Pizza Hut Delivery in Ashfield

Ordered 2 pizzas 2005 told ready 2035 by 2105 rang to see lady said i was just about to ring weve had an incident. Ok cool can u still do my pizzas yes no problem be another 20 mins offered free pizza next time. 2150 rang again and unbelievably she was just about to ring ne again whats the chances 🤬 To be told cant get a driver do nearly 2 hours no pizza out of pocket £20+ then i get an email through how was your pizza 🤬🤬🤬 Annoyed doesn't even cut it i feel sorry for the manager in the morning they are in for one hell of an ear bashing. Apparently its down to me to log on and get a refund and do all the work dont think so watch this space !

The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable about the different toppings and extras and keen to make sure everything was covered in the order, the wait time was minimal and the pizza was piping hot, plenty of topping and a great taste. I’ll definitely be goi g back.

I've not ordered for along time as the food had been poor. Looks like they are back up to a high standard the pizza's were cooked perfectly no grease. Will be using them again from now on.

Over half the nachos had no cheese, salsa or jalapeños and the amount of salsa on the meal was very small. The Pizza also was not upto the standard I've previously had from the outlet. Little to no Tomato, small amount of beef. Appreciate they said they where very busy, if the quality of the food was as previously received the lateness of the delivery could be over looked but having poor quality food and the lateness is not what I expect

Hucknall Pizza Hut. Couple lads in there so helpful and friendly. Even bagged up my food and shopping for me. They deserve some sort of recognition.

My pizza had hair on it and the staff are badly trained + dont wash their hands.

Gave me the wrong pizza I ordered a farm house got a Hawaiian instead? Didn’t bring my ice cream that I paid 6.99 for.

Terrible website and even worse customer service on the phone. I placed my order at 8.30 by 10.10 the order was still wrong and they stopped answering the phone. The manager Caitlin was awful I have email my complaint hopefully they reply soon NOTE TO ALL do not order from Pizza Hut Hucknall it is terrible !

Don’t know why this Pizza Hut gets such bad reviews, I’ve been using them for over 5 years and felt the need to review since seeing all the bad ones! Ladies are lovely, once you’ve had a few orders they all get to know you and your orders by heart! Foods always bang on and they even do a large collection deal £8.99 before 4pm £9.99 after so you really cannot grumble. I’ve had a few pizza huts across Nottingham and this one always tends to be the best for toppings/ not burning pizza! Only negative I can really say about the place is the phone is a little slow to be answered and they don’t accept cash but otherwise brilliant. :-)

One of the worst Pizza Hut places I’ve experienced. The collection desk and area is unclean and the staff are unpleasant and confused. The pizza was very badly made, no cheese or toppings within 2 inch of the edge of the pizza. The topping the put on where random, and when phoned to speak to them they seemed very confused about which toppings should be on which pizza. I ordered a beyond meat pizza, and the person on the phone didn’t seem to know if it was vegetarian or meat. They swapped the pizza, the 2nd was better but still very badly made. Still no beyond meat sticker, not sure why…. But these are very helpful for vegetarians/vegans to feel comfortable that you have used the correct ingredients.

Worst Pizza Hut pizza I have ever had. Hardly any cheese. Soggy. Cheese and toppings just in the middle. Terrible. Must be low on cheese. I was meant to have a triple cheese blend but wasn’t triple cheese. Had peppers and mine wasn’t meant to. Don’t even know if it was the right pizza. Awful.

Food was late (roughly around 20-25 mins) but the pizza and wings were delicious and hot so it was technically worth the wait

Food arrived cold and soggy. No sauces were delivered and my cookie dough was "forgotten" but they managed to remember the ice-cream. When I phoned the store they said it had been forgotten, no apologies, nothing. When I said I wanted the desert I had paid for I was told I would get a free one next time. How is it free if I've already paid for it? There won't be a next time, I won't be coming back to pizza hut as the quality of both food and customer service was extremely poor. I was then told they could deliver one but it would be atleast an hour, this was far too late as the food already arrived 30 minutes later than the estimated delivery time. I was then told I would be given the money back and the phone was put down on me. I just want my money back and to forget about the whole experience in the future I'll be using the quality Italian pizza place on the hight Street, Pizza Napoletana.

Very quick to answer but they do not take some cards sometimes so you have to try another way of doing the order like ordering it online and it does take quick room to deliver the food and it is very nice

Website isn't amazing for flexibility in terms of how to change toppings and making options vegan. But at least they have vegan cheese and beyond meat options! Just wish they'd open it up to the sides.... Tasty tasty pizza and quick to arrive

Order took over 1 hour then didn't turn up. We got a notification saying it had been delivered. Rang up to query and got hung up on half way through conversation. Not really one to post reviews, but the customer service was terrible considering its a take away branch. Wouldn't recommend.

Food arrived 40 minutes after the time requested it to be delivered snd was stone cold! When I rang the shop the manager was unhelpful and unapologetic. Rubbish service!!!

Decided to try Pizza Hut for a change but will be sticking with our local pizza delivery in future. Pizzas were cold when they arrived late and the manager at the shop was not interested in helping us. Delivery driver said he couldn’t find us even though we live on a main road and house clearly marked!! Dreadful!! Avoid at all costs there are much better pizza places in the area.

No dips.... Ordered again today 27/12/2021 online. Order went through then cancelled with instruction to call the branch. Called them, no answer wife called again 1 hour 30 later they answered saying order online again. Absolute sham.

even though I ordered a large bottle of Pepsi, it wasnt on the receipt from pizza hut, it's like they had to put it onto their system and missed it, delivery guy explained it wasnt on the receipt and call the shop.... they never answered the phone after 2 times calling, £3 for a bottle I didnt receive

service isn't awful but the pizza's do not taste like a Pizza hut pizza you would get in, castle marina for example. tastes like a budget version of that. I stopped getting take aways from this place because of this reason

I ordered garlic topped pizza they took it off. I also ordered a dip which they didn’t sent and I know it’s only a small amount of money to spend but they charge you service and delivery on here and they didn’t get the whole order correct. Other than that food was lovely

That's really all you want from a Takeaway, right? They're on time and They provide good food. We've been ordering from them for a long time, It's a good Pizza Hut. Add in the fact that they've been working through Covid the entire time. Retail and Front line workers no matter the field deserve praise in my opinion. If you're reading this and you're one of those people, you rock.

Food was good however it arrived too early. Selected a specific time so that it arrives when my partner gets home. Sally as the delivery was too early the food has gone cold by the time my partner got home.

Absolutely beautiful food, but ordered the 2-for-1 Ice Cream and only 1 was delivered. An hour later and I'm still waiting on the other Ice Cream

Rang to check in order 50 minutes after delivery slot. Initially told they did not have the order, then checked again and was told that it had come through but someone had clicked to complete it without putting the order through, then told that the order had been processed but for the wrong time!!! I asked when they could have it ready for - was told would be at least an hour. We live 400 metres away - so felt like we were being put at the back of the queue despite their mistake with the initial order. Food finally arrived 2.5 hours late - after we’d already had to feed beans on toast to our ravenous children. I know NYE can be busy, but why take orders that cannot be fulfilled? With 3 contradictory explanations given on the phone and no attempt to prioritise an order which was already an hour late demonstrates a complete disdain for their customers....

Food came immediately instead of specified time. But as per, when they make a mistake they always deal with it well and professionally, which is always appreciated. Great pizza, too.

Ordered cheese base, then they rang to say out of stock.. so we said we will have stuffed. But said it costs extra, they said its more money but they can't take payment over the phone. Then we rang at 19:50 to ask where the 19:30 order is, and the guy on the phone was 'im in a world of my own, its ready but will be another 20/30 mins' So went to cancel as it'll be cold pizza by then and he explained we will need to cancel and then talk to Cs to get a refund. So asked to cancel and he said the driver just walked through the door. Said ok we will put a complaint it. He was 'ok' No apology or anything.

It really is a terrible branch. No one answers the phone. Online orders are consistently 45 minutes + late. Refunds are late arriving. Dominos all the way for me now.

Phoned up and complained as food covered in garlic. I cant eat garlic. Was told not my fault you ordered the wrong food. No mention of garlic being on the pizza when I checked my order through the android app. Female on the phone wants training on how to deliver good customer service. Will not use pizza hut again unless the world suddenly becomes overun by vampires. Waste of 22 pounds and did not receive 10 voucher even though my delivery was late.

I never order Pizza Hut as prefer dominoes however thought would have a change and I think il stick to what I know! Was all cold, pizza was very bland and had garlic Power sprinkled all over the pizza so it was very strong and not very nice and I LOVE garlic. Chicken strips were worse wasn’t cooked long enough and garlic bread was ok but cold. Won’t order again reminded me why I’m Not a fan on Pizza Hut. Fast delivery though.

First time ordering only half the order sent had to wait another 55 minutes for the rest of the order. I thought I would give it another go a few months later I waited 2 hours for 2 pizzas awful pizza and terrible service.

Avoid! Ordered for collection. When I arrived I was told that they had cooked the wrong pizza. Had to wait 15mins for the right pizza to be cooked. Lots of shouting and loud music coming from the back - very unprofessional. When I got home I had still been given the wrong pizza and it was all cold. Stuff missing from the order as well.

I ordered from yourselves last night, initially my pizza was wrong and there was beef on it when not requested. Either way I decided to let it go and consumed half of it. On the face of it it didn’t look bad, but soggy and meat tasted strange. Three short ours later the onset of food poisoning set in with near dehydration following 8 hours of vomiting. I’m not just disappointed, this is highly dangerous. I’ve know this restaurant to be bad on numerous occasions but ordered yesterday due to lack of other options.

I have ordered here a number of times and each time it has been disappointing in different ways; cold, late or inedible. However due to a lack of options these evening I decided to give it one last try. The pizza looked soggy, they’d added beef to the vegetable half of my pizza. Previous complaints reveal they do not issue refunds and simply provide you another pizza that is often also late. So as it didn’t look completely inedible I ate it. A mere three hours later I came down with extreme food poisoning (ate at 8pm, onset at 11). 10 hours onwards I can’t get out of bed for vomiting or keep water down, should this continue I’ll be attending the hospital for dehydration. The complaint is less for resolution but more to highlight how dangerous the standards are at this hut. Improve as you are now affecting individuals health. Disgusting. I’ve made a complaint with Pizza Hut themselves, however I’ll be very surprised if I get any form of response.

Pizza was square! Had toppings on I didn't want. Dough base was like bread. Some Wedges were still hard. Absolute disgrace.

Really disappointed. We have waited over an hour and a half for 2 pizzas both bases are really soggy and toppings have just been thrown on excessively meaning the pizzas just taste of dried meat with wet bread. Both are cold and with the chicken strips 2 look more like nuggets than strips. Just overall a poor experience! I always choose Pizza Hut over dominos or papa johns but not anymore! I should of just got £20 and set it on fire instead 👍🏼

Decided to have movie and pizza night as family this evening , ordered pizzas at 7.25 and rang them at 8.40 to be told it would be another hour to hour and a half for pizzas as they hadnt even cooked them yet...no phonecall or email to say they was a delay in fact on app it said it was in the oven !! Cancelled the order on the spot nearly three hours for pizzas ! Result was a ruined movie night as little girl was looking forward to her pizza night . Would never use or recommend this pizza hut and have complained to customer services.

Made an order for delivery at 1800 for 1945, at 2005 still no sign. Phoned the store, 'we've been busy, it'll be with you soon'. OK. At 2030, still no food, another call 'it's just going into the oven'. Order cancelled, when asked for a full refund 'contact customer services'. Hugely unprofessional conduct, massively let down. Used to be reliable.

2 hours late and when they came to door they walked off with our food poor service and for sure will be ringing customer survices! Appalled!

Food was not only cold, but our order was wrong! Then when we explained to the delivery driver our order was wrong, he mumbled and had attitude as if it was our fault. The customer service was awful, not sure how people working with the public have such a poor customer service. Could hear the delivery drivers bad mouthing customers in the back, including ourselves who made a complaint. All in all the service was horrific and the £10 off our next order wouldn’t even persuade us to order with them again!!
