Domino's Pizza in City of London, Westminster

Wouldn’t bother ordering from here. We pre-ordered some pizzas to arrive to our work at 1pm as it’s Christmas and 40 minutes later they haven’t turned up. We checked at 1 and they were still in the prep stage, tried calling since then and they never bothered to pick up the phone. Most people have had to return to work as they have clients with appointments having no lunch. Don’t know why we bothered to order here and don’t think I’ll ever order from dominos again now. Don’t even deserve the 1 star I gave them

This was the first time I've ever visited the Foley Street store and definitely the last.y wife and I ordered a pizza to collect at 20:00. We didn't know the area and left our hotel early to make sure we get there on time. We arrived at the store around 19:45 and our pizza was ready and sitting there. I immediately explained that it shouldn't be ready until 20:00 when I ordered it for. Eventually I convinced them I want a fresh pizza, not one that's been there for about 20minutes. If you order in a restaurant, you wouldn't want to wait 20minutes for a waiter to bring you your food, knowing it's just been sat at the hot plate. The staff were very rude and didn't see my point at all. They should not have got funny with me as they made my pizza way too early. They were very sarcastic and I was feeling myself get more angry with their attitude towards my complaint. There were several people talking in their own language (probably about me) which I think is rude. If you work in England, it is polite to speak English in your work place out of respect for your colleagues and customers. It is simply a form of respect to only speak in English. This has been a rule in previous jobs I have worked, where signs are up stating "English speaking only please". Have some respect. They need to time their orders correctly so that customers will get the freshest product possible. Food that has unnecessarily sat there for some time is unacceptable. The pizza was fine but the terrible customer service really ruined it for me.

I used my o2 priority thing to get a small £1 pizza. The line was so long it took about 30 minutes! They should have more people serving at lunchtime on a Monday since they know how busy they get. But the pizza was good and I would say it was worth it

Whilst the pizza and chicken were tasty and delivered promptly the sides we ordered were forgotten despite the "quality control" phase stated on the track your order website. We paid the delivery guy in full even adding a tip with his promises to return with the rest of the order. He didn't despite the shop only being just around the corner from where we live. Very disappointed. I don't think we shall be returning; There is too much competition out there.
