The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Dacorum East of England

I give them 5 stars. Great coffee, cakes; tasty food, nice local beer, live music performances, open mic, dog friendly...what else...and very friendly staff.

Got sent wrong pizza and wasn’t that warm.

Really rude treatment, horrible hygiene and not so great food… Honestly, i thought it might be a nice simple meal out with my husband as he wanted pizza and i wanted something with chicken. This pasta dish with chicken came to me soggy and was horrible. I didn’t complain when i was there because the lady that served us was incredibly rude and unkind. She sat us at a table that was not cleaned. We asked if she could clean it and she came with this already used wet cloth and wiped one section of the table and sprinted off. I called her back and said it’s wasn’t cleaned properly then she sort of argued with me. It’s almost like she got offended. Then after we asked if we can have our drinks together with the food at the same time. She proceeded to bring it anyway straight after the order and when we mentioned she raised her voice a bit and told us that it’s very busy and that she can’t bring it later with the food apparently. Absolutely appalling behaviour. Service: zero Hygiene: zero Food: zero It is such a shame for a quality town like Berkhamsted to have such food places that perhaps doesn’t not deserve its location. If you want constructive feedback - your staff need serious training and discipline! They shouldn’t be allowed to treat customers rudely and overall one of their main responsibilities is tables to be clean and hygienic! Either way we won’t be coming back to this branch!

Took an hour and a half between ordering and receiving. The driver was great and very apologetic, pizza was lukewarm on arrival.

I had a chicken curry and my wife had pork chop suey, both terrible. I couldn't eat the chicken as it definitely wasn't chicken, more like a reformed jelly version. I know that there's a trend to not use 100% chicken but really, this was as bad as I've had. My wife said the pork wasn't much better in her chop suey, very fatty. We had chicken balls too which were definitely better quality meat but a little doughy but ok after 2 mins in the air fryer. The sauces were also ok. I wish I'd taken pics of the chicken but I had already binned it. Never again.

COMPLAINT: Hardly any toppings on my pizza. THis was a mexian pizza! Take a look at the photos. Disgusting!

So rude I asked if the had Magritte pizza they ended the call

Quite a long wait for two hard, rubbery and almost cold pizzas which were completely devoid of any taste whatsoever, and some ‘bacon and cheese tater tots’ to which had been added four tiny squares of ham and about a spoons worth of cheese, also almost cold. Pizza was like eating flavourless cardboard.

We have ordered from Domino’s pizza in Berkhamsted high street a few times now to be delivered to our house and the service has been good every time. The pizzas have been good (not THE BEST pizzas but reasonably good) and the delivery has been fast with very friendly courteous delivery staff so we continue to order from Domino’s in Berkhamsted. The reason i have given it 4 stars is because they need to have better value special offers and discount vouchers that work (the £10 voucher i tried to use had too many restrictions and I wasted so much time putting it through that i gave up in the end as nothing was accepted in the offer).

Ordered food took hour from order not all delivered and it was warm and boxes looked like they had been thrown about, had to phone for rest of food which was delivered but we had lost our appetite, will never use Pizza Hut again

In a competitive market, good food at sensible prices, and they will cater for parties. For us, it's sometimes a shipping order for a cricket club. We chose to collect, but if we had been better organised they would have delivered.
