The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in North Hertfordshire East of England

I got a takeout pizza on a whim, whilst walking through town. It was delicious and service was quick. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

Ordered a delivery, it was cold when it arrived, I tried to contact via chat, the customer service agent could not reach the restaurant, they tried for 20 minutes. I’m guessing they just don’t want to hear about any issues.

5 star food and 5 star service, these guys tru their best to keep you happy.

It's difficult to get excited by yet another Thai restaurant in a small town that already has two very alternatives. It's OK but I can't get excited by the choices or quality. It's not expensive and it's what everyone wants, just not for me.

Went for a Sunday meal my brother and 2 sisters and niece, was sat by the bar, it was very busy with families with children trying to to get past with pushchairs. Food was ok ish Ice cream desert was served in a metal pudding tin ( don’t know if they had run out of bowls ) If you have ever tried eating from metal with a metal spoon it’s not nice especially ice cream. Took ages for plates to be taken we had to go and ask , Think they need to Up they’re service or train staff better

Had a lovely family meal here (age range 9 to 95). Food was delicious, vegan options particularly appreciated. Everyone cleared their plates! Efficient and friendly service. Toilets are clean and pleasantly decorated too (always important!) Highly recommended

We were going to a party nearby and opted to stay over at The Bull, for a Village Pub with rooms, it is very clean and comfortable with ample parking. The staff in the pub were warm and welcoming, the “on site chip shop” meant we could have a quick bite before heading to the party and they kindly ordered a cab and provided the number to contact for the cab back. Breakfast was very good and served with a smile. This is just what it says on the tin, with the addition of friendly staff.

Me and family ordered some sides and a pizza. On the pizza we ordered mushroom and sweetcorn, and it came with jalapenos! Really bad. We phoned up to say, and the woman was so rude! She cut us off and had such a bad attitude. I recommend just buying from McDonald’s or the kebab shop in the high street.

Really disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Papa John’s. The pizza I received was awful — the crust was so thin it was practically paper, and the onions tasted off. I also ordered potato tots, and they arrived completely cold. The food took around 30 minutes to arrive and felt rushed and low-quality overall. I called the store directly to complain, but they told me they couldn’t offer a refund — only a replacement order. Honestly, after how bad the first one was, I didn’t want to risk getting another poor-quality meal. I expected better customer service, especially when the whole order was clearly not up to standard. Won’t be ordering again unless something changes. Really disappointed.

Tuesday 30th of July. First of all all i had a nightmare ordering on there website so i phoned the Hitchin branch. 3 times I stated i wanted 2 for Tuesday Pepperoni feasts. To receive 1 pepperoni feast and 1 margarita and I believe I was overcharged £3 including delivery charge from price stated in website. Phoned up and complained the next day has exactly the same last who took my order, it was only after i said i would take it further that she said i would take it further she assured me I would get my next order free. I phoned for that yesterday 3rd August to get a gentleman. I it was hard work getting convincing him they owed me a free order. He even had to phone me back because he got got details wrong. I got 1 free pizza for the one that was wrong, I know very little recompense for the aggravation they have caused. Complained on there website again yesterday 3rd August more or less what I have wrote here to be given a robotic answer by Shona G glad you enjoyed are 2 for Tuesday. I can't even reply email just gets sent back. Usually i collect but i am in town looking after a friend's dog, I have had no problems before but with exception of the drivers who where both polite a pleasant the rest of the experience beyond bad meaning clearly loyalty means nothing to this company, case of pay peanuts you get monkeys. Imbeciles!!!. Avoid!! This place looks the plaque.
