This place is so filthy and the man that works there has so customer service at all and does not look like he even practices personal hygiene. Would not recommend.

This branch is very bad. The pizza was shambles. It looked like someone droped it and still packed it. The cheese was missing on half the pizza. They didnt put stuffed crust even tho i paid £3 extra each pizza for stuffed crust. Then they didnt answer my phone. Was about to go to the store for a refund but my family stopped me incase i go prison over a margarita. Ordered online on a Monday so it's not like they were super busy. Will never order from papa johns again in my life. Absolutely rubbish staff who have no care of customer service. Management should look into this before u lose all your customers.

The service here was great, but to be honest its not the best papa johns I've had. Im not sure if this restaurant uses different ingredients or something, but something here doesn't work.

We only use Basilico for delivery, so can't really comment on atmosphere, but recently the delivery has been prompt, the drivers cheerful, and the pizza excellent. Love the giant pizzas, and they're very tasty.

The pizza is super delicious, it is my family's favorite and the staff is very attentive, 100% recommended. We always choose the Hawaiian pizza and we love it with banana and we take it and they very kindly incorporate it into our pizza thanks 🙂

Food is good but service is zero the guy who taking order by phone he don’t know how to talk with customers first he have to learn some manner and after he can cme to take order seriously im customer here from long time but never ever any one misbehave like this im very disappointed and never gona buy pizza from here

I’ve had a few takeaway deliveries from here when working nearby. The pizzas always come on time and taste really good, no complaints

So if I'm being honest food so amazing staff where nice and the atmosphere was calm. And if I ever want anything I recommend going here and it was amazing and I've been going here for over months bow.

Did not get all the items I ordered

Do not order from here! The sad thing is not many people look at reviews here before ordering on sites such as Deliveroo, Just Eat and others. I ordered food from them via Deliveroo and it didn't turn up they still charged me over £25. They said they tried to call, they didn't. They said they delivered it, they didn't. I tried to call them and the number doesn't work. I looked up London Pizza Experts under companies house and it appears they don't have a licence. The company dissolved at the end of 2022. They are not running legally.
