No contento con lo larga que fue la espera. . . Sonó a las 7. 30 me dijeron 45 minutos de espera ven a 8. 30 todavía no han vuelto a sonar, dijeron otros 15 minutos. . . No show y llamamos, sonamos y sonamos sin respuesta para cancelar la orden y finalmente subimos a las 9 en punto, es una broma. . . . . No feliz

9-12 Bow StreetReally disappointed. Having had a great experience at one of your branches in Ipswich two days previously, I ordered the same pizza - half garlic prawn and half La Reine. When it arrived, my pizza was very soggy with no crisp edge. My friend's pizza was fine. Also, the dough balls were cold, and the garlic butter was too hard. Couldn't dip. We had to use a knife to put it on the dough balls. Normally, the dough balls are too hot to touch on arrival at the table. I forgot to use my Club reward and neither of us was asked by the (morose!) waitress if we had that. Sorry, I just didn't feel that on this occasion it was value for money. I probably should have brought up these issues at the time, but I was with a friend that I hadn't seen for two years and we had so much to talk about and I didn't want to put a downer on our meeting.

4 Lancashire Court New Bond StreetWent here with some friends that were visiting London from California and had the most amazing time. Drinks and oysters were awesome, great service and the live music was perfect touch. 100% coming back next time in town.

119/121 Middlesex StreetWe booked a table at Franco Manca over a week ago for me and my school friends to meet for dinner. Some of us travelled for over an hour to be there as we were going to an event afterwards. We arrived at the restaurant to find out that our booking was cancelled moments ago. None of the staff apologised of offered anything for our inconvenience. This is an absolute disgrace, and I can't believe we had to put up with it. It feels worse than being a West Indian after being discovered by Christopher Columbus.
