The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in West End City of London, Westminster London

I absolutely do not recommend Pilgrims in London. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely disorganized – it felt like no one knew what they were doing. The entire place reeked of weed, which was disgusting and gave off a very sketchy vibe. On top of that, we had to wait forever even though it wasn’t busy. Total waste of time. Never again!

The restaurant is amazing. The food is even better. The customer service is outstanding. I’d like to highlight the special attention and treatment I received from Daria. She was incredible throughout the night—very attentive and helpful!! Definitely one of the best pizzerias in London!!

No te dejes posponer por las colas de la hora del almuerzo. Nos dieron una mesa muy rápido y el personal era amable. Buenos bocadillos a la hora del almuerzo. Sin duda recomendaría para comer en o para llevar.

Me encantó este lugar y sin duda volveré a ir de trabajo para una oferta de almuerzo y estaba muy impresionado. Todos los aspectos. Melissa el gerente era como tratar a un viejo amigo con su bienvenida y el otro personal era brillante también. las pizzas eran verdaderamente deliciosas y mientras parecían pequeñas solo podía comer la mitad. recomiendo encarecidamente y mientras que en la zona volveremos.

Pizzeria ottima per una cena tra amici, locale pulito e caldo (gennaio 2025 con -3 fuori). Ma il must è la VERA PIZZA NAPOLETANA fatta ad arte! Ottimo impasto tirato a mano! Ottima mozzarella e pomodoro! Un sogno trovarla a Londra. Personale simpatico e gentile. Di meglio pizzerie non ce n’è. Bravi ragazzi 👌🏽

Carlos nos recibieron desde la calle. Sabía que iba a ser divertido. La comida era fabuloso pan de ajo queso seguido por la ternera mi amigo tenía el risotto. Rara vez tienen postres pero estos eran el cielo. Gran hospitalidad y un montón de sorbíamos Limonchello. Volveremos de nuevo pronto.

Never again! Since we were here with a group of 25 people, we were given the opportunity to get a discount. We had to give the restaurant a good Google review, and in return we received free drinks. I ate three slices of pizza (the base was very thick, sloppy, oily, and generally just tasted like undercooked dough) and a small salad. I had to pay 14 pounds for that. It's "all you can eat," but you have to pay extra for the drinks and the ice cream machine.

We visited Prezzo at Glasshour for a dinner. The taste of the food, service was exceptional and thanks a lot Hamit, we definitely will come and taste your food😌

Este es un buen lugar para comer en soho. Servicio rápido y un gran personal que sea perfecto si sólo quieres algo de comer que es rápido. Algunos restaurantes en la zona que tienen que esperar años para conseguir el servicio.

¡La señora mayor con cabello corto y oscuro que sirvió a mi esposo parecía irritada y estaba impaciente! Parecía que era demasiado pedir leche de avena. Mi chocolate caliente estaba lleno de cacao sin disolver. Nos sentimos muy poco bienvenidos! No volveremos de nuevo.

No me molestaría en ordenar desde aquí. Pre-ordenamos algunas pizzas para llegar a nuestro trabajo a la 1 pm ya que es Navidad y 40 minutos después no han aparecido. Verificamos a la 1 y todavía estaban en la etapa de preparación, intentamos llamar desde entonces y nunca se molestaron en levantar el teléfono. La mayoría de las personas han tenido que regresar al trabajo porque tienen clientes con citas que no almuerzan. I went yesterday night to this place with a dozen of colleagues to celebrate Christmas. I've had one of the worst experience in a bar/restaurant. The service was beyond poor with a wait of nearly an hour before being served any drinks. The waiters seemed to be busy with another group downstairs and completely disregard us for almost an hour. The food was really really bad (frozen pizzas, and tomato pasta student-style - no joke). Overall, the fun was there because of the people, but the whole group agreed that the place very bad on absolutely every points.
