cheesy chips? this is there idea of what they think a large cheese chips is where’s the cheese?

Been on a rare (extremely rare, I’ve a child) night out to the cinema, my husband and I were starving but it was late. Most places were closed. We drove by on the off chance. As it was so late grill was closed but they very kindly cooked us pizza. It was delicious as always, pipping hot and extremely tasty. People there always go above and beyond to make you happy. If you want pizza in Hertfordshire area, I’d highly recommend you visit here. Thank you once again Baldock Pizza.

Vomit-inducingly disgusting. I think it might be the worst pizza I've ever eaten, and I travel a lot!

Pizza never cooked long enough and the ice cream is in the same freezer as onion rings smells and taste of onion and charge so much for it very disappointed

First time ordering here and the food was quick, hot and delicious. The hot wings are soo good and the pizza was incredible. such good quality of food for the price and this will definitely be our go to place for pizza and delicious sides! 😍

We've been ordering from here for a few years now, and the pizzas are constantly good (they're American style cooked in a conveyor oven rather than Italian in a wood fired oven). The hot wings are also very good. You can go in and order over the counter, but I usually use their app (The Baldock Pizza in the Play Store). Delivery is up to 45 minutes (usually closer to 20 minutes during a quiet time) or collection is usually within 20 minutes.

Just the worst seafood pizza I have ever had. Delivered cold with no lovely stringy cheese topping it consisted of a few tomatoe slices, tuna I could not find! A few tiny dried shrimps, ( not juicy prawns), one fillet of anchovy! And without the black olives I had paid an extra £2.20 for. The deep crust was hard. On complaining as my order cost a REDICULOUS £26.00 as I went for their special offer of pizza,side and a drink for £18.00 but with the add ons for delivery etc it was a ruse. They refunded £3.00 for the black olives I did not get. JUST AN INSULT.

The best pizza I have ever eaten in this region, especially the sauce was great. Thank you very much for being in this region.

Just about the worst seafood pizza I have ever had. Donot expect any juicy prawns, just tiny shrivelled shrimp. No tuna in evidence and about 2 pieces of anchovies. All you get is sliced tomatoe, not even any lovely mozzarella cheesy strings. Paid for black olives....not given and it was so cold without any flavour whatsoever, Iceland quality at best! Forget the special deal because the add ons for delivery, etc (service charge)? cancel out any deal.

Far better than McDonald's, you can even get a shake here!! Happy friendly staff make it a great place to eat

I ordered a pizza and some garlic bread to be ordered at a time later in the day. It arrived just a few mintues before the scheduled time and it was lovely. I'd go with them again if I was over that way again.

I just don’t know words to describe how amazing this place is. It is the ONLY takeout place to consistently not only get our order right every single time but deliver such hot and tasty food. This is the only place I can say I have 100% faith in and will more than gladly give my money too, we are truly lucky to have this place in our town. The staff always strive for excellence and I’m amazed at their fast and friendly deliveries that are always so tasty. great pizza just as nice as chains and great service at 11:50 at night. The large pizza is much bigger than what you’ll get and chains and is cheaper ! Really good

After previously ordering their Pizzas (which are also great), We decided to try the burgers, which did not disappoint. Best takeaway burgers we have had great choice and quality.

Love this place. I get deliveries usually once a week or fortnight. They do great chips, and the chicken strips and hot wings are delicious. I love their thin crust pizza, building my own flavour profile. The delivery guys are the nicest! And Benji, my dog, loves the popcorn chicken. Because I'm a regular customer, they take very good care of me.

It was okay the pizza was slightly undercooked and the pizza itself wasn’t really that great but the burger was very nice

£15 for a pizza made with rubbish ingredients, oily spongy base, rubbery pepperoni and greasy cheese. Massively overpriced and generally unpleasant

Delicious food at a reasonable price, there's a lot to try.

Just bought their home made gourmet burger. Was suspicious at first but after seeing the other reviews I gave it a try. I was not disappointed. The burger was tasty, juicy, the lettuce, tomatoes and gherkins were FRESH!! Will be buying from them again.

Amazing food, customer service was amazing and they went about and beyond to make sure the overall customer experience was great. I had one of their gourmet burgers which was to die for, I simply can not recommend highly enough. Will be coming again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great food, great service and GREAT VIDEOS. Entertainment is through the roof absolutely nothing better. If only they had a bed I would live in that place. So many things to order and they’re all top notch. I love baldock pizza nowhere else I could go. Hope this place is still around to take my future kids to.

Food is always hot and delicious, they say 40 minutes for delivery and it turns up in 20 mins! So quick, and reliable. The delivery drivers are always so polite and friendly like they can’t do enough for you. Good quality of food for great value. Would definitely recommend

Been to Baldock pizza once before, The food may I say was lovely then!! had a order delivered tonight & the food was disscusting!!The Halloumi Cheese was Tasteless & didn't looked cooked & the salad I wouldn't even feed it to a Rabbit & the manager had No management skills whatsoever was Rude & did not have a clue & didn't seem to really care that a customer phoned up & Complained!!,will not be going back.could of saved some money & cooked it myself.Gordon Ramsey would of had a few words.

Service was slow, an hour and a half for 3 pizzas when we only live a few minutes away. Called for an update and service was not helpful. Pizza toppings were very sparse and the stuffed crust was cheap synthetic cheese. Would not recommend if you're a pizza fan.

Absolutely disgusting, I can not state how much you should avoid this place at all costs. We placed an order with this place and was told it would be with us in 45 minutes, 1 hour later still no food and no sign of it arriving. We then rang them and was told it was going to be another 45 minutes minimum. They then offered us a free bottle of coke to compensate us for the inconvenience, when we pointed out our order came with a free bottle, there response was that we can just drink two. The staff member on the phone was rude, lied and we still have no food. If you want food in a reasonable time and not to be lied to and spoken to like that your something they’ve stepped in then avoid at all costs.

Below average pizza. Toppings were sparse and did not appear to be fresh. Roughly equivalent to one of the cheaper supermarket pizzas, so not very good value for money. Find it odd that some people have said “this is the best pizza I’ve ever tasted.” On the plus side, it was delivered fairly quickly.

Honestly the best pizza around my area, you guys should try it 100%, very nice workers. They are polite and served me very well. Good for family.

Have had the pizza several times from here and is quite good. They do maintain the quality. With no pizza hut and Dominos in baldock this is probably the best option.

I ordered a meat feast pizza from here. It was okay, but when I was nearly finished I found a hair on it, so immediately threw the rest away. Won't be ordering from here again.

Never had a bad pizza from here. Delivery drivers have always been friendly and chatty, much more so than the big chains. Prices could be cheaper or more deals on offer.

Order from here regularly and usually love their food and service! Tonight however, I ordered my usual portion of cheesy chips but with an extra portion too as they are usually sooooo good! They came with a tiny amount of cheese on and when I called to complain they said there was nothing they could do! I think this is poor service considering I am a regular customer

Great food. Love the hot pizzas, the spicy chicken wings and chicken popcorn. Delivery is speedy, food arrives piping hot and the delivery guy is a lovely, friendly chap. We're regular customers!!

Service is good and the food is -really- good. The chips can vary a little but they're mostly very nice.
