I had the meatball feast and I can honestly say this is one of the best pizzas I've had in this country, staff were very friendly and the service was quick.

Visited this establishment on numerous of occasions but have NB ever left feedback as I am new to trip advisor.I ordered there Mega Takeaway pizza priced at £7.99.With that you are allowed 4 fillings .The cheese is included so I added pepperoni ,onions ,red and green peppers and went for the deep pan.Fantastic pizza very tasty and value for money. The staff are always pleasant and if you are in the area I would recommend that you visit this place you would not be disappointed.

Great quality pizza, fresh ingredients, excellent taste. Incredible value in comparison with any other outlets, especially if you collect...£7.99 for the biggest supreme! Beat that. Oh, and the service is friendly.

We ordered two super size pizzas with our own choice of toppings. We were told 15 minutes before collection would be ready. We collected and the pizzas were piping hot with fresh ingredients and great taste. Better than the big chains. Also their garlic bread with and without cheese were both very tasty. Definitely recommended & look forward to revisiting when next in Harrow.

DO NOT ORDER.I ordered a pepperoni Pizza and chicken strips. The pepperoni was super dry and instead of receiving chicken strips, I got soggy chicken bites and two chicken strips which were the worst chicken strips I've EVER had. See main picture and uploaded picture.I called within an hour of ordering and told them about my order and the guy in the store did not care at all. I then emailed customer service and they only offered me £5 off my next order which is useless because I would never ever order from this awful place again!!! They refused to refund me for the chicken strips that I did not receive! Worst service ever. Shocking.DO NOT ORDER.

86 High StreetGenerally the service is average, lovely atmosphere but service lets it down. When asked if we could order for the kids first because we are waiting for friends to arrive they said no. We were told they can't manage the order load and apparently they get so many take away orders, if we order in two parts it will cause delays and issues. This is such a let down and we won't be visiting again for sure. It signals poor management of the restaurant and also they deprioritize customers in the restaurant vs online orders. Doesn't make much business sense whatsoever. Advice: 1. If it's a big group ask if they wish to split the bill or pay together before taking orders This would save time and reduce confusion. 2. Showing flexibility and being attentive to your customers goes a long way. 3. Review the current design of your bill. It's so confusing and hard to understand. Many restaurants do it way better and less messy. 4. Kids menu when taking orders ask clearly if they wish to choose their dessert now or later. One of the kids parent didn't know and her child ended up with no dessert due to the slow service and confusion by staff. And to top it off she was charged for it even though she didn't have it.
