Rudy's Neapolitan Pizza in City of London, Westminster

Check the amount they enter on the card payment machine. I’ve been chasing a refund for an overcharge for almost a week, and still no luck.

Went here with my son who used to live in Manchester where Rudy's is based. Simply the best pizza I've had in the UK. They know their stuff.

This place is great with amazing Italian pizzas and more! And it’s affordable too!

The food was wonderful, had a wonderful host meet me at the door. He had dreadlocks and I’m afraid I didn’t catch his name but he was incredibly polite and helpful.

Thus was a great place for our small party. The service is outstanding, friendly, inviting, and fun. The food here is delicious. I would recommend Rudy's for any night out with friends and family.

Service was great, luckily we booked as it was very busy to the point that I think the restaurant staff was a bit stretched. We ordered campari spritz, some olives and two pizzas Margherita with buffalo mozzarella. We got the drinks but they were aperol spritz and not campari spritz, the olives never came, the pizzas were good but mine only had a very small amount of mozzarella only in the very middle. I did not complain as the restaurant staff was soo stretched and busy, but I will aim to go back maybe during the week. Hope this helps.

First review I’ve ever written but I felt I had to because everything was incredible honestly. Loved the service (Tom was superb). The pizza dough was delicious. Toppings tasted super fresh and the chilli honey dip was out of this world.

The food was delicious, the vibes were very good, it was calming and a very delicious meal that was served, I totally recommend it!

Pizza was good and the staff was friendly. However, the bill had a 12.5% service charge included, which I found rude. I pretty much always leave tips, but as a paying customer, I am the one who wants to decide if and how much to tip. If those extra funds are absolutely necessary for the establishment to survive, then they should be baked into their prices.

We went here with our five kids after North London derby. The waiter Yassime got us felt very welcome and the visit was worth every penny. We'll definitely be back on our next visit in London. Great pizzas!

The service was bad. The attendant did not enjoy the work. The salami pizza was not good - the salami was chopped into small pieces. The burata was good though.

I've been to Naples before and can confirm that the pizza here is absolutely fantastic and true to the original. The staff were soooo sweet and courteous, we were made to feel very welcome and can't recommend this restaurant enough! 🫶

Very tasty and fast service, however they did forget our side salad (which wasn’t all that) - but the waiter knocked it off our bill. Had another issue, as they claimed halal pepperoni would not be charged extra but the team did it anyways… so was confusing but we didn’t mind.

Real Italian pizza, delicious, quality ingredients

I visit various Rudy's regularly for the 'tonno' pizza, it's divine. Great place to have a no fuss meal. Service is fast and pizzas are delicious. The garlic aioli dip and the hot honey dip are so tasty. I know I'll definitely visit again, it's a must!

Great pizzas, plenty of ingredients and well balanced in flavour and seasoning. The menu states fresh chillies can be added for free on some of the pizza. Mine (Cinghiale) already came with chillies and I asked for a bit more. Annoyingly they charged extra without telling me beforehand. Service was slow towards the end of the night even though the restaurant wasn’t that busy.

Pizza was good. Not too pricey but also nothing outstandingly different or unique. Weirdly all their staff speak at a volume of 0 and it doesn’t help that the restaurant space is echoey. Absolutely could not hear any of their staff when they came to our table to take our order, ask questions, etc. Even when they were right next to us we could not hear a thing. Note that there aren’t any gluten free options for those that have that dietary need.

I'm a bit of a gourmet of Italian Restaurants guys I have to admit this is one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to in the world! Yes, the ambience is a bit British, not very Italian, but the pizzas are so enjoyable! I wouldn't be sorry if I left all my salary there!

3rd visit and it was not great! On arrival the gentleman was less than courteous. Huffed a short “yes?” as if it was an imposition us being there to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. The server eventually took our drink order (10+minutes before we were greeted at the table) and the table water never arrived. The spagliato my partner ordered was flat they had clearly used an old bottle of Prosecco from an earlier service. When we asked for a new one they clearly just brought the same cocktail back to the table! Not ideal. Still waiting on water…never came. Asked a total of 3 times for tap water for the table when the pizzas eventually came I went up to the service area and got it myself. The pizzas themselves were ok. Salami and margarita were good but the specials were not. Old tasting courgettes and they forgot to put any tomatoe base on the aubergine pizza all together. Quality seems to be going downhill as this chain gets bigger. It’s a shame as this was one of my favourite spots. Try somewhere else for Neapolitan zzz’s in London

Definitely the best pizza in London. It’s in a great location. Super central to all of the theater shows so it’s great before you go see one! Highly recommend the marg - simple and delicious. Luigi, the manager is also the kindest human I’ve ever met!

Treated myself to pizza was top quality it was comfortable . As a lone dinner it was lovely will go back but with more people.

I had to edit my review since couple of times I have been mistreated with Rudy's London Wardour branch. You have to book in advance even though the restaurant is half empty if not the managers will only allow you to sit on the bar section where you are seated uncomfortably. The lady in the reception was very rude last time. The restaurant was half empty and I was with my partner. She said since we came walk-in she will only give us bar section. Her attitude was really bad. And when we said that we were regular customers and we always come and now that the restaurant was half empty she should give us an available table which she refused to do so. So we said we were leaving and she was careless and (almost saying f off not by words but by her attitude) this happened on 22 th August 2024 at around 16:30. She was utterly rude. If Rudy's has taken their customers granted. Let me remind you. You are not the only pizza place in London. And I have visited Liverpool and Manchester branches. Their managers were brilliant and customer friendly. At the moment Rudy's will be no no place to go unless all the pizzeria's expires like pilgrims, Franco manca and many others. Please work on your staff's attitude. At the end of the day it is Pizza you are serving. Your good service will make the difference. For your reference ; Please Note the time I have last visited 22th August 2024 around 16:30. Good luck with your bad attitude.

Rudy's Pizza Napoletana is spot-on for great pizza. The Triple Pepperoni is delicious, and the tiramisu was pure heaven. Friendly service topped off a perfect meal. Highly recommend!

As an Italian and a pizza eater I can say that in this place I was able to eat a pizza made according to Neapolitan standards. The dough is light and not very salty, the ingredients are of excellent quality, the cooking takes place in a wood-fired oven... if we add that they are Italians working on it, all the ingredients for a good pizza are served... and at more than inviting prices in relation to the location of the room. I also applaud their friendliness, the furnishings of the place and the cleanliness of the bathrooms. A piece of Italy in London.

8 people went to eat, the normal place and the food was nothing spectacular, pizza, like almost all pizzerias, what we didn't like at all is that when we asked for the bill they added the commission "as optional", more than £16. Since it was optional and said that we did not pay for it, the manager came to tell us little more than that since there were 8 people, although it was optional, we had to pay for it. They didn't do anything more than what they had to do, take orders from the food and serve it. I understand that in this country tips are paid, but don't impose it on me, let me decide. Very bad truth.

We got a table straight away without waiting. Pizza was delicious and the prices were absolutely right for London standards and the service was friendly. We would come again!

My favourite pizza in London! Amazing flavour and atmosphere. I recommend the Triple-pepperoni 🍕delicious mix of spicy sausage, stracciatella and honey. The place is busy so always book online (especially for dinner)!!

We visited the restaurant whilst on a day out in London. The queue to get a table was very long. Even so,we were given a table almost straight away. We were looked after by a wonderful member of staff called Victoria. I would give her 12 out of 10!!. Such a delight to see a member of staff so polite and patient as she was. The food was lovely and fresh. The atmosphere was very lively and vibrant. To finish the evening Victoria even brought a dessert with a candle,when she found out it was my birthday. Thank you Victoria for making our evening and my birthday special.

This rating is probably just desperately hungry tourists… average pizza (soupy dough, and burned), bad service, uneducated staff, and extremely noise, hard to have a conversation. Don’t get fooled by the queue at the entrance, it’s just cause they haven’t got the capacity to serve the size of the venue.

Greeted at the entrance by Iassin, who speaks Italian very well, very comfortable place, after 3 days of eating in London spending a fortune every time we decided to try this pizzeria...Finally a good pizza in London. The pizza chefs are all Italian, even some waiters, fast service, excellent pizza, normal prices, 5 of us with 4 margheritas, 1 burrata, coke, water we spent around €60...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We loved the pizza and desserts here, especially the tiramisu! Everything on the menu was very reasonably priced. The staff were also really friendly and attentive - there was little to no wait time even when the restaurant was busy. Definitely recommend!

Real authentic pizza Napoletana. Everything that they use ingredients wise is super fresh. For example mozzarella taken out of the milk in front of you, tomato sos with seeds in it instead of ketchup. My partner had pizza tonno and that one was also amazing as well. If you care for some real good pizza it’s definitely a place to be.

Despite a queue in front of the door, it went quickly for us even without a reservation and we were shown to a table in a very friendly manner...the service was super nice and knowledgeable, helpful...the homemade lemonade was so delicious, refreshing and not too sweet - We liked the pizza very much and was a decent size. A pleasure. Fully recommended. It's also great to be able to watch how it's being prepared. Fair prices round the whole thing off. We liked the lively atmosphere...but it's a bit too loud for intensive conversations. But we were happy.

Really good quality food. Service was minimal but I didn't need 'how is the food' because it's pizza, what would I say 'it's not cooked, few more minutes in the oven?. Pizza was cooked perfectly. Good choice of food, in fact the two specials had me torn which means I need to go back for the other one. Beer choice was OK. Would have been nice to see Peronic Dupple Malto but that's fairly niche (although Pizza Express serve it). I was surprised how big the place is. I'll be back to try all the pizzas, for sure. The menu said something like 'see board for rotating guest beers' but out of the three chalk boards behind the pizzaeria I couldn't see it. However, it wasn't make or break.

The best napolitan pizza of London oh my god!!!

Forgive me, I write the review in Italian, foreigners will forgive me. I'm in London for work and a Spanish friend of mine recommended this pizzeria to me. I often travel for work and I am very reluctant to go and eat in places that boast of knowing how to cook Italian food. On this trip to London I had my parents with me (true southerners) who started to show the absence of pasta or pizza. So pushed by them I decided to try Rudy in Soho! Well, what can I say... we returned twice in 5 days in London! Impeccable pizza, nothing to envy of Italy, superlative location, clean, well-kept and very special place! Wood-fired oven and then the team.. all fantastic guys from Campania or Sardinia.. one nicer than the other and I have to admit for the first time I was wrong to listen to the cliché that you can't eat Italian outside of Italy. However, to believe me you have to go there... this is told to you by an Apulian who lived in Naples and who is addicted to pizza. Trying is believing. Average price: a margherita 10 pounds and a beer 6 pounds.

We had dinner for 4 people. We ordered 2 pizzas which were huge and a salad. . Plus 4 drinks. The price is very good for London, 40 pounds. Excellent attention. The lighting is a bit poor but I would repeat without hesitation.

REAL Italian restaurant in London 😍 The pizzas are SUCCULENT and the service is really fast! We were served 5 minutes after ordering, they are very organized. Don’t forget to reserve a table otherwise you will queue! I highly recommend 😋

Why haven't we tried this before? If it wasn't for my partners nudge to try this place I wouldn't have known about it. I have been to "the best pizza places in the world" in Naples and my God was this better than that. Easily one of my top 3 favourite pizzas in Europe! Go here! Grab any pizza (we got the ones topped with fennel sausage and n'duja and the 3 dips were genius) Tiramisu was pretty nice. Gelato was lovely. Negori (not the best). Service was very nice even though they were so busy.

We arrived here without a booking so we had to wait a few minutes before being seated. They have a good variety of pizza and the ones we tried tasted fantastic. The bread was also quite good. And the staff was also nice and friendly. I really loved the chilly honey dip. I think I prefer this over Franco manca.

Pizza’s were burned AND undercooked. In addition we both noticed sand in the salad. We did not expect this due to the many good ratings and were very disappointed.
