Didn’t deliver part of my order and sauces had exploded in the pizza boxes.

Hi. The delivery is still not here. I have to believe given that I ordered it 80 minutes ago, isn't coming. I assume you will refund us and we will never place an order with just eat or perfect pizza on a Sunday again. Obviously not a good time. That is 15 minutes past the latest delivery time. I would be perfectly fine (to a degree) with a response, "we just can't handle your request right now". At least I would go to something else. And, if you they are just running late, let us know. This disappoints me. I have ordered maybe between 50 and 100 times with Perfect Pizza.

I don’t know why this is always happening in just eats. That when ever I order my food is either damaged or it’s cold that I couldn’t even eat. This time the pizza was so cold that I couldn’t even eat it. I had only one slice and it was so cold that I couldn’t even chew it. Just eats should do something on how food is being delivered and should check on food if it’s damaged or if it’s cold. There’s no point ordering food like this.

We ordered on Deliveroo and waited for ages, the pizzas arrived and tasted like they had been sitting on the side for hours. Not that it’s the shop’s fault but if you see that the order is not being picked up surely you don’t want it delivered to your customers. On top of it arriving cold, it was chewy and just didn’t taste fresh at all. You might want to review your dough as it’s not very nice. We want to help local businesses instead of ordering from a chain but honestly places like Franco Manca that are cheap and very good quality pizza, you can’t go wrong.

Never encountered so much abuse and threatening behaviour by the server. Simply unacceptable. Simply went to pick up a pizza. Pointed out that opening times were incorrect on several web places (including the Perfect Pizza site, Facebook, Google and Tripadvisor). This unleashed a torrent of abuse. Additionally the food was not as good as in the past (we have used quite a few times when staying in London) and we noticed that the order was wrong when we got home also (we ordered 2 deep pan pizzas but only 1 was....the other was a thin base)... Simply will not visit again.

I placed an order for roast chicken wings, spicy chicken Goujons and hot and spicy chicken wings, but I received Barbecue chicken wings of 3 portions instead of what I ordered. Disappointed with my order, it was better if restaurant had cancelled it.

No sauces where put in the box

Bit tricky to rate restaurant service where there was hardly any interaction between us. The delivery time was great, arrived 30mins before the estimate, however, for the price of the pizza and the size, it was incredibly abysmal. May as well have been a personal mini pizza. Furthermore when it arrived and I opened the pizza boxes, both appeared squashed and incredibly unpresentable. Appreciate things can happen during transit, but the toppings fell off and it was basically a soggy squashed pizza. For the price and what happened to the food, I don't think I'll be orderig here again.

I had non of the dip I requested, until next time

I havent received my order and the money has gone through and it says that it has been delivered now i cant call the restaurant because its closed. I would like my money back.

Ordered three pizzas, all were full of oil, taste horrible. Maybe they were busy but I had such a bad experience.

I have ordered pizza from here a coulple times before and it was very good, but today pizza tastless and extremely chewy looked like it was made yesterday and reheated by microwave before sending it to us. The pizza base was extremely chewy and old.

Once again we have not got all the food we paid for. Paid for 4 portions of chicken strips and only got one!

Always delicious, warm and on time

I am unhappy with the restaurant service as I ordered one of the special offers - 2 pizza’s, potato wedges, garlic bread & a drink for £19.99. Disappointingly only the 2 pizza’s & drink turnt up! I have ordered from here before and it has been good service so I am disappointed and will ring up next time for either my money back or to deliver the missing items. I even wrote a delivery note saying to remember the items!

Pizza was cold and wings were lukewarm despite being 20 mins early. Guy rang the doorbell past midnight and woke up the whole household despite instructions clearly stating the number to be called. Quite unhappy to be honest.

The American hot pizza was very good. Wish I hadn't asked for cheese crust. It wasn't mozzarella more like a gluey cheap cream cheese. Not good. We left it for the birds. The thin crust is great though..

We have used this place quite a few times and enjoyed the pizzas every time. Whole host of different deals at good prices. Pizzas were fresh and hot when delivered. Very polite phone manners, easy to pay, done deal. Will use them again and again.

Tryed there pizza for the first time really nice great value for money came when asked for it not lots of choices but very tasty

I loved their pizza so much so i had to go like 3 times in my 7 days visit to try different toppings. Workers their are very nice, friendly and helpful. They also their Halal toppings if you are muslim and want to eat Bacon for example.

Lovely food, arrived piping hot, great portion sizes. Communication from restaurant was brilliant, they called to clarify something and to sort out delivery (we were staying in a hotel). Definitely recommend.

The pizza was 15 minutes later than I was told and when it arrived one of the pizzas was all squashed and had slipped to the corner of the box I wasted my money on food were all the cheese had fallen off the pizza probably due to fast driving and not securing the food correctly

As there is no option for this, I haven't received anything last night. For some reason, the driver has left late the restaurant. Either way, the point is that I work long hours, and wanted something to eat, alongside my pregnant wife that wanted mostly to eat something.

Dry and cold pizza delivered over a hour late. Honestly there's better pizzeria's in area.

Excellent pizza. Arrived 15 mins early than stated. The only thing I would say, I couldn't taste the bbq sauce that much on the bbq chicken pizza. But apart from that it was lovely

I was enticed by the buy 1 get 1 free deal, and I appreciated the early delivery, however: the cheese and tomato pizza ordered did not have a deep pan crust as specified in my order, the cheese filling in the crust of the second pizza had a horrible texture and both the pizzas were overly salty. A disappointing first order - I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

An hour and a half wait for a mediocre pizza

Food was delicious and still piping hot! Delivery was over an hour but it was a busy Saturday night.

The pizza is delicious, and at the right time of day it's really great value, but the people working there don't care about their customers whatsoever. They ignored me and then openly mocked me for buying so much pizza on my own. Not sure they are 100% sticking to health and safety guidelines.

Firstly, we arrived and were not acknowledge by the staff that worked there- in fact were ignored. They complained about being busy despite having 1 person in front of us. Takeaways dominate this establishment with a less than satisfactory result for customers that appear at door. When we asked if we could order and how long it would take we were met with a response of "don't talk to me". This is highly immature and incompetent way of responding. We will not be frequenting this place again.

Food delivered acceptably ONE AND ONE HALF HOUR EARLY. Driver was suitably apologetic and offered compensation for a following order which will not be used.

Fantastic food and they even changed the delivery address after I messed up and sent them to the wrong place (which is what happens when you order pizza at 2am). Was genuinely excellent.

Food never arrived. Called the restaurant. The guy was rude and just said "will be there in a couple of mins" and hung up. It did not turn hope. Then no answer on the phone. Hopefully I will be able to get a refund as I've now had to order from somewhere else and am having to wait for them to arrive.

My friends and I usually stop in here after a night out. They are open late, make great pizza (better than dominos) and friendly staff. We always have an enjoyable experience here

i get my pizza i get it cold and they said to put in the microwave and not deep pen and get no help form them not get no more food form i put the pizza in the bin

This is the 7 time I gave you guys a "second chance". Once again the order has come missing an item that was pod for. I wonder how much money you guys make on deliveries jus "missing something" if you want bang for your buck, does yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague!!!! The pizza is also average, only reason we order is because it's close to where we live, ie fast delivery. One of the worst I've experienced, last time buyer! 👍🏻

Would be better if when ordering on the "deal menu" you could pick what type of base/crust you wanted for both as it only gives you option for the first pizza.

Awful. Took 90 minutes to turn up and by the time they came at 10.35pm we couldn't take the food because the kids had fallen asleep. Absolutely disgusted by the man on the phone, cutting me off when I asked where the food was. The delivery guy was nice but the manager told him to take the food back as we didn't want to pay £5.00 for it. Never ordering from here again.
