Disappointing order - usually Toscana is excellent but the pizzas we ordered tasted of salt and little else.

The ice cream did not arrive as ordered. This is second time it did happen. In just-eat web site I ordered 2 Italian ice cream which gave me option for 4 different scoops to chose for each portion. Then guy from Toscana rung up me all confused and asked which flavor I would like. I explained the choice which I had in just-eat ordering and in the end the ice cream arrived just 1 type for each portion instead of 4 different scoops for each portion. Also the driver got lost on the road and called me to confirm address. This delayed order for another 30 minutes. Seems Toscana have to deal with ordering internally so then you can get what is ordered. And before picking delivery they have to have clear idea where it is going to be delivered..

The sweetcorn was completely over cooked and binned. The coleslaw was cheap shop bought muck. The salad looked like it was made a week ago and binned. The pizza was absolutely disgusting we managed 1 slice. The rest was binned. We ordered Tiramisu and got Banoffee pie. It was binned because we loathe bananas. They didn't check. I suppose the one thing you can say for Toscana is that it is consistent. Consistently appalling ! NEVER EVER AGAIN

I've ordered from Toscana quite a bit and the food can be very hit and miss and on this occasion it missed by a mile. Ordered the Carbonara and what I actually got was Chinese noodles with lumps of egg and very cheap ham..... add to that the Tiramisu being off and smelling like sour milk! This is the last time I'll be ordering from them!

In two minds as to whether I would order again, brother ordered previously and really recommended it. However the food last night was cold and the pizza wasn't cut properly at all,we had to cut it into slices ourselves

Wonderful pizza as always. I always get my pizza from this place as for me this place does the best pizza in South London, very tasty. The place is always busy and that must be for a reason, highly recommended!!!!!

They delivered the pizza with 30 mins delay. But the worst thing, since they did not answer the phone calls by JustEat Help service, JustEat cancelled my order! After waiting 1.5 hours, I could not have my meal thanks to Toscana and JustEat. Disastrous...

Pizza's were over half an hour late and cold, no soft drink free (as per advert offer on Just Eat for spending more than £20). Restaurant were no help when rang to ask where order was and when I called back to say food had arrived but late, cold and no soft drink there was no apology and even tried to argue that no soft drink if order via Just Eat!

The meal was delivered in double-quick time and the pizzas were delicious as usual. One very happy family! :-)

Very fast delivery & the food was good but I payed for 8 wings and only got 6 and i was ordered 4 scoops of different flavoured ice cream but only ended up getting a small pot of just one flavour?

first pizza delivered was bland, hardly any ingredients on it. Rang restaurant who then proceeded to tell me that I was incorrect and the pizza was fine. Explained that I have ordered many times and that as the customer the food was not up to scratch. After much debating the restaurant finally agreed to send another pizza. Which then was also bland. Needless to say, not going to be ordering from here any more. If only the staff at the restaurant had been polite and understanding instead of arguing and then not rectifying the matter.

Unfortunately delivery was 30 minutes earlier than I had asked for - half an hour before any guests were arriving. I'm sure the pizzas would have been great if they were warm but they were obviously cold by the time people arrived hence the quality rating. Called the restaurant who were very unapologetic and offered no alternative but to take the pizzas half an hour early and serve them cold to our guests! Such a shame but we won't be ordering from here again.

I have given low on quality because you have to leave a star. The reason it is the way it is is because the food did not arrive. For some reason the default address chose a restaurant that was in Bromley (I am in Chelsea). The proprietor called me and apologised once this was known and we agreed to cancel the order and he would give me a refund. The refund never happened and as such I was charged £25.21 for a meal I did not receive, which I think is not right...

Really good pizza necer disappointed

We've ordered a few pizzas from here. Mostly they've been between ok and very good. This one however was exceptional. Very fresh and extremely quick to arrive.

It took 1hr and 40 mins to arrive and turned up cold.

Bruschetta was tasty but was surprised it was toasted garlic bread with a side tomato salad. The banoffee pie also tasted good but took a while to eat as the cream was still frozen. Pizza was light on topping not the best value but tasted ok.

Pizza is always pretty good. i always order from here. this time they did forget one of my drinks though..i'll forgive them because the pizza was tasty ;)
