The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in London

I've been to pizza express on several occasions in the oast. And its always been good. This time unfortunately, the service was not there. We cancelled a starter that didn't arrive until the mains cane, and when paying the bill, we were not told to possibly go to the till and were sat at the table for a while. In between, nobody came tonus to check whether things were OK or whether we wanted anything ... It was not that busy either.

His lunch time pizza has gone up considerably high to £5 so next time I won’t be buying from there I rather go to a pizza shop few hundred metres away who sells it cheaper

Balham Pizza Express is a gem. The staff are lovely - attentive and friendly - the decor and atmosphere welcoming and comfortable. Oh, and the food never fails to meet expectations either! Plus, my daughter absolutely loves it!!

The mac and cheese tasted like nothing, very bland. No seasoning and what it did taste of wasn’t very nice unfortunately. Everything else was fine. A bit disappointing!

I had a good experience in pizza express. Amazing service by Karn, was really lovely and helpful.

Awful. I had pizza and it was tepid, floppy and undercooked. Probably one of the worst pizzas I’ve had in 50 years. The staff look clueless.

Dinner was OK but my partner 's organic chicken came only with potatoes and no greens. My baked salmon was very good and came with potatoes, green beans and samphire which I really enjoyed. Onto dessert....??? What a disappointment! ..... having ordered the chocolate brownies at £9.50!!! each!! we looked forward to a magical, hot gooey brownie, oozing sumptuous chocolate flavours. What we got was a lump of luke warm, very dry, flavourless cake with no chocolate or oozing in sight. Very disappointing!

Bad food, terrible service We were looking with my friends a place to eat, but as it was a boxing day 26th of December, everything was packed in Central so we didn't had any other choice rather than eating there, as we were in a rushed. The items on the menu were very overpriced. I choose the pizza margarita that costs £15 and when I said to the waiter that I would like extra mushrooms, he said that they can't do that and that I need to order the fungi pizza that costs £19 , that was exactly the same as margarita just with extra mushrooms that they charged £4 more. He wasn't polite at all with us. We ordered a coke, and when I asked tap water, he said in a very rude way that they don't do it, so he forced us to order still water that they charged £5. We all felt discriminated by the way he was talking to us. The pizza wasn't fresh at all, tasted like frozen one. My friends had pasta fettuccine that had literally only 2 pieces of chicken and chicken breast served with frozen fast food potatoes that cost more than £20 each dish. We were sitting outside, and my friend asked for an ashtray, and the waiter ignored him, making a very bad face reaction. Before we asked for the bill, I kindly said to the waiter to remove the service charge as the experience wasn't as we were expecting. Then he said that it's obligatory and not optional and he couldn't remove it. He was literally shouting in front of the customers, and apparently, he was the manager there. Seems he has no experience in hospitality and customer service. We have been forced to pay 25% of Service Charge when the average in the UK is 10-12.5% !!!! The bill was £102 for a small frozen pizza, overcooked pasta with 2 small cubes of chicken, and a small chicken breast. I don't recommend this place. Food is terrible and the staff seems like they hate what they are doing.

I recommend this place foe one it is local to me and secondly they serve the most amazing food. Customer service is 10/10 very kind and respectful members.

Tra una scarpinata e l'altra sotto la pioggia londinese, ecco un angolino delizioso dove bersi una tazza di buon earl grey e una (enorme) fetta di dolce o un brownie bollente! Ottima anche la english breakfast...cordiali, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ambiente informale, accorgliente e personale gentilissimo! Vi raccomando i dolci!!!! In 5 giorni a Londra è stata una tappa fissa in tutti e tre i locali che ci sono in giro per Londra...

Lugar acogedor para tomar una taza de té. Ambiente tranquilo, personal limpio y encantador. Nuestra camarera era especialmente amable.

Tired from a day of traveling and visiting tourist sites gave this place a chance. Spouse ordered the Washington burger and I the Tennessee. Neither of us were disappointed. Food arrived hot, well prepared with a wonderful presentation. Would recommend.

Tuvimos nuestra celebración de Navidad de amigos aquí y todo era de 5 estrellas. Desde el momento en que llegamos y nos dieron una cálida bienvenida por el personal, y durante la cena oir. Siempre tuvimos un miembro del personal cuidando de nuestro grupo, no tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo para la comida y disfrutamos. Después de trabajar en el negocio de catering durante tantos años me volví muy crítico con la calidad del servicio de restaurante, por lo que puedo decir que fue impresionante lo bueno que es el equipo. Gracias por el manager y asistente del manager por gestionar tan bien su equipo. Sin duda volveremos. Feliz Navidad súper 🌟 estrellas Kenia

I've never experienced such unfriendly service from both the servers and hosts during my visit to London. The server wouldn't even bring us menus, telling us to "get them yourself." While the food was the highlight and tasted good, the steep prices didn't justify the awful service. The drink portions were also surprisingly small.
