Always a great experience! Food is delicious, fast and friendly service. Overall, lovely atmosphere. Our server Gilda was super helpful and attentive, made the whole experience that much better!

Had a great time having dinner here for my bday!! Pizza was so good and the cocktails were really nice especially the cherry negroni. Our waitress Glinda was amazing- really fun and made my friends and I feel very welcome. They also had mario cart at our table which was definitely a highlight. Overall it was a really nice vibe and the food was deffo worth it!!

Very cozy place near the main streets of London. Very good pizzas with great variety. The waiter Luigi has been very attentive and has recommended the best of the house to us. I will repeat without a doubt.

Delicious pizza and for the first time in a while we had such great service. Friday night peak and we weren’t rushed, got our drinks and food quickly. Emmi really made us feel so welcome.

Excellent pizza, really excellent! Nothing to envy of the one eaten in Italy. The service is fast. The only note is, if I ask for bottled water, especially as per the menu of a specific brand, I expect to receive it at the table closed with the cap, not already opened without the cap, otherwise I might think that the bottle has been filled with tap water.

The pizzas were incredibly tasty, the gluten-free version was the best I've ever eaten. The service is normal for English standards. We didn't have to wait long even though the store was completely full. Again and again !

Best place in London 🔝🔝🔝 I'm Italian, I come from Naples and at Pizza Pilgrims I ate an amazing pizza, delicious, better than many pizzas I've eaten in Italy. Special thanks to Josh, helpful and professional, he treated us very well "Josh thank you so much for everything". So glad I stopped off here last night, easily the best pizza I've had in the UK so far. Service was fast and efficient, place is pretty, and the food is out of this world. HIGHLY recommend the hot honey and pepperoni pizza, I would eat here every day if I could.

GREAT pizza - my partner and I had the Double pepperoni and hot honey (popular choice!). Even though we waited in a queue to be seated (Kingly Court)- we were seated quickly and ordered quickly. Service by Luigi was fantastic, he was very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend

This is the best pizza in London. The atmosphere is so cozy and so heartwarming. George is one of the BEST out there. He was very nice and so kind with us and made our dinner PERFECT. If you go there, choose always GEORGE. He can suggest you the best pizza to eat, and the best drink to combine. We will always come back to Pizza Pilgrims! 🤍

I have reviwed this place already as being in the indoor walk in centre. The reason for my low score is not anything to do with the food which is exemplary. My issue was that I attended with my son and we were behind a group of four german tourists who were seated before us which was fair. However as we were queuing and the queue was building an attractive young Asian girl came round the queue and started talking conspiratorially with the female front of house who was seating people. As we should have been being seated when the next table became available she inexplicably seated the Asian girl whilst pointedly saying in our direction that she had booked whe she clearly hadn't. This of course infuriated myself and my son to the point of nearly just walking away. We didn't because we both really love the Pizza here and we waited the extra 15 mins or so and went in and had a lovely meal after the female FOH had gone off to flirt with another solo male customer who also inexplicably jumped the queue. The Asian female clearly hadn't booked and this made my son and me feel pretty rubbish and the bad taste of this wasn't completely taken away by the admittedly very good meal. A big harumph!

Darcie was great and so attentive, her costume for Halloween was fun too!

Very slow service spoilt the meal. Took 40 minutes to ask as about dessert after clearing our main course (asked why I didn’t chase them) and then another 20 minutes to bring the dessert.

I find this unacceptable! They charge you extra service costs without being notified. It's like giving a forced tip. The prices of the restaurant are not very high and I didn't have to pay too much. However, someone who is going to make a huge bill will also pay a lot of services since they charge it with percentage. Nevertheless, I don't mind the amount so much than the principal of charging me extra without knowing. I bet they make some extras from people that never check the receipts. I don't know even if that's legal. If someone sees that and knows, please report to make that change. Thank you! (I will never again visit this restaurant)
