Sam's Pizza in North Hertfordshire

I got a takeout pizza on a whim, whilst walking through town. It was delicious and service was quick. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

The pizzas at Sam’s are delicious. Fresh ingredients and super base. My daughter has a gluten intolerance and her gluten free pizza looked and tasted great. It’s not often you can find a gluten free option that tastes so good. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. Looking forward to seeing the results of the renovation! X

Incredible pizza, for delivery. Best place in hitchin for pizza!! Only opened for takeaways due to there reverb. My partner and I are extremely happy, and impressed. we will be coming back for sure!!

I went to Sams pizza yesterday and once before that - very tasty pizza that is reasonably priced and convenient for takeaway.

Sam’s pizza catered my 30th birthday party in hitchin, 30 pizzas in total and it was all amazing. They came and delivered them in batches for us which was so handy. I had SO many people throughout the night come up to me and say how insane the pizzas were and it was pretty much all gone by the end of the party! They do gluten free and vegan options as well so everyone could have a slice. Very reasonably priced as well. I have eaten Sam’s pizza a lot anyway and can say without a doubt it is the best pizza around and the owner and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much Sam’s pizza! I would highly recommend to anyone

Amazing authentic Naples style Italian pizza! Made and cooked to absolute perfection. It was our first visit here and we both said we would definitely be going again. Staff were wonderful too, whole place had such a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend

Been getting a weekly dose of Sam's pizza for the last few months since he opened on Bancroft. Absolute convert after being a fan of a previous Hitchin pizza place, he absolutely trumps them. Really great authentic pizza. Great prices. Great customer service. Great pizza. The garlic dip is absolutely banging as well. Would really highly recommend 👌

Pizza how it should be 👌 So glad to finally have somewhere local serving Neapolitan style pizza at a reasonable price! Can’t wait to go back

Something clearly went wrong in the kitchen tonight as the quality was nowhere near the same as our last experience. Firstly the order was 15 minutes late and the pizzas were lukewarm. The dough was really tough to chew and the pizzas lacked in toppings. The garlic bread didn’t have much garlic flavour but was smothered in balsamic glaze. Such a shame but we won’t be reordering from here again.
