The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in East Midlands

The food is great, but I was greatly disappointed on arrival. Firstly parking is a nightmare (seems to be a trait for Dominos to set up in restricted parking areas.) So after struggling to find a parking spot I got inside and was told they DONT TAKE CASH (no reason given). Sorry but if you dont take cash why not say online OR put a sign up on the door so I dont waste time looking for somewhere to park and I can go elsewhere.

Do not order from DeLush Burger House. Absolutely disgusting place starting with the food and ending with the staff/ Manager. Just placed a order from them tonight 5th November 2021 and omg where do I start. Firstly took forever, then when it finally arrived I didn't even get what I ordered. All I wanted was a burger some chips and a spaghetti bolognaise with Garlic bread. I was given 2 burgers some rank sweet potatoes fries and 2 cans of Coke. Not my order, so rang them, I spoke to a worker and tried to tell them that I had been given the wrong order. He started complaining that he had no credit to phone us to say that he had no Garlic bread, spaghetti or chips. I said why didn't he use the shop phone, he complained that he had no staff, that he was the only worker there and he did not have time to do anything and no time to talk to me. I asked to Speak to the manager, he said he was the manager. I said that he should have credit on his phone if he managing a business and needed to speak to his customers, he told me and I quote" it is none of my business if he had credit ", I was flabbergasted he was the one whom told me he had no credit. He then told me I can complain online, I can ring whoever he didn't care , he was the only one there and didn't want to talk to me. I said you need to shut the shop as you can not run it like this, that you are just taking people's money and not providing the service. I asked for a refund, he said no that he gave me alternatives ( more expensive) I was like not what I asked for you are telling me what I want to eat. I said you are the manager and that ycan give me a refund, he just told me that I do not want to talk to me any more and goodbye and put the phone down on me. Absolutely disgusting place and staff, I will certainly be taking this further. Had to give 1 star only so I could leave a review, otherwise would have given minus stars.

I went today for afternoon tea with my 3 year old daughter (Peter rabbit afternoon tea ) the tea comes out ascetically pleasing however that’s as far as it goes . The sandwiches came out slightly stale meaning my daughter refused to eat them with a slice of cheese in and a slice of ham & marge . The one cake you get each was fine slightly dense but that is as expected when cooking in mass & a small biscuit each and a tasteless pot of moose. No fruit or crudity's for children and the children’s is charged at the same price as adults £19.90 even for the adults this is seriously overpriced for what you get.. I wasn’t asked how the food was once while there or when I paid . I was embarrassed that I had to leave with my daughter who was so hungry I had to take her Macdonald after paying £40 for a lunch we never ate . I emailed the owner who said all she could do was apologise as no one else had complained but the proof is in the pudding and we left after 20 min of being there as I needed to feed my daughter and had travelled 40 min to get there . Overall overpriced and under delivered. There other food looks fab but the theme afternoon teas are a waste of money and time .

Brilliant pizza! Great service from Chris, he was very friendly and talkative. We rank this place highly in our list of pizza places, and I would recommend the parmigana.

Took 1hour 15 min for pizza to be arrive. Food was nearly cold. Food boxes were all squashed and looked as if the food had been dropped. Toppings plansted to the lid of all of the boxes. Not tasty. Rang and staff not bothered. Email sent to dominos and automated reply making me think this is a normal occurance for them. Expensive and greatly disappointing experience.

I was really disappointed. I paid extra for my son to have cheese on his burger it didn’t come with any cheese and his chips were hard and over cooked. The kebab the meat which was also hard and salad well I say salad it was literally some onion and red cabbage was all in a box with the pita placed on top not even put together he would of put it together himself no problem but the pitta was that hard he couldn’t even cut it to open. 80% of the order unfortunately went into the bin

Today we received hot and delicious pizzas delivered very quickly from a very nice young man. I can't understand the bad reviews here. The ingredients were fresh, the base was thin and crispy, with a generous topping. In addition, the pizzas were delivered within 25 minutes, despite the holiday. It couldn't be better. Thank you!

Fries with a side of hairs. Found multiple hairs in my fries and the pizza's are terrible Wouldn't recommend to anyone, much better options are available.

Vegan pizza was really nice. As with all major pizza takeaways it was a bit pricey. But it was very tasty and the service was ok.

Después de esperar una hora para mi comida era la llamada de orden equivocada para decir y dijeron que enviarían la orden correcta directamente... una hora después todavía no conmigo cuando finalmente llegue es la orden equivocada de NUEVO! No me impresionó en absoluto el pedido de estos chicos y no es la primera vez que esto sucede 1 street time les dio el beneficio de la duda ya que acertaron con el reemplazo esta vez no puedo no volveré a pedir.

Excellent customer service. Regardless of who is at the register, professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness are inherent qualities of this establishment. It's a convenience store, not a restaurant

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an order around 2pm on just eat and the pizza hut accepted it, it showed a 35min wait and apparently there were no just eat drivers or riders so the restaurant were delivering them themselves. Long story short I still hasn't recieved my order and rang a dozen of times but no answer and still no food. Will not be ordering from here again. Forgot to mention, I never received my order nor a refund.

Done meat and chips too much sauce good food though my freind henry wheeler says its not good would maybe go again maybe well have to see

The cheesy garlic bread wasn’t bad, but the fries/chicken were just really soggy and disappointing, and for a fast food meal that usually is no more than a 5 minute wait in store I waited an awful long time for my order. A bit of a let down overall.
