The best restaurants in East Midlands

Was passing through Harby and stopped by Gillys Fish Bar, stopped for a quick bite to eat the staff were lovely and prepared all of our food fresh to order had the gillys spicy fish, as something new to try and it was so fresh and tasty ! Would definitely recommend to friends and family :)

Don't order it - can you imagine a brioche bun with unrendered bacon with some cheese on top of scrambled egg and wait for it - on top of sweet chutney. I can safely say sweet chutney with scrambled eggs and fatty bacon will stay will me all my life - for all the wrong reasons. Seriously - its a gimmick to get a bit more money - but it was revolting

Fantastic coffee on offer and scrumptious toastie went down a treat. Well worth a visit for breakfast and lunch if you're in the area.

Un encantador café para simplemente caer en el almuerzo y bebidas. Mis intolerancias alimentarias fueron acomodadas eficientemente y tuvimos un inglés completo y una papa chaqueta. El inglés completo incluía pan frito (ahora una rareza), así como todos los trozos normales (los huevos fritos eran justos, firmes pero con yemas corridas). La patata chaqueta era grande, era bueno comer en todo momento, la cobertura era generosa y la ensalada agradable. Dos cafés de acompañamiento eran sabrosos y calientes. Todo organizado por Ruby que tomó los pedidos y los sirvió de una manera eficiente. (¡Gracias Ruby!) Planeamos regresar.

Amazing food, was such good value for money! I really recommend a visit, it is located at the back of the Skegness pleasure beach fair. Extremely friendly and helpful staff!

Tip Top & Not ! Tip Top? All the food was delicious Cosy atmosphere Friendly service A cut little place Not? Nothing - all great ! We called in for a light lunch and ended up sampling half the menu. We nipped out to buy a bottle of wine to sink with lunch too!

Thailicious did a pop up at the Shiny Tap and as always Kay and her team produced a terrific tasty menu of outstanding food to enjoy, thank you for a great evening.

First time of visiting and we will definitely be back, staff very welcoming, a very extensive menu. The portions were huge and very scrumptious.

Lovely people, absolutely hilarious actually. Made my mum and I very welcome straight away. Straight forward food that’s wholesome and tasty. I have a feeling this will be my mum and I’d regular spot when she visits. This place reminds me of much needed home cooked food on a long road trip and finding a gem of a cafe on a long country road. I dunno, strange feeling of comfort in a pubic place.

Recommended by a friend and was not disappointed. This independent coffee shop is impeccably clean with a welcoming and friendly staff. They offer a wide range of pastries, cakes, and light bites, all of which are delightful. The coffee is exceptional - so much so that I ended up buying some beans to take home. There's plenty of parking and the place is disability-friendly, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Lovely bistro with friendly staff. We visited for brunch and the food was excellent. My husband asked for a veggie breakfast and really enjoyed the veggie sausages, eggs, beans, hash browns, mushrooms and spinach with a side of toast. My traditional full English was delicious, excellent sausages and bacon. The coffee was really good too. Very nice staff with good service. We would definitely recommend and visit again.

I stopped by the Saucy lady in Louth corn Market for my and had Crispy Taco's with spiced ground beef, chesse, sour cream, guacamole salsa and salad it was delicious, I highly recommend this little Deli.

Wow, utterly amazing members of coupled with the amazing colours and brilliant design of the van. Which is super clean tidy and maintained, make The Cube Disability Care Service outstanding. Excellent signs and layout make it a lovely area to sit and have a deserved pit stop and beak. With their tabled area placed out by themselves as well as super friendly customer service, the use of a dog bowl for your dogs to drink fresh and clean water, plus some dog treats given to us for free to mention a couple. together give the Cube Disability Care Service Food Van a feel like no other food van. They go above and beyond for each and every customer who they served, no matter how much we spent, or didn't spend.

1st visit to Grantham and found this lovely restaurant. Both of us had Sea Bass which was cooked by Bela. What a lovely meal we had. Had a nice chat with Bela who told us a bit about her family and her small authentic restaurant. We will definitely go there again. Highly recommended.
