I don’t know why the reviews aren’t better than that One of the best Pizzas I’ve ever ate and I had a lot 👏🏻 If you come here I recommend ordering the number 4 or if you like it spicy take number 7

Very disappointed, pizza was very in the middle, the Franco manca Frozen pizzas from the supermarket are much better.

The confusing experience for a student trying to take advantage of discounts/stamps definitely made this experience worse, but overall a solid pizza spot with friendly staff.

Rog is amazing, costumer service on point! The pizza was properly cooked too. Just a nice tomato sauce is what you need! Recommended!

This Franco Manca excels, maintaining the high standards of the chain. Ample seating on both floors, welcoming staff, and consistently well-crafted pizzas. Lots of vegan options are available and the mozzarella can be exchanged for Violife vegan cheese. As always excellent value for money.

Dreadful food, appalling service We ordered 12 pizzas at 12:10 for Delivery at 1 pm. At 2 pm six the pizzas arrived. They were stone cold and they had not been cut into slices. At 4:02 pm the remaining pizzas arrived, in a similar dreadful condition, and they had obviously been just waiting on a shelf for hours. We tried to ring the restaurant and nobody answered and this sort of appalling service is what I expect from this absolutely rotten restaurant. The food is mediocre, even when it’s hot, but the service is beyond dreadful. Someone who is in charge of this franchise needs to remove these people from Bishopsgate because they are undermining the brand value of this restaurant chain.

Actually thought it was one of those places that provide a poor/ rude service experiencefor fun. If it was, it did a great job as service was honestly the worst I've ever experienced. So bad you could actually laugh. Too many things to say but onr of the best was when i plucked up courage to asked for more topping as only had 2 rocket leaves, not fresh, and just one small thin slice of ham from a packet!! No cheese! They said if I would like extra, I'd have to order an additional pizza, and then he just walked away, LOL 😆. Ordred a bottle of wine but had no idea what was a red and only have half pint glasses, hahaha. Avoid this place in Bishipsgate as so many other options!! As honestly, anything, including a packet of crisps would be better! Any other restaurant deserves your money but not this one... Unless you fancy experiencing the worst and wasting your money!. I've never left a poor review before, but you need to be warned as I'm still in shock... it's that bad 👎 Always supported the hard work and long hours in hospitality. Incredibly hard work and very long hours, but come on! This place doesn't deserve your money and disrespects all those in hospitality that work so hard. Picture wss of last slice had all the topping. Sadly my colleague was shouted at. They made a mistake on the order and assistant did not want to admit they were in the wrong. This was actually a very large order also.

Amazing to be back! Pizza is always fantastic. Quick easy service, fantastic prices as well! Super easy place for a delicious meal and the girl Almedina who attended us was really kind.👍🏽

Her friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease, and I felt like a valued guest from the start. Visited Franco Manca today. The food was so delicious. Me and friends enjoyed the food very well. I have to mention about the service from the staff. First visit to Franco Manca. Great pizza and lots of choice on the menu and the specials. The chocolate and blood orange ice cream tasted just like a Terrys Chocolate orange 😋

Extremely delicious pizza and salad. Very light, fermented dough with tasty ingredients. I’m sure we will be back before we leave! The wine was also priced reasonably and very drinkable.

The food was really good, especially the Spicy salami pizza. It was one of the best pizzas I had recently. Also, the service attendants were really helpful. Megha, she was very helpful in choosing the right dish for me and provided with very friendly service. It's definitely worth visiting.

I went there today (20/08/22) for lunch with my wife and small child and the service from the two ladies front of house was excellent. My daughter who is to young to eat a pizza was watching the chef at work, he was so engaging with her and made her heart shaped bread to take home. What a nice gent.

I’m a fan of Franco Manca. Very nice sourdough pizzas at very reasonable prices. This particular branch was decorated nicely and there was a warm ambience. Perfect for a date night. The service was equally warm. I will be back without a doubt.

Ordered 2 pizzas to collect. Went 5 minutes before collection time because at last collection I arrived on time, pizza had been in box already and after 4 minutes walk to my home the pizza was only luke warm. So I went 5 minutes early. Pizza was not ready at collection time. Reminded manager 13 after collection time. Received pizza 3 minutes later. Had plenty of time to watch kitchen at work during wait. The pizza topper on his own was slow. Once the oven operator returned from break they they picked up some speed. IF THE RESTAURANT CANNOT HANDLE THE ORDERS DO NOT GIVE UNREALISTIC PICK UP TIMES. And don’t put pizza in collection box too early. Need to pay more attention to detail.

This is a great place for a family meal with a small child. My partner and I had dinner with our one year old and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. They found us a comfortable table, with a high chair and advised us on the kid's menu. They were attentive and took care of us so well all evening, especially our server, Dina. Our baby loved her friendliness and the evening was all big smiles. I strongly recommend this restaurant for family outings with small kids.

Stopped here for a quick lunch. The server was quite slow at noticing we were ready to order. The food came out really quickly though - we had a No.6 (pepperoni) No.2 (margherita), and No.1 (marinara). I’ve had the first two a few times and they’re always consistently good - they were this time too. The marinara pizza wasn’t great though. We wanted to have the vegan cheese on the margherita but they were out of vegan cheese, so we had the marinara pizza instead. Will probably get something else next time.

Espectacular el ragú al forno y las pizzas! Me ha gustado muchísimo la masa sobretodo. Nos han tratado bastante bien. Hemos llegado por casualidad y la verdad es que ha sido todo un acierto. Hemos venido en domingo y no había apenas gente por lo que no nos han hecho esperar.
