Papa John's in Greenwich

The service here was great, but to be honest its not the best papa johns I've had. Im not sure if this restaurant uses different ingredients or something, but something here doesn't work.

Dissatisfied Delivered on time Ordered vegetarian and a meat feast Vegetarian was ok meat pizza couldn't see any meat on it looked like bits of Mince meat on it.. and tasted of bbq sauce.. so won't be ordering again.

Without fail there’s always an issue with the order. If you have allergens don’t order. I ordered online and then insinuate that you’re lieing when you complain and have to physically go there to sort issue

I moved in greenwich last week & my friend’s suggested me to order from papa johns. So i ordered tonight and delivery was quick i was surprised, Hot & steamy food. The driver was polite & took his helmet off and greeted me, i mean overall it was a great experience. I’ll order from you guys again. Thankyou so much

We ordered buffalo cauliflower wings,when they arrived with no sauce we called up and they said they didn’t serve them with the sauce. We then spotted they our vegan pizza had real dairy cheese on.We asked for a fresh pizza and the sauce they lied about having.They delivered both,but then asked for the dairy pizza back!We had thrown it in the bin. Awful

A very busy pizza take away delivery place. Pizzas are to a consistenly good standard. Prices are reasonable.

Pros: Quick service, friendly staff, always well cooked pizzas. Cons: a few good deals which would tempt me and others to return more often. Reinventing the garlic (butter) sauce.

Spent £35 here for the food to not arrive. Sat around waiting for hours on end and tried calling and they woulsnt pick up. Awful customer service and still won't give a refund despite not receiving the food

The website clearly states this place is open until 0100 so we planned to eat after a show at the O2. At around 2345 we tried to order using the website and it came up as closed! We were understandably hungry at this stage so this was not great. Ended up ordering from another pizza chain so l would suggest plan an alternative to avoid disappointment. Seems like a shoddily run business.

I ordered a pizza at 1856. Within 40 minutes I began to call and ask what was happening. At 50 and 60 minutes I wa told it would be only 10 minutes. At 70 minutes I called and asked to speak to the manager. A woman told me it would be with me in 3 minutes and that the weather had delayed their delivery. The weather was not a significant factor, according to the Met. Traffic was not a issue according to TfL. A pizza did arrive in 3 minutes from that call. It was cold. The cheese had congealed on the top of it. I called and complained. The person on the phone told me it was my fault and that the manager wasn’t available. I told him that this was unacceptable as the lady had told me to call back if things hadn’t worked out. Another person, this time a man, got on the phone and apologised. He said a pizza would arrive in 7 minutes. This was 2015. The store is a 3 minute drive from my house. 30 minutes later, at 2040, a hot pizza was finally delivered. To say I’m frustrated would be an affront to anyone who has ever felt custome dissatisfaction. I’m having a hard time thinking of a reason to spend my money with you ever again. Do you have any idea why I should?

Well, Good Quality Food . Nice Customer Service . Sorry For those Who still nevere tried Food From Papa Johns .

I am on vacation with my family and this is a great deal and they deliver. Food arrived hot and on time. Drive and dispatch friendly and courteous. May order a third night as the kids love it.

Normally order from dominos but decided to give papa johns a go. Kept a watch on our order using online tracking & after 35 minutes the tracker said my food had been delivered. I waited to see if this was a glitch but still no food so I called the store. I was then told the driver would be here any second. Again we waited. Eventually our food did arrive but it was completely cold. I considered whether to phone the store to complain but decided I did not want to have to wait all over again. I was also annoyed that when I called to check where my order was they knew it had been out for a long time as it couldn’t have been that cold unless it left the store some time before. I decided to just reheat the food in the oven. I also sent a complaint via the website about my experience. I received an unhelpful response from their customer service team. In future I will be sticking with dominos

I didn't have the pizza but had the wings and didn't enjoy them at all. Tasted stale and packaged. Never again

This was ordered around 5 and did not arrive till gone 8pm. I also had several phone calls chasing when I was offered a refund then the branch called me back and said the person that offered a refund had no authority to do so. I was then offered a free pizza to compensate which did not arrive with the order. . All the time this was happening a new order was not sent out. Eventually they had to put my whole order through again and it arrived 3 hours late (without the free pizza). Do not recommend this branch of Papa John's at all. Incompetent staff and disorganised.

Pizzas are lovely but didn't like their garlic bread

After two hours we rang up to ask where our food was - they said they hadn't received our order despite receiving confirmation then back tracked and said we hadn't paid - because I selected cash payment.... Then said they tried to call me but I had no missed calls. Swiftly told them I'll use dominoes and to forget about it!

My order was late and turned up cold. I paid for a double serving off poppers and only received a single serving.

Waited a hour and half for delivery. Not even a call to let you know that it was going to be that long! Ring up and got put on hold for 5 minutes. Ring again and got told it's going to be late but no time schedule. Food was luke warm when it arrived. Really disappointed!!

I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to come, over 20 minutes late and the food quality was poor. It was almost like they drowned the pizza in bbq sauce which isn't what I wanted, this is my first time trying papa johns and I was really unsatisfied with the service and the quality of the food overall.

The food was lovely but the delivery driver found it hard to find us so we did wait quite a long time and had to give lengthy directions over the phone.

2 hours and i still haven't received my order? Never ordering from them again.

Worst pizza ever ate 1 slice was not cooked or even cut Potato wedges raw. Never eat there

Rude staff , unable to communicate in english. Slow delivery , cold pizza , no dips , rude delivery driver quite weird and pervy

Pizza was well made and cooked however cookie was over cooked and most disappointingly I did not the correct dips I ordered. Was given 4 sour cream and chive dips instead of garlic.

food ok. Good desserts. Despite I've asked to call mobile not knock the doors delivery guy always waking up the whole house when my pizza arrives!!! Annoying

The most disappointing and surreal 'chicken' BBQ pizza and Nasty BBQ chicken wings. Not worth the money or effort frankly. Prompt delivery.

This was by far the worst takeaway I've ever ordered from. Immediately after I placed the order I received a missed call. I called back to find out they wanted to confirm I wanted the order because they get fake orders on just eat. Then I received another phone call from a different member of staff who wanted to clarify the same thing because they get troublemakers on just eat. Took just over an hour to arrive even though it said 35 mins. Two 16/17 years olds turned up on their mopeds. One delivered whilst the other rode up and down the street. I was then asked to pay £13 more than quoted on the app. I asked the driver to call his office. He called and the manager repeated the price. He then thrust the receipt at me and his phone and said it's £46 you speak to them. I heard the manager and a staff member then discuss what had happened. Apparently the staff member forgot to change the price. The food was warm-ish the wings were horrible. All in all I will not be ordering from here again.

After one hour they delivered only half of the order. We called them a couple of times and despite promising to complete our order ASAP we have never got our pizza... it was 4 days ago

Made a order and they turned up with the wrong items saying that they never had what I wanted so they brought this instead .. Terrible service

pizza was almost an hour and a half late and the food was luke warm. Going to look for decent pizza somewhere else from now on.

Took over an hour to arrive even though I lived less than a 1/4 of a mile away and got my sides wrong so had to wait another 30 minutes for the correct one to arrive. Chicken wings were warm at best

The food took 2 hours to d liver despite this site saying it would take 45 mins.... I had to chase up for updates twice. Not impressed

Considering this is papa johns, the pizza wasn't very good..fell apart when trying to pick up. I ordered garlic dip and received garlic and herb....chicken wings were good as per usual. If ordering from papa johns maybe choose a different shop.

40 minutes late to delivery 1.4 miles away. Will be using Hungry House next time.

Now I wasn't going to leave a review but I was treated so badly I think people should know, firstly it took an hour and 40 mins to deliver my pizza after checking my order it was missing one of the items so I called the Resturant and a lady answered, I queried why my order was missing items I was told that it was not and that I was mistaken, I checked my receipt and it was missing told the woman this and she told me I was wrong and what do I want her to do about it , now I will never use Papa Johns again thanks to that person you need to teach your staff some customer service because the service I received was unacceptable

The pizza's were ok but there were onions on all of them with no obvious option to remove them. The original dough was very nice.

Very good. Arrived 20 minutes early so I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was delicious as always. I will definitely order more in the future. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I've used papa johns and the food is lovely But.... This the second time my drink order has been mixed up! Why offer 1.5 litre 7up online and actually not stock it? I ordered a 1.5 litre to serve 4of us, what am I going to do with two small bottles of 7up instead?

Normally pretty good and no issues whatsever. However, on this occassion we found around 7 small black flies inside our pizza box. Sadly we only noticed them after eating half the pizza. They offered a new one but it was too late for this. We won't be ordering from here in a while. The outside of the box had the remains of these squashed flies too. Not impressed this time, very disappointed.

Generally it's a very good service and I'm happy with just eat. Only thing with my first delivery was that I received the confirmation mail in my junk mail box and as the delivery was a bit late I thought I made mistake on my order. So no complaint at all :)

Will only order Pizza from Papa Johns now. Best Take-Away Pizza. My kids absolutely loved it. Great value for money

Greasy pizza. Took 1.5 hours to arrive. Had to ring twice

time for delivery 11pm arrived 10:50pm. food nice and hot. and driver was very polite. will book again :-D

Good Service but decidedly ropey food. BBQ wings were ok but pizza was completely tasteless and tomato, garlic bread was exceptionally poor. We will not be ordering again
