Pizza Pilgrims in City of London, Westminster

I absolutely do not recommend Pilgrims in London. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely disorganized – it felt like no one knew what they were doing. The entire place reeked of weed, which was disgusting and gave off a very sketchy vibe. On top of that, we had to wait forever even though it wasn’t busy. Total waste of time. Never again!

Good pizza, good atmosphere, helpful staff. We had a great guy named Christian serving us. Warm, friendly welcome with a big smile. Makes such a difference in my opinion if the staff greeting and serving you do it with pleasure. This guy genuinely seemed happy and gave off a good vibe. The 70s feel to the restaurant was also very much to my liking. Would go again.

Food was amazing - pizza was as so good and the desserts (pistachio ice cream and Nutella tiramisu) are not to be slept on! Christian is so lovely and a real gent.

We had a vegan pizza take away! One of the most beautiful we ever had! Melania has been a superstar with us! Very kind girl!

Food came super quick, prices were on par with average London food. Love the vibe of the court. Cannot order takeaway if sitting in the court (not an issue just a PSA). Pizza was amazing! And the herb dip was garlicy and thick, loved it. I ordered the aubergine pizza, and my friend got the hot honey pepperoni. We both would recommend and would come back again!

We visited last month as a family and loved our meal. We were really lucky to be sat downstairs in the booth table which had a Super Nintendo which was a great surprise for the kids. Our pizzas were delicious and Melania and the rest of the team were brilliant throughout. We’d definitely come back!

One of our favorite experiences of having an Italian dinner. Everything we ordered was just so perfect. It made our evening so special with the top notch food. The place is cozy and located in the Kingly court in SOHO. And let me tell you if you don't get a place in any other restaurant and get inside Pizza Pilgrims for a meal, consider yourself lucky.

We had a lovely meal here during our last minute trip to London to meet a friend. The atmosphere here was amazing and our server Emmi was lovely and so so helpful with my allergies! I recommend the mushroom and truffle oil pizza!!

A busy pizzeria in a lively location. It's usually packed, although there's constant traffic. Delicious buffalo pizzas, salads, and beer in the heart of London at an excellent price and good quality. Plus, personalized service in Spanish (hehe) from Isaac, a genius! Thank you so much, we had a great meal as a family!
