slow service and confusion by staff. And to top it off she was charged for it even though she didn't have it.

Lack of sauce, no cutlery, too dry wings and no napkins. Much to improve.

Awful. I had pizza and it was tepid, floppy and undercooked. Probably one of the worst pizzas I’ve had in 50 years. The staff look clueless.

Tired from a day of traveling and visiting tourist sites gave this place a chance. Spouse ordered the Washington burger and I the Tennessee. Neither of us were disappointed. Food arrived hot, well prepared with a wonderful presentation. Would recommend.

A very small portions of dry Doner and Chips on their own with no salad or anything. The doner tasted old as well. :-(

Food is good but service is zero the guy who taking order by phone he don’t know how to talk with customers first he have to learn some manner and after he can cme to take order seriously im customer here from long time but never ever any one misbehave like this im very disappointed and never gona buy pizza from here

Ordered pizzas etc and after seeing they’d supposedly been delivered rang to say they hadn’t, was told they were 2 minutes away. Rang back after 20 minutes to be told the driver must have gone off with them or given them to someone else! No chance of reordering so we had to go hungry and wait up to 5 days for a refund ! Terrible service !

This is my first order with Pizza Hut Northwood. The pizza delivered was uncooked and stale. I called them, and they said we can't help, complaint on the website. My daughter started to feel unwell after taking a bite. We had to discard the pizza into the food bin. I will never order with Pizza Hut. Please be careful.

50 mins late and was so greasy. This was the second time we ordered, first was very greasy but gave benefit of doubt. Won’t order again.
