UK Chicken & Pizza in Ashfield

Not upto the usual standard.Chicken was dry and not very hot or fresh.The pizza was disappointing not very fresh or hot chips were also not very warm and for £16+ not cheap

Never have a problem using this service ever if you pay on card online for delivery, in fact it's usually early. But today we have ordered 2 pizzas and a kebab cob and are still waiting an hour over the allotted time! Very disappointed. It also says delivered on the app but have had nothing!

Great tasting,food fast delivery great costumer service. Iv only ever ordered for uk chicken and never disappointed.

Normally love going here but I've been 3 times recently and every delivery have been more than 2 hours. It's beyond a joke, no one should have 2 wait over 2 hours for there food sort yourselves out

Hi had a chicken and sweetcorn pizza from here tonight said it would take 45 minutes it came with in 20 mins I ate to slices next moment I started to feel very sick I hope this feeling goes away soon if I throw up I will be going to the council for un cooked food the pizza smelled like b o

Placed our order at 8.45 and received it at 9.20.Lovely pizza hot chips and lovely sf chicken

Ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza, I was asked if I wanted any extra toppings, I politely declined and asked that it just be a BBQ Chicken pizza no peppers no anything, when it arrived it was drowning in sweetcorn and only 3 slices had chicken on… Would highly recommend nobody order from here

Placed an order for as soon as possible just before 8pm and said delivery in 2hrs! 2.5hrs called as not arrived and was told will be half hour... now passed that time 3hrs 30mins since order and still nothing! Definitely will never use again! Not even a courtesy call to say will be late! Second time this has happened, should have learned the first time . All it takes is courtesy and honesty . Was going to tip delivery driver but unfortunately not happening now due to lack of organisation, he was so apologetic .. arrived cold 3.5hrs after ordering, ate only a slice of pizza and partner ate some of his kebab

I was order number 4067294 and was told an eta of 8.28pm but at 8.50pm I rang to ask for an eta which I was told there's been an accident locally and I'd have a delivery within 20 minutes....35minute later a finally get my food which was cold. The pizza had to go in the oven and the chicken wings went in the bin as I'm not trusting reheating them. I realise the delay isn't your fault at all but clod food was a first from you!

always ordered from these food is good at a reasonable price ive had a few delivery problems when they have forgotten drinks but always redeliver later so I'm happy with the service and would recommend

Thursday 20 August 20, I used the Just Eat App to order food from UK Chicken & Pizza at 5.54pm. The order total was £26, including a £2 delivery fee and £0.50 charge for card payment, which has been scrapped some time ago but they now call it a service charge 🤷🏻‍♂️ The confirmed order stated delivery around 7.05pm. By 7.25pm, still no food so I called them, they told me the food was on its way, but the notification said that at 7.00pm (I live less than 5minutes away) They we’re going to investigate and at 7.31pm they called back to say they’d delivered the order. The description they gave was in fact one of my neighbours, who accepted this meal quite happily, later finding out thinking a family member had ordered it for him, which often happens. Not his fault .. So I’m told that they (UK Chicken) will re-do my order, 5 minutes... well we all know you can’t cook a large mixed shish kebab, 2 boxes of chicken wings and a mega burger in 5 minutes. The order eventually arrived at 7.59pm 55 minutes late. The response I got was yes the delivery driver had given my food to my neighbours, without checking the name, as if it was my fault. Food given and off he went, There was no refund offered for the nearly hour delay, not even the delivery charge. Opening the food order, there was an item missing, another call to Them to get that delivered.. Thursday’s are not as busy a night as day Friday or Saturday. So bad service, bad delivery, long wait times and no apology or recommence and can’t get the order correct eventually when they do deliver ... Recommend .. NO

Do not order from this place on a friday night! Nearly 3 hour wait on food cause there busy is absolutely disgusting espically when the manager is also too busy to speak to you on the phone (ALEX). why take on so many orders if you can't cope with them all, you need to get different staff in who no what they are doing and a better manager who will be willing to speak to you and not just pass on a message to say he is busy bang out of order.

Decided to try this place as neither of us fancied driving to KFC - oh how I wish we had. Only decent part was the delivery driver who was very polite. The chicken was chewy and just not very nice in general, the chips were hard and luke warm - we appreciate we live 3 miles away but if they can't deliver hot food then don't deliver the menus to the area.

You can't beat a good chicken Kebab after a long day at work. To be fair the only way to go is the Shish - chicken shish is very good. Service can be a tad grumpy at times - mind you in the centre - I guess you get grumpy clients.

Here or new Diamond kebab are my favourite takeaways in the area

Had a pizza chips and 2 pieces of chicken from here the serving staff were very friendly and everything looked clean enough the chicken was very nice not over cooked and moist the pizza was OK but had another one since which didn't taste half as good so I'm thinking it's a bit hit and miss type of place

Visited UK chicken on Friday 17th June ordered chicken nuggets and chips for my daughter and a value box for myself . Daughter had a black hair wrapped around a chip and I had a severe case of stomach cramps and a weekend on the toilet. Will not be using again.

I am highly disgusted with this take away poor customer care and do not listen to what you order also cooking chicken nuggets with chips (cross contamination) no good if your a veggie will be ringing the council tomorrow!
