James gave wonderful and super friendly service on tonight’s visit (26/11/24) Super food as always.

The pizzas we experienced,the Portobello,was a good price,very tasty and generous size.But it was a bit soggy in the middle.With theirhuge pizza oven you would think they could get the dough a bit crispier,as proper Italian pizzas are.

What a great place. Turned up as a party of 5. We were told 15 minutes and it was just that. Staff very help, even taught me the correct Italian word for really nice. The food was amazing!! All 5 pizzas were devoured!!

Okay restaurant for large groups (we were 8) but I would ask not to be seated downstairs underneath the stairs, pizza was lovely and drinks were good! Food came out super fast as well!

Service was brisk and average. Pizza was average. Not enough marinara sauce meant parts of the dough were uncovered and dry. Not much going on with flavours. For better Pizza, see Santa Maria or Franco-manca.

Love this place. I’ve been a few times, but one visit stands out - a Valentine’s Day spent here with the person who eventually broke my heart. The memory stings, but honestly, the pizza was so good, it almost softened the blow. That night, the pizza was perfection, just like she was… until she wasn’t. Now, I invest in therapy, but I still come back here, because some things are worth the heartache. If you’re looking for incredible pizza that makes you forget everything else, even just for a moment - this is the place.

Service ZERO stars. I would not go here again. They had three different people wait my table (which I did not have an issue with), until I asked for the bill, paid it, and left the restaurant. On my way out I ran into a friend who was supposed to meet me down the street and was chatting with them. Then I hear someone from behind shouting at me to wait. I was shocked because I don't know anyone else in London. I turn back and ask if it was me they were referring to. And the guy says YES YOU! YOU DIDN'T PAY FOR YOUR FOOD! It took me a whole second to realize what he is accusing me of. I was shocked and so was my friend. I told him I did in fact pay. He looked very damning so I suggested we go back and check with the other 3 people who waited my table (which he already should have checked with before accusing a customer). He walks in as is keeping an eye on me so I don't run away. I see him point at me and ask the waiters who cleaned my table. They all nodded. He then turns back to me and says the most forced "sorry" I have ever heard and faces away basically running back into the kitchen. What a horrible business owner/manager/or whatever he was. Other things: When I entered there was no one at the reception desk to help me find a table, I waited a few minutes, no one showed up. Then, I walked in and asked one of the staff after they were walking away from a table. They gave me a weird look and said to go to the front (where I was before) and called someone. The place has a nice atmosphere. The food was okay. I ordered the pizza with mushroom toppings but I had to wait a long time even though they were not very busy.

One of the best pizza's you can get in downtown London but it can get really loud in there

Pizza is prepared before your eyes. The dough is very thin. The waiters pay attention to detail. They explain every detail without hesitation. There are a variety of freshly prepared lemonades.

I liked the quality-price ratio that they manage in this establishment. It is a real success to be in Soho and try their pizzas. You have dinner with the feeling that you have paid for what you eat and enjoyed it. Congratulations

The pizza was good, had the salsicca. Very yummy and the triple pepperoni was nice too. But recommend the salsicca. The dessert was okay. Service was okay as well. Would come back.

Delicious pizzas. They are ready super quickly and are prepared per person. So if you can't handle something, they can help you avoid it. My son wanted to give 7 stars on a scale of 5.... Bottom is thin (Italian style, not American), but with the things that are put on it, you still have a full stomach. Really enjoy.

The ambience is really not nice. I don't know if it's intentional. The pizza is very good although I don't normally like Neapolitan but this one is very good!

Perfect dog friendly place to eat in city centre, staff very friendly especially our server Hannah K. Staff made sure our dog had a water bowl, and perfectly cooked pizzas arrived quickly.

Great food, I appreciate that they had halal pepperoni as well. Although the pizza I ordered was name "Triple Pepperoni", the amount of pepperoni seemed a bit insufficient, but the taste was great.

If you want a Neapolitan pizza in soho in the weekend without booking this is the go-to place. Huge pizza "ruota di carro", nice dough but the ingredients could be more tasty. Overall a nice pizza

Great value pizzeria in the heart of Soho. Ideal for a quick bite to eat or meet up. Pizzas were huge and very tasty, although pizza bases we were served were slightly soggy. I’ll definitely going back again to Rudy’s, next time I fancy a pizza !

I always visit the Manchester one because it’s always on point. I was apprehensive about the London site because of the footfall in the city. Bearing in mind I did not book either, they found me a seat. I could not be disappointed. Everything. As as good as the Manchester site. I’m so glad that they have kept this service and food level going. So impressed. Seat at the area where they make pizzas is the one!

Really good pizza! A Neapolitan pizza as our lord commands. Soft dough, a nice crust and quality ingredients. Very courteous staff. Obviously as an Italian I recommend it.

Really disappointing experience. Ordered on uber eats and after more than 2 hours the order was cancelled my the restaurant. We tried contacting them throughout and weren’t responsive. Will not order again

Really busy with queue out the door, glad we booked ahead - then a friend wanted to join us and they were brilliant in moving us to bar seats with very little delay so we could sit together. Sitting at the bar gave a good view of the pizzaiolos making pies.

The pizza was good, but I prefer the one from Birmingham, first time trying the tiramisu and the cream is really nice but the biscuits where totally dry.

Honestly, the place is a bit overrated. The pizza is fine, probably a solid 3 stars. However, it has plenty of seats for solo diners, and I will always give extra credit to any restaurant that is friendly to solo diners.

Went here with my son who used to live in Manchester where Rudy's is based. Simply the best pizza I've had in the UK. They know their stuff.

The food was wonderful, had a wonderful host meet me at the door. He had dreadlocks and I’m afraid I didn’t catch his name but he was incredibly polite and helpful.

Thus was a great place for our small party. The service is outstanding, friendly, inviting, and fun. The food here is delicious. I would recommend Rudy's for any night out with friends and family.

Service was great, luckily we booked as it was very busy to the point that I think the restaurant staff was a bit stretched. We ordered campari spritz, some olives and two pizzas Margherita with buffalo mozzarella. We got the drinks but they were aperol spritz and not campari spritz, the olives never came, the pizzas were good but mine only had a very small amount of mozzarella only in the very middle. I did not complain as the restaurant staff was soo stretched and busy, but I will aim to go back maybe during the week. Hope this helps.

First review I’ve ever written but I felt I had to because everything was incredible honestly. Loved the service (Tom was superb). The pizza dough was delicious. Toppings tasted super fresh and the chilli honey dip was out of this world.

The food was delicious, the vibes were very good, it was calming and a very delicious meal that was served, I totally recommend it!

Pizza was good and the staff was friendly. However, the bill had a 12.5% service charge included, which I found rude. I pretty much always leave tips, but as a paying customer, I am the one who wants to decide if and how much to tip. If those extra funds are absolutely necessary for the establishment to survive, then they should be baked into their prices.

The service was bad. The attendant did not enjoy the work. The salami pizza was not good - the salami was chopped into small pieces. The burata was good though.

We went here with our five kids after North London derby. The waiter Yassime got us felt very welcome and the visit was worth every penny. We'll definitely be back on our next visit in London. Great pizzas!

I've been to Naples before and can confirm that the pizza here is absolutely fantastic and true to the original. The staff were soooo sweet and courteous, we were made to feel very welcome and can't recommend this restaurant enough! 🫶

Very tasty and fast service, however they did forget our side salad (which wasn’t all that) - but the waiter knocked it off our bill. Had another issue, as they claimed halal pepperoni would not be charged extra but the team did it anyways… so was confusing but we didn’t mind.
