It showing as delivered but have not received my order yet. Don’t even know if it going to be delivered or not ..

Pizza was tasteless, not much pepperoni. The box for fries was big but notuch fries in it.

Awful food quality..!! Ordered a doner kebab . Came with some basic shedded salad, no sauces and no pitta or nan bread! Potion size was so small , not seen a doner kebab like this one before.. wish o cpuld attach photo! So overcooked and crisp! Ordered 2 pieces fried chicken and chips. Was really dry and tasteless.. Ordered a vegi pizza with chips. Pizza was fine..chips must of been cooked or reheated over and over again..no taste, some burnt/ overcooked. And only got 1 potion instead of 2 that i ordered! Called the plsce to complsin but they refused to believe what I was saying and refused bluntly to rectify the issue! Never order from here again! Was left feeling stressed and all stull hungry..complete waate of money!!

Extremely bad food , waste of money and time ,

Chips were soggy on arrival BBQ chicken wings, tougher than sand paper! Forgot to put in naan bread in my order, then when I called to make them aware, I was first told they would call me back. I then spent further 40mins trying to get back through to them, LIKE THEY BLOCK NUMBERS STRAIGHT AWAY, I had to call oriental star to even speak with downtown pizza! For them to turn around and say, they didn't have any left thats why it wasn't in my order. Sorry, but call the customer if anything wrong with the order, Disgraceful and definitely won't be ordering here again.

Amazing pizza but the chips were slightly on the cold side

Ordered for the second time from this restaurant on 04/02/21 but was really disappointed! The delivery time took over an hour and I had to constantly ring the restaurant for them to find out where the driver was. The food was so cold and tasteless when it arrived. I asked for an extra topping on my pizza and also paid for it whilst ordering however the toppings was missing. I called back and asked for a refund and the man I spoke to said he will ask the manager to call me once the manager arrives. It’s been 6 days since my order and yet I have not received a call not a refund. Will never order from here again!!!!

Though the pizza was lovely, we ordered jalapeño poppers and received chicken strips instead? I am vegetarian so they went straight in the bin, was a little disappointed.

Bad food I'm sure the driver dropped my pizza before he came in, 20 inch all falling apart nd that. AWFUL DO NO ORDER USED TO BE GOOD NOW JUST ARGUES WITH YOU WHEN YOU DISAGREE WITH THEM

I ordered a garlic bread pizza and they sent me normal garlic bread but charge me the higher order i rand the resturant and he said he will refund me and I didnt recieve it also the driver called me when he turned up late and told me to come down from my flat and got attitude when I told him to come up the stairs i will never order from there again

Delivery was late. Gave wrong receipt and wrong change. Pizza had hardly any dinner meat and the little it did have was burnt to a crisp. Will not order from here again.

This was really terrible. I ordered for a meat combo pizza and they brought pineapple and mushroom pizza. The pizza did not taste fresh. It’s almost like they did it the day before. On top of that they brought the order late

Didn't have curly fries so I asked for fries, which meant £2.50 refund. However, I never received the refund. Will never buy from here again. Pizza was greasy, chips were oily, food very low quality.

Probably the worst pizza i have ever seen, I've had puzza from here before, it was a good place for pizza's, now Looks like staff don't know how to make the dough. Will try another place before i come back here

Disappointed: despite the note no cheese, the burger had a slice of cheese melted on it.

I have gotten the wrong pizza. I have asked for a Pepperoni and I got a margherita,I also paid for extra Pepperoni and literally got 3 slice on top of the Margherita which I did not order. Called the restaurant and no1 knows whats going on,they wanted to make me order a new pizza

Pizza was overcooked and very dry as not enough base sauce. Pepperoni was burnt. Curly fries were nice.

Delivery was late - if you’re too busy maybe you should adjust delivery time on JustEat? Food was not worth to wait - tasteless fries and mushrooms. Oily and smelly jalapeños, burger dry and taste terrible.

Very tasty 20" pizza. I have 2 stars on restaurant service because, I have tried to order 2 times and both times they have cancel my order. I you guys don't want to service my area just remove your restaurant from the post code area. Don't waste our time ordering and then you cancel it.

I have been ordering a few times in the past and I didn't have any complaints about it, food and service it's good but this time I had a horrible experience as I was missing an item I called the restaurant and they promised to deliver the missing food but they never did. Truly disappointed with them.

Pizza tasted very weird. I'm guessing the cheese went bad cause evry bite felt like a chunk of rubber boot in summer. Utterly disgusting pizza:) not sure if I'm too picky or if their pizza is just plain bad. What I know is that I won't order from them again and I will leave this kind of comments to all restaurants that think they can cook sh**t, get paid and get away with it. Cause that's what's happening in London. Absolutely disgusting food all from most deliveries.

Wouldn’t have it again not being nasty it was nothing special a frozen pizza from a supermarket would be better I’d say.... disappointed

I'm partially disabled, I ordered for delivery, then they said no delivery no refund. They stole my money and I stayed hungry.

We specified no cheese on the phone before we placed our order and on our order online and it came with cheese on . It's our first time ordering from here and I can see it being the last . The dough wasn't fresh. very disappointed

Food was nice and delivery was quick. The only complaint I have is don’t put the ice cream in the same bag as the food but in a separate bag. The ice cream was really soft so had to put it back in the freezer for a bit to make it firm again.

the food was great it was really tasty and came on time , I wish the pizza would of came abit more bigger and the pizza was so hot and I was really pleased with the service soon ordering again thank you .

Change the oil in the frier where you cooked the fish kinda burger.

Pizzas was cold never received one of the side orders phoned the shop they said they had no more feta salad left didn’t phone to tell me to see if I would like something else. £46 pound spend waste of money will never order from this place again

The pizza was great but the meatball topping was plentiful but not so great in quality. It was a good pizza overall as it had plenty of sauce and toppings.

Absolutely abysmal! Food took almost 2 hours to prepare! The quality was terrible ordered 2 20" pizzas with starters. Order cost £70 yet the quality was the worst. Was burnt and very less cheese on the pizza which made it hard! Collected the order as soon as it was ready which was 2 hours after I placed the order and still the food was cold which don't make any sense. This is the last time I order from here! Do not waste your money and order elsewhere!

For the first time the toppings were wrong (there were green peppers which I don’t like) and the pizza itself was very oily :(

Food was ok but a bit cold by the time it got here

Food arrived slightly cold as it took 75mins to come, but this wasn't the main issue. The chicken smelt and tasted off, I couldn't feed my child such a pizza, even I felt unwell after tasting it. I phoned the store to let them know but they denied any of this & spoke with complete rudeness and disrespect. I won't be ordering again with service and food quality like this, the pizza was totally inedible. I only got my money back once I went into the store myself. Terrible experience, PLEASE avoid.

The food was cold & soggy after a busy day the last thing i needed was this .. the pizza wasn't sliced properly either I'd be happy with a refund for recieving slop in a box .. the driver had too call up to say he couldn't find the address. . it was a complete mare the ordering system is not great either ..

The food didn't even get delivered I orderd it at 12 they delayed it till 230 and then the restaurant closed so I didn't get my food that I stayed awake all night for absolutely fuming

OVER 2 HOURS LATE!? Kept fobbing me off when I rang up going "it's on the way" and "will be a couple of minutes" without actually sorting it. Only when I insisted they give me a refund immediately did I get told fresh food was being sent out fresh (because they'd expected me to have the cold two hour old food before) and to give them 10min. Completely abysmal. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. they only got an extra star because they threw in a bottle of pepsi.

Ordered cheese bites but they gave stuffed edge instead. Even though cheese bites are more expensive

Extremely stingy with toppings, don’t think I have ever had a pizza with so little toppings on it.

Won’t be ordering from here again! Pizza arrived stone cold, they forgot to add my sweet corn to pizza. Just a slob of cheese and absolutely no taste.

20 -25 minutes later after receiving my order, they called me and told me that they don’t deliver food over cash payment and told me to pay online which is quite embarrassing and unprofessional. => Why would they accept my order if they are not accepting cash? => if they don’t accept cash then why do they have an option for cash payment ? I have always ordered pizza from them and I have always paid online.

Our pizza even wasnt cut correctly to be able to tear slices off and all the toppings fell off, not a great pizza at all. :(

Pizza was soggy & cold& not cooked properly no crispiness at all, garlic bread was just about cooked tasted frozen not fresh . Delivery driver had NO CHANGE ON HIM had to give £20 Not so disappointed would not order from here again.

Chewy cold curly fries and brown rotting lettuce in the burger which was requested with no salad. The pizza came squashed to one side of the box and had tears all through it from where it had been shaken around in the box. When i called the restaurant about the food being late they didnt seem to know what was going on and didnt seem to care. Would not order from this place again

I haven’t received my food at all.Ive tried to call them, but no one answered the phone and basically I was charged for a food I’ve received. I called JustEat as well and apparently I have to wait 48 working hours to investigate if I’ll receive my money back.Never Again!!!

Half the order didn't arrive, and when calling the restaurant to report this was told I was 'lying'. Food that did turn up was great but the customer service is awful.

Ordered a medium, they delivered a small Tried to call several times but no answer at all So had to put up with a small 7” pizza instead of a medium They need to read the order properly, it’s not hard

Missing items was told will be 5 mins waited over an hour while I ate my burger and chips and my misses waited for her chips by the time came burger was cold told them to take the food back didn’t answer the phone delivery driver didn’t know what to do don’t recommend stay away useless restaurant can’t handle the rush on Friday hire more staff or give the right items the first time

I am a regular customer and you served me burned food. We normally don’t wast food but the curly fries were burnt, the pepperoni in the pizza was also burnt and we ended up wasting most of the fries. This is surprising as I order from downtown regularly and the food most of the time is nice. With all do respect I hope you do something about this situation as I am very unhappy.

The wrap (ordered with salad) had literally 5 small salat leaves. Thats not wrap.In extras there is no option to have wrap with no sauce. Are you really saving your money on salat. Thats sad. The burger has no proper salat, again some 4 leaves of salat and chips are rock hard and dry. Awful food, never will order again. Worst meal I ever had, waste of money.

If you don’t take cash orders after 11pm then you need to change that on your menu. There’s lots of restaurants who state card only. Wasted my time picking what I want, getting my order accepted to then get a call saying no cash payments. By then my other option had closed.

Delicious pizzas. Arrived exactly on time. Definitely hit the spot.
