Rudy's Neapolitan Pizza in City of London, Westminster

Extremely good pizzas, service was 10/10 explained everything to us because it was our first time there and gave us recommendations. Would definitely go here again because I want to try out other pizzas.

We were last night at this pizzeria found on the internet. It really surprised us, very very good pizza with high quality dough and products. Excellent and attentive service with also very very appreciated suggestions. Excellent prices based on the quality. Highly recommended.

Our priority date night restaurant. Service always 10/10. Feel always welcomed and always checked on. And very speedy service too no matter how busy they seem to get! Food quality is just super star. Tried lots of pizzas in London and all sorts of restaurants but nothing beats Rudy’s especially Soho branch. Can’t recommend it enough! Just make sure to book the seating! As on busy days you might have to wait outside for a while.

Visited this evening with the family before the theatre, and it was absolutely fantastic. We always love coming to Rudy’s — the food is consistently delicious, and tonight was no exception. The service was excellent too. Hayley was warm, friendly, and full of charm. My only regret was not asking for her number 😄

Prefabricated ingredients, especially the pizza sauce, i.e., the tomato paste, is disappointing.

It's the second time I've been here and the food, service ambience are ust as fantastic as the first time. I wasn't even that hungry this time but couldn't resist going in again. The pizza and staff are just fantastic and a great feel in the entire venue. Highly recommend!

Really great pizzas at a good price. Service was informal and friendly, but quite slow at times. We didn't really mind. Room was noisy. Quite hard to hold a conversation at times. I would eat at Rudy's again but might choose a smaller branch.

Being allergic to dairy, a menu offering a vegan pizza is already a strong sign of thoughtfulness. Add to that the fact that, as a Southern Italian, trying pizza abroad is, by default and scientifically proven, a guaranteed path to bitter regret. Ruby's is the exception to that rule. Last week, we returned for the second time and instantly regretted not ordering a second pizza each to take away, fearing we’d be late for a concert. Poor decision-making on our part, as the service was lightning quick and, just like the first time, impeccably courteous. The vibe is relaxed and extremely welcoming. Big plus: the menu is very competitively priced, especially considering the restaurant is in Soho and they serve proper pizza. It’s a gem we’ll be recommending to fellow Italians and true pizza lovers alike. Provare per credere, especially for all the nostalgic Italians now living in London like me or just passing through. P.S. The vegan option is a legit pizza in its own right: flavourful, filling, and fully satisfying. We’ll be back soon!

Very good napolitan pizza, good size and wonderfull taste and dough!

Waiting times exceeding 25 minutes in the evening without a reservation. The pizzas are good but the noise inside the restaurant is unbearable. I think it must be better at lunchtime. Regarding the price, it remains relatively ok but there are not many vegetarian options.

Best Italian pizza in central London

I had a lovely evening in Rudy’s with a few friends a few weeks ago. They had both been there before and talked highly about the place. I’m not a big pizza lover but after being to Rudy’s I’ve changed my mind. The pizza was excellent, the waiter Zsanel was friendly and nothing seemed a problem for her. There was a lovely atmosphere. I will be back with my husband. I have also recommend it to a few friends.

Rudy's is a certainty if you want to eat a good pizza, served quickly. It's a restaurant chain that we discovered in Liverpool, once we saw that it was also present in London we didn't think twice about going back.

After a week of English food, I was looking for a good pizza that reminded me of our Italian cuisine. Even though it was Saturday, without a reservation and with a full place, the wait was only a few minutes with a kind and attentive staff who spoke Italian. After ordering, the pizza arrived in a few minutes: double mozzarella margherita in full Neapolitan style (with the only added variant of parmesan cheese provided on the menu). The guys are smiling and make you feel like you're in Italy. Low prices compared to average. Strongly recommended

Incredibly frustrating experience - I booked over a month ago and requested to change to an evening booking. Per the booking confirmation, which stated to reply on the email chain to make any changes, I requested an evening slot. I have now been informed, a day before my booking, that they are in fact full. This has left me with no booking for my family, despite organising and booking over a month ago. Clearly they have a serious flaw with their booking amendment system, as according to the restaurant they never received my amend request despite the fact I CLEARLY FOLLOWED the instructions to amend per their confirmation email. Incredibly disappointing and won’t be dining with rudy’s again - I advise anyone else to go somewhere else where they have a more functional booking system to avoid disappointment!!

Delicious food paired with great customer service - Zsanett and Anna were polite, friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a delicious pizza and a good selection of Spritz for warm weather you can't go wrong here.

Absolutely good Napoli style pizza, highly recommended!!

For the first evening in London not far from the hotel we found this place which was truly a surprise. Very welcoming, a nice girl welcomed us and immediately seated us. We ate an excellent pizza. To avoid any problems, we chose the classic daisy. I am speechless. It was excellent. Soft and non-gummy dough, delicate flavour, tomato from the hand-crushed peeled tomatoes, sprinkled with cacio cheese on top to add flavor and fresh basil for aroma. Only the fior di latte was not appreciated (personal taste) but overall really 9/10. The price is in line with London, so it is not commentable or comparable also because you pay for quality. It is recommended to anyone in London who wants to taste a piece of Naples.

Wow this was delicious - and the service amazing! We had the fennel sausage, caramelised onion and chilli pizza, as well as triple pepperoni and burrata. Food came in less than 10 minutes. The pizzas were huge- fantastic value for money - and tasted amazing. Classic thin, floppy base with a puffy crust. The atmosphere was also great, we were rushing to a show so we were in and out within 30 mins but there were loads of people enjoying wine and pizza and it was overall a really good vibe. Staff super friendly too. Highly recommend.

Really great service and good - wait staff were attentive even during the evening rush. Pizza came within a few minutes of ordering it and was some of the best I've ever tasted. Their dough is really nicely made and the toppings don't overload the pizza. Also reasonably priced for central London.

There are many pizza places in London but this has now become my fave. Amazing quality pizza, super efficient service and decent prices! The pizza was so good and big enough to share - we added a salad on the side. Would highly recommend a visit.

A really good pizza, and super cozy atmosphere. The only thing to put a finger on was their garlic bread which was nothing special and the slightly noisy acoustic, otherwise it was great.

We had lunch at Rudi's in Soho on March 1st and it was an excellent experience. Authentic Neapolitan pizza, top quality ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere. The table reserved for us with two small children was perfect: comfortable space, nice environment, excellent acoustics for conversation. The modern furnishings are beautiful, with very clean and well-kept bathrooms. The final coffee rounded off a lunch in which we truly felt at home. Special praise to the staff: kind, attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

Always a really good fresh pizza with proper bases and tasty toppings at Rudys and great value too (around £12) especially in the west end pre theatre.

Decent food, but not great. Maybe I ordered incorrectly, but the Triple Pepperoni Pizza was doused in honey. Which made the pizza soggy, and sweet. And unfortunately, the much vaunted Tiramisu was disappointing.

It was about 8pm on a Friday night and we waited about 15 mins to be seated (accepted counter seating). The restaurant was full, and had a vibrant atmosphere. It was bustling with life, although dimly lit (for ambience) and people were chatting through their meal. This seemed to be a great spot for catch ups and chilling. We ordered a sharing starter (chose vegetarian coz I didn't want to overload on processed meats) and portions were big. I absolutely loved this starter (will order again!) - came with several pieces of toasted rustic bread, sliced buffalo mozzarella, roast peppers, roast almonds, grilled artichoke, and green olives. Everything was super tasty. We went for 2 pizzas (coz my conscience could only handle so much carbs 🤣)... Calabrese and a special which wasn't on the menu. Calabrese comes with spicy Italian sausage and we added a burrata to it. The buerata came a minute after the pizza was served... so I initially thought they'd sliced it up and baked it together. But the surprise came when they delivered the pizza and afterwards came with the burrata and added it in the middle of the pizza. Perfection! I highly recommend adding the burrata - after slicing it, the sweet creamy texture oozed onto every slice and I lathered it all over before rolling my pizza and stuffing it into my mouth in 2 bites. Heaven. 😍 The special pizza (on the black board) didn't disappoint either.. It comes with Fennel sausage, green chilli, olives and I don't remember what else but I absolutely loved it. If you can take some spice, this is truly an amazing pizza. Both pizzas tasted really good. My only complaint about the pizzas at Rudy's is that... the pizza base tends to get soggy. Both pizzas ordered had soggy bases and even the crust is soft and soggy. But the centre bits (obviously soggy and soaked) were delicious because the ingredients were generous and tasty. Rudy's was a new experience for me, and I hadn't actually looked forward to another pizza after visiting another pizzeria yesterday. But I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. What surprised and delighted me was the friendly prices. It definitely looks more upmarket than the cheap and cheerful pizza outlet I'd visited the previous night, but the pizza prices were comparable! Unbelievable! And the pizzas were quite delicious, although I would have preferred a more sturdy crust. Nevertheless, that deterred me from eating more carbs, so I'm not too bothered... 😂 I'm glad to add Rudy's to my list of pizza places to visit in the future. Definitely a great find!

I can’t recommend this place enough not only was the food absolutely phenomenal, proper authentic pizza that tastes as good as it looks and the cocktails especially the amaretto sour was delicious. Alexandra our waitresses was incredible, she was very kind and attentive and lovely to talk to. It’s always brillant to have such a fantastic waiter it helps make an evening. As I have a nut allergy I’m always very conscious of eating out but I felt very looked after and accommodated here,as all the staff went out their way to ensure I was safe.

The real Neapolitan pizza in London!!

We spent 4 days in London, more precisely in Shepherd's Bush, and we found this pizzeria outside the shopping mall among the various restaurants. My wife, my daughter and I found the pizza to be delicious, very high quality. It's a shame we weren't able to go back not only for the pizza, but also for the kindness of the staff and the location.

We were served by Gabriele and were so well looked after! Their service was fantastic, we didn’t feel rushed at all and the pizza’s were delicious, it made it a perfect dinner out. Thank you!

Everything was good, even the prices are reasonable. But I don’t find fair that waitress select tip option on the screen without asking us, as it is written ‘optional’ on the receipt.

I had a pizza last week and I left a review on a different account. I came tonight and it’s consistent consistent great service consistent great pizza excellent. We ordered prosciutto and they served us regular raw ham, the kind that is cheap to make sandwiches with (a serious mistake for a pizzeria with an authentic Neapolitan pizza seal). The service is fast and the place has many tables available, so it can serve many people at the same time quickly. The flavor is good, but nothing more than that. In the city of Canela, in the Serra Gaúcha, there are several pizzerias with an authentic Neapolitan pizza seal that are much better than this one.

Very quick service and really good pizza! Not super familiar with how a napolitan pizza should be, great crusts but a bitt soggy in the middle which is why it’s not a five star review!

We were thrilled. For main courses we had Pizza Salame and Pizza Romagnola. The service was attentive and very friendly, there was a smile on everyone's lips. The evening was crowned with dessert: Choclate Brownie and Pana Cotta: also perfect. We'll be back next time we're in London!

Visited as a group of 4 on a Monday evening. Service was really fast. The pizzas came really quickly and were delicious! The vegan pizza was fantastic, but I believe it should have had vegan nduja but it arrived without it. The drinks were very nice too. The garlic bread was a bit disappointing though, there was zero garlic taste to it, it just tasted like dough, a bit of oil and dried herbs.

Highly recommended! We had the pizza salami and pizza with rocket and ham. Both super delicious! For dessert we had the chocolate brownie and the panacotta. Both of these are definitely recommended! The staff was also very friendly and, above all, attentive. We'd love to come back!
