The pizzas are ok, but nothing speacial. We take one with pineaple and other with mushrooms and ham.

This place annoys the hell out of me because the pizza has no right to be that good. Cheap, tasty and fast. I mean fast, I think the longest I’ve waited for a pizza is 4/5 mins even on a busy evening. I’ve brought tons of people here for professional and personal reasons and the reviews have always been A+. My only advice is organise to eat the pizza there as it’s thin a crispy so if you have a bit of a walk home it might get cold even in the box! It’s made to be eaten right away.

Wasn’t too keen on the margherita pizza- it was quite tough and dry. The cheese and dough wasn’t the best quality but I guess you get what you pay for. The service was great and the environment is pretty good though.

Super cozy place with tasty and thin pizzas! The price is affordable and the environment is pretty cool. During the week you can easily find a table, and they cook really fast.

We didn’t expect much when we walked in this place because a lot of places were closed but we were impressed by their pizza, it was very good! The crust, the sauce and the toppings were really tasty.

I love pizza union. Easily best pizza I had here in London. Doesn't top NYC but this is as close as it gets and its very satisfactory. Staff are always extremely quick with the pizza. The affordability and quick service truly make this a peak spot.

Been coming here for years. Great place. Today we ordered a couple of Calabria’s - very very tight on the topping tonight. Don’t expect a full pizza ….plenty of rocket to cover it up. Disappointed

It's cheap and cheerful so you can't really go wrong. We got 2 pizzas, dips and drinks for like £26 (in London!!). It's a self service restaurant so that's why I'm scoring the service as average - the staff were friendly though. Was it the best pizza I've ever tasted? No. Was it the worst? Certainly not. If I was in a hurry and wanted a quick cheap pizza I would not hesitate to go back.

Good pizzeria with a wood oven, quite cheap for London (between 6 and 10 pounds a pizza) and with the pizza you are good. Very delicious, worth it, open all day and fast

Very cheap, especially for London. System catering. Pizzas could stay in the oven longer. Next time I would say that. They advertise that they are ready in 3 minutes. In my opinion that is not necessary at all.

I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Union. I've been to quite a few pizza places, but this visit was by far one of the worst in terms of customer service. When you go out to eat, especially at a place that’s supposed to be casual and friendly, you expect a certain level of respect and customer care. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. one specific staff member took it to another level. He was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in providing even the bare minimum of customer service. It's really baffling how someone in the hospitality industry could display such unwelcoming behavior, as if we were there to cause him a problem rather than just enjoy a simple pizza. There was absolutely no reason for his hostility—it's not like we were asking for anything unreasonable or trying to get something for free. We were just regular customers, there to pay for our food and enjoy a meal. What's even more surprising is that his colleague was the complete opposite, polite and professional, which only highlighted how out of line this one person was. You would think that a team would aim for consistency in service, but the contrast between them was stark. While his colleague was helpful and courteous, this other individual was full of attitude, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s a real shame because, in a place like this, good customer service should be standard. The pizza wasn’t anything special, which made the poor service stand out even more. When you’re getting average food, you’d expect the service to at least make the experience enjoyable, but there was absolutely no balance here. I left Pizza Union feeling that my money and time would have been better spent elsewhere, especially somewhere that treats its customers with respect.

Ordered a late night takeout, pizza was nice. Not too loaded with cheese which made it light. The base was not fluffy, but still light.

Cheap prices compared to the rest of Spitalfields' places. The pizza was good as well.

Great pizza, very quick service on popular pizza choices. Went with a group and some pizza styles took a little longer but not a long wait overall. Went during the week at lunch 12:30 but a large restaurant and there was space for 8 of us. Staff friendly and good service.

Pizza Union NEVER disappoints me. If I’m ever not sure where to go for food this is my fail safe, I’ve taken all of my friends here and whenever I get asked for somewhere to go I say here! The food and drinks are SO nice and for being in the Spitalfields area massively cheap! I love it here :)

Sorry but it isn't the best pizza. Better than most other chains. The tomato sauce is the main problem for me, it tastes cheap and nasty. Also even though it is cooked in a proper oven it just didn't taste quite good enough.

TROPICAL flavored pizza is delicious! The atmosphere in the store is also very good. It is the best pizza restaurant I have eaten in this European trip, but I don’t like the mushroom flavored one very much...

This is my go to food place when in this area. It’s excellent value. You pay at the counter and they give you a device that tells you when the food is ready. Quick and painless. Mostly pizzas, with a couple of small salads.

Went to Pizza Union after a few drinks. Service was super quick and pizzas we ordered were good. Ordered the mushroom and chicken pizzas Love the thin, crispy base. Would definitely go back again. Definitely value for menu, very reasonably priced.

Order was cheap and quick. The pizzas are quite thin and the crust is crispy.

Normally go here for lunch at work and have always had a good experience, however this time I went I had to wait 25 mins for a veggie pizza and then it was burnt. Also the chefs were just on their phones. I didn’t want to wait for an other 20+ mins as I had limited time. I understand it can happen and have never had issues before I really hope it is good when I go again.

Pizza burned - salad rotten and stinky I waited for 20 min. Pizza is quite small and very thin. A quarter was burned but worst was the rotten stinky rocket salad on top. I talked to the staff but was ignored. The salad smelled like rotten-bacteria rich, might cause health issues.

Really chill spot super close to Liverpool Street station. Don't think you can get a cheaper pizza anywhere else in London. And the quality is still great for the pricepoint. Great to grab a bite in the evening with some mates

Good price for the pizza, our pizza was nice, but I did see a few that was slightly on the burnt side on other table. Atmosphere was a bit of an Eat and go look. would’ve been nice to have a nice seating area to relax and eat. there was no particular service it’s just like a food court you just order and pick up when it’s ready. Would’ve been good if they had chilli oil or garlic oil on the table.

Great value for a great product. Our family loves dropping in when in the area. Everything is always fresh and served in just a few minutes.

You can't beat this place for speed and price an excellent spot to take a break from work, the side salads and crust dipping sauces are an excellent addition to any order. Editing: not sure what's happened here recently, but 30mins for a speedy pizza ain't speedy. No apology, no warning, one grossly undercooked pizza. Real shame 😔

Honestly completely worth the hype, pizzas from £5.95! I got the spicy sausage one and it was delicious. I recommend to all if you’re looking for fresh cheap pizza. The service was great too, great vibes 10/10.

Restaurant very very well priced (for London) and with very good variety and quality in its dishes. The pizzas are made in a stone oven, leaving them super crispy and the salads, especially the spinaci, are delicious. 100% recommended (especially if you are a tourist or want to eat out and not spend a lot of money).

I heard of this place through other reviews and wanted to try it for myself. First and foremost the prices are very reasonable, “12” Pizza from £5.95 is a bargain. Taste wise my pizza was pretty good. Definitely a solid 8/10.

One of the pizzas was a little burnt but for the price, you can’t complain. Insane value for money especially in and around central london. Worth a visit if you haven’t been and if you don’t like it, it won’t burn a hole in your pocket.

This is such a great pizza place. Quick, inexpensive and very tasty. The perfect spot to grab a pizza if you're in a rush or don't want to hang around all evening. Staff were very friendly too.

This was one of the first places I ate in London after I moved here over 6 years ago - it was cheap then and, surprisingly, still cheap when I popped in for lunch a few weeks ago. I got my pizza to take away and although they were pretty busy it didn't take long. Base was maybe a bit dry but the toppings were good quality (I had the meat pizza) and you can't beat the value. They also do gluten free bases now (which they didn't the first time I came), which is a plus for those who are intolerant.
