Probably the best pizza I had for a very long time. It was amazing I’d recommend without any hesitation. Only thing is the restaurant is a bit loud.

The restaurant is amazing. The food is even better. The customer service is outstanding. I’d like to highlight the special attention and treatment I received from Daria. She was incredible throughout the night—very attentive and helpful!! Definitely one of the best pizzerias in London!!

I can’t recommend this place enough not only was the food absolutely phenomenal, proper authentic pizza that tastes as good as it looks and the cocktails especially the amaretto sour was delicious. Alexandra our waitresses was incredible, she was very kind and attentive and lovely to talk to. It’s always brillant to have such a fantastic waiter it helps make an evening. As I have a nut allergy I’m always very conscious of eating out but I felt very looked after and accommodated here,as all the staff went out their way to ensure I was safe.

We spent 4 days in London, more precisely in Shepherd's Bush, and we found this pizzeria outside the shopping mall among the various restaurants. My wife, my daughter and I found the pizza to be delicious, very high quality. It's a shame we weren't able to go back not only for the pizza, but also for the kindness of the staff and the location.

Everything was good, even the prices are reasonable. But I don’t find fair that waitress select tip option on the screen without asking us, as it is written ‘optional’ on the receipt.

I had a pizza last week and I left a review on a different account. I came tonight and it’s consistent consistent great service consistent great pizza excellent. I asked for chilli oil and the member of staff gave me a pot of chilli oil. Thank you so much. I shall return one of the best pizzas in town definitely worth visiting.

We ordered prosciutto and they served us regular raw ham, the kind that is cheap to make sandwiches with (a serious mistake for a pizzeria with an authentic Neapolitan pizza seal). The service is fast and the place has many tables available, so it can serve many people at the same time quickly. The flavor is good, but nothing more than that. In the city of Canela, in the Serra Gaúcha, there are several pizzerias with an authentic Neapolitan pizza seal that are much better than this one.

Very quick service and really good pizza! Not super familiar with how a napolitan pizza should be, great crusts but a bitt soggy in the middle which is why it’s not a five star review!

Visited as a group of 4 on a Monday evening. Service was really fast. The pizzas came really quickly and were delicious! The vegan pizza was fantastic, but I believe it should have had vegan nduja but it arrived without it. The drinks were very nice too. The garlic bread was a bit disappointing though, there was zero garlic taste to it, it just tasted like dough, a bit of oil and dried herbs.

Highly recommended! We had the pizza salami and pizza with rocket and ham. Both super delicious! For dessert we had the chocolate brownie and the panacotta. Both of these are definitely recommended! The staff was also very friendly and, above all, attentive. We'd love to come back!

We were thrilled. For main courses we had Pizza Salame and Pizza Romagnola. The service was attentive and very friendly, there was a smile on everyone's lips. The evening was crowned with dessert: Choclate Brownie and Pana Cotta: also perfect. We'll be back next time we're in London!

Best pizza ever. The flavors were so different.

We chose this place given the many positive reviews and being lovers of Neapolitan pizza! Nothing to say about the service as the guys are really nice and kind. But next to a service that can be given a five star rating, there is, dare I say, poor quality of food?! Starting from water: water brought in a glass bottle, a sort of carafe, probably water taken directly from the tap and had an aftertaste of chlorine. The pizza: almost raw dough, poor sauce and felt like it was sour or otherwise due to the poor quality it was really inedible. If you are not Italian, perhaps you can eat the pizza easily, otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

Family trip, we stayed there for 2 evenings, because we liked it compared to other proposals. Cozy place, industrial style furnishings, very clean. The guys who manage the reception and service are well organised. We waited a few minutes before sitting down, because the tables were occupied, however the wait was shorter than what they had expected. Pizza arrived in a few minutes, well cooked, delicious, with quality ingredients and also very large! We were comfortable, and ate and chatted pleasantly. No surprises on the bill, during our short trip we stayed in places that added a percentage of 15% to the total (they write it very small at the bottom of the menu!), here at Rudy's you don't even pay a cover charge. I ordered by telephone when I was parked outside the member of staff was great excellent customer service more than accommodating. The pizza was so light and the taste was 10 out of 10. Fantastic atmosphere great food excellent service definitely worth a visit. I had a margarita pizza and the ingredients tasted so fresh and the dough was so fresh.

I admit that I have never eaten such good pizza, not even in Italy. I found the choice to prepare the tiramisu with chocolate chips super, very delicious! We came to eat there as a family on 02/22/2025. The pizzas were good, however we had an awkward moment, with a waiter wearing a keffiyeh on his chest like a flag, I didn't really know what that had to do there... We felt like we were in the middle of a controversy or a conflict that didn't concern us and that had no place on a Saturday evening in a family pizzeria. The pizzas are very good but I do not recommend this place which causes conflict.

One downside was the limited pizza options, as there were no choices with chicken or beef, which was a bit disappointing. The service was also a bit slow, likely due to the busy evening rush. That said, our server, Amy, was very helpful and friendly, taking the time to recommend the best options on the menu. Overall, a good experience with nice starters and friendly service, but the pizza could be better.

I've been here twice. First time was really great. Second time there was a queue that they didn't seem to be trying to manage at all. Was only looking for people that had bookings and wouldn't give any sort of estimate as to how long we would have to wait due to the poor service we left and ate elsewhere, might go here again if I'm passing and there isn't a queue but due to the poor service, I don't think I'll specifically set out to go there again

I didn’t have my glasses on and didn’t realize my pizza had honey on it - I would have held that back. It’s a little challenging to get my bill.

We went to Rudy’s Pizza Soho twice during our stay in London. Totally friendly reception, the waiter was extremely quick, the drinks were there less than a minute after ordering, even though the house was really full. Starters were to die for, not to mention the quality of the pizza. Simply PERFECT, desserts too. Service is always very attentive, for example when it comes to replenishing drinks. The same thing happened on the second evening. Our waitress Daria tried extremely hard to make sure we had a nice evening. Next time in London I’ll definitely go to Rudy’s Soho again. THANKS.

I was in Italy several times and Rudy's pizza in Soho, yes, in Soho is the best of the best, the top of the tops ( they have few branches). Amazing staff, they are just super! Thanks to a manager lady! Me and my friend enjoyed pizza on the 3rd of February. The pizza was sooooo delicious!!! Triple pepperoni!! Must have! Definitely will come back and bring more friends! I don't even have time to go back to the hotel that hosts me and my boyfriend, I'm still sitting at the pizzeria table and this pizza is worth more than 5 stars. We come from northern Italy and I personally don't like Neapolitan pizza but this was super appreciated! Stumbled upon rudy's when we were looking for a restaurant to have a late lunch. Despite it being almost 3pm it was still super busy. When entering it smelled amazing and the staff was friendly. It's true that it was super noisy but that didn't make the food any less good. We had the porchetta and the carni pizza and they were both huge and delicious. I saw some people complaining about the floppy or burnt aspects of the pizza but that's how napolitan pizza is supposed to be and we absolutely enjoyed it.

Having dinner here was amazing. Georgina helped me with the vegan options, not only for the food menu but also for the wine. She is so friendly and attentive; the service provided was second to none. The pizza was delicious, I highly recommend the vegan Poortobello (thanks for the tip, Georgina!) :)

Rudy’s is hands down the best pizza in London! My son absolutely loves this place and every time we’re in London—whether for a meeting or with visiting family—it’s our go-to. The pizza is always top quality, authentic Neapolitan style with perfect dough and fresh ingredients. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Good service and tasty pizza. Would go back and take more friends. We were a group of 6. The pizza and drinks all came super fast. They did much up our bill and we blindly paid it as it was being split 6 ways. As we left we noticed there were things on the bill we hadn’t ordered. I went back in and showed them and it was sorted out straight away! Excellent. Mistakes happen, but it’s how they’re sorted out that’s important. Will be back.

I always order a pizza from this restaurant when I'm in London, really authentic good Neapolitan pizza in London and in my opinion the best outside of Italy. I recommend the ones with Nduja and Portobello mushrooms. A nice combination and, best of all, the Nduja aioli is an absolute must.

Very very busy (and noisy) but couldn't fault the food or staff! Tables need booking but turnover at the bar round the kitchen is pretty fast and you'll probably get a seat there on a walk in. Would definitely return.

I had a meltdown because I couldn't speak English at all and the roaming translator didn't work, but they waited for me very kindly and took my order. The food is really delicious!

I have never felt so rushed by staff in my life. They would not stop harassing us. My friend joined me for dinner, and hadn't even put her coat on the back of her chair before we were being asked if we were ready to order. I understand you want to get as many covers in as possible, but calm down! Considering how visible she made herself, the staff member in charge of our section spoke in little more than a whisper and I could not understand most of what she was asking/saying, which became very irritating considering we barely had 5 minutes throughout the meal in which she did not interrupt us to ask us yet another question. We had been in the restaurant about 10 minutes by the time mains arrived, and considering how quick it was, I was amazed to find that the pizza went stone cold immediately. For a similar price, there are other restaurants in very close proximity that are far more enjoyable. And the pizza really isnt anything groundbreaking. No, I did not enjoy the experience, and I will not be returning.

We recently visited Rudy’s in Soho, and while the experience had potential, it fell short in a few areas. The pizza itself was a bit underwhelming, and honey dip was not helping, though the burrata we added was a lovely touch and helped improve the dish. However, we were disappointed by the “optional” service charge. Our group was just three people, with only one of us eating, yet the charge was added without any discussion. If it’s labeled as “optional,” it would feel more transparent and thoughtful if staff confirmed whether to include it. We would have preferred to tip the waitress(Marvyn) directly, as the service was great. Before leaving this review, we did try to address our concerns via email, but unfortunately, no one responded, making it clear email isn’t the best way to contact them. Overall, while the staff were pleasant, a more transparent approach to charges and better communication would make for a much better experience.

Had booked on a very busy Saturday evening. Service was great. Pizzas were almost too quick to arrive, they did look/feel a bit rushed but were tasty nonetheless. We were surprised that Rudy’s don’t offer a GF dough, it seems to be standard across most other chains.

Pizza was good. The salad was below average. James collected it still uneaten and didn’t bother to ask if there was something wrong. Quite poor customer service. The atmosphere is ok, nothing special.

Stop thinking and go! I've tried most places in London specializing in Neopolitan style pizza and Rudy's has firmly taken the number one spot. Amazing choices, absolutely stunning ingredients (get the Burata and Campana starters) great specials (the Tripolo Pomodoro E Bufala was divine), and tasty cocktails (try the tiramisu martini). Will 100% be back for the food and for the wonderful Luigi who took excellent care of us during our time at Rudy's.

This is a really cool vibrant place well located in Soho. The staff was super friendly and very efficient. We had starters (amazing) and then pizza for dinner. We ordered 5 different ones so that we could try each of them. Likely the best pizza I have had in London!

The waiter was constantly asking if we are done and he can bring the bill despite there were not any customers waiting to be seated. That wasn’t a nice experience.

I ate Caesar salad, it wasn’t the best. And the waiter for more than three times approached and asked if we are done despite the fact that there weren’t any customers waiting to sit. We felt in so much pressure. It wasn’t a nice experience.

I absolutely love this place with its reliably great pizza. You have to be careful as many of the options contain parmesan which is not vegetarian. The waiters are kind enough to remove that from the pizza. I usually end up ordering a vegetarian version of a meat pizza.
