Pizza Roma in North Kesteven

Done meat and chips too much sauce good food though my freind henry wheeler says its not good would maybe go again maybe well have to see

Thank god we got this massive order, you can now buy a new pizza cutter 👍 Brilliant food but you might want to employ someone who actually knows how to cut pizza 🍕

Hungry, so thought I would have a Kebab, went in and decided on mixed meats and chips, server did not seem to understand what was wanted, so repeated. Stated chilli sauce in pot please, cost just over £18, thought a bit high but was hungry, sat and waited, watching food being cooked, did not look cleanest of places, nobody wearing and aprons or gloves. When arrived home, meats were over cooked, shish was burnt, chicken dry, all the food Invluding the chips were smothered in santander seasoning, I could not eat as so overpowering, they had cooked me a double portion, 3 pittas, salad was only thing worth eating, the staff do not listen to what is ordered, my second visit and my last, Hygiene standards very poor, would not recommend

We thought we would give this place another chance. We had a bad takeaway from them last time but we thought lets give them another chance. Nope, never again. The standard of food has really gone down hill. We ordered a kebab meal for two and roast chicken and chips. The shish kebab was under cooked and very thin, nothing like they used to do. The chicken was tasteless and looked like it was taken off a leg. The best part was the donner meat. How sad is that? My wife used to love the roast chicken as they always used to supply a nice roast breast. Not now. A greasy chicken leg. Not very nice and the cheapest part of the chicken. So they are cutting back on the quality while increasing their prices. Nope......that's us done with this place.

Waited 2 hours for delivery Food was not nice chicken and lamb kebab Lamb was chewy like leather Chicken dry Would not bother ordering from here if u staying at tattershall park

We ordered a couple of pizzas and fries and were told it would be 45 mins. After 90 mins ,and no food we rang back only to be told it hadnt been made yet and would be another 15 mins. 30 mins later it turned up . We had to heat the fries back up and the pizzas were overcooked and dry. We have had takeaways from there for years but recently the standard has declined, this will be the last time we use them

Wow, my local kebab house.Rather whan write a review i would sooner say my issues face to face, so I let them know whilst collecting my mixed kebab how bad my last order was which was the spicy chicken kebab, the smarmy lad behind the counter grinned and gave a thumbs up, now if anyone was thinking i did this for discount , think again I paid for my mixed kebab before mentioning my last order.Times are not easy for anyone and I believe I spending local.Takeaways are the only luxury we have.So the spicy chicken kebab. Complaint was, pitta bread was soggy ( more like wet kitchen roll) and not enough chicken to warrant the cost, worst ever spicy chicken kebab ever, I literally had to eat it with a knife and fork, as soon as picked it up it fell through my hands like a freshly cracked egg, it was that soggy, greasy and horrible, do not order it unless you get off on being disappointed.So before I moaned tonight ( keep in mind I used to love this kebab shop, never had a bad meal before and they know me by face ), I paid for my mixed kebab ( made sure I paid 1st as wasnt after any discount) moaned about last said meal ( it was atrocious) got the smug smarmy grin and thumbs up, went home opened my mixed kebab to find it was stone cold, really wtaf is happening here, so anyway zapped it in the microwave, and yes it tasted as good as it always does, grabbed my pitta as you do about to stuff it with tasty greasy mixed kebab and salad and the smarmy git hadn't even sliced an opening, now this may seem trivial but the point of rake out us not to do anything yourself, so far I have had to re-heat my meal and cut open my own pitta bread ( I bet he's still got a smarmy smile on his face !)So maybe now your thinking well food does go cold, well yes it does, I ordered via there app, as I always do and collected before the time I was told to, now I live roughly 100m away if that from pizza roma, ( I kid you not, I can see it from my bedroom window).So tonight my food was cold within 1 minute of getting home ( thanks for keeping my hot food chilled - hes still probably grinning!).To conclude 2020 I would have recommended pizza roma to everyone and anyone, but to be honest, you don't really give 2 hoots now about your loyal local customers, you know who I am, the smarmy grinning member of staff saw me tonight, and if the owners want clarification im round the corner on church view, next to chaos discount. Seriously guys so downhill youd win the downhill skiing at the winter Olympics, definitely list my custom, due to a smarmy grinning staff member more than anything, keep your thumbs up boy!

The portions have seemed very small for money recently but food good quality and always hot on arrival. Last order was delayed. This time we ordered at 18.20 told to expect food at 19.18 as there was a 15min delay. Now 19.45 and I rang them to get a hollow "sorry" food would still be another 20mins. Service has gone down hill recently but still way better than oasis in sleaford who swore at me and hung up. We understand they get busy but they have an app that updates time so use it and keep people informed. Lets see how long we have to wait........ expected better.

I use to love this place but their portions are getting very small. The kebabs hardly have any doner in them now, which is a shame as they use to be nice. Their burgers are nice. Please sort out your portion sizes.

Ordered a delivery on 19/08/2020. Was told the delivery time had gone up from ordering online to an hour and a half which was fine. Still no sign of the food after 2 hours so we called and said they were short staffed. Called again and said the system was down so I knew I was being fobbed off. Asked the manager to cancel the order and he refused and ordered me a £10 refund (on a £40+ order) I said we didn’t want the food anymore as we had been waiting 2.5 hours. Had 6 friends round for my sister in laws baby shower and they were all ready to go home never mind to eat their evening meal. Manager calls me back saying how sorry he is because we’re good customers (order frequently from here) and he’s giving me a full refund as way of apology and still sending the food which would be here any minute. Food arrived and one of the pizzas was missing and 8 days later I’m still waiting for the card refund. I phoned last night and asked to speak to the manager and as soon as the lady on the phone gave the details of my address he refused to speak to me saying he was too busy. Avoid or at the very least pay cash!!

Ordered via Just Eat and was really impressed with the service and pizzas. Was given a delivery time of 1900 and it pitched up at 18.57! Pizzas were hot and fresh too.

Only get to visit this place at the weekends but it’s always consistently good food! From their pizzas to a nice shish! 👍👍

Made the order online for 6.05 as that was the time available to preorder. we decided to get settled and everything we needed to do done before it arrived so as we could enjoy and relax and I was in the bath. 5.05 a knock at the door and the delivery driver was outside... When I told him the order was an hour early I was literally ignore so I thought maybe it was my mistake. when we checked the receipt it was indeed an hour early an even though my pizza was beautiful the calzone ordered was burnt and inedible. THIS ORDER COST NEARLY £30 and we just could not enjoy it and the customer service well I was ignored by the delivery driver so what more can I say

Didnt like the Pizza the base looked like a brain and was so doughy. Burger was not nice. Fries were good though.

The meaty pizza was a treat, and the semi-thick crust was an extra bonus. One of the best pizza’s I had this year.

Not been here for a few months as it had gone downhill but thought we would give it another go! Could not believe the massive price increases on everything what a joke!!! A chicken fillet burger meal is £10 ha ha ha really??? It’s £5.50 at a different takeaway in town! Where the hell did they get that price from! A combination kebab is also £10 !!!!!!!! Disgusting! Used to be able to get 2 kebabs for a tenner! Picked up on way home from work but won’t be going again at them ridiculous prices!!! Get a grip and put your prices back down you aren’t a gourmet restaurant

Does what it says on the tin. Sound enough pizzas, nice kebabs, very quick service (including delivery). On Just Eat, if you use that.

Ordered our food for delivery waited a hour and still hadn’t arrived rang up after a hour to be told it was 2min away well 30 mins later and we are still waiting so it’s taken one hour and thirty minutes for a take away delivery

Ordered 3x 12" Pizzas, not only did we recieve 3x 10" pizzas instead, we were still charged for the 12" ones. Upon calling them to get a refund, or at least an apology, we got a half hearted promise the delivery man (working for the takeaway) would refund us. He didnt. Leading us to believe their 'apology' was not sincere at all. Niether were we refunded for the pizzas. A careless and thieveing nature. Used to visit this place alot, since they put the prices up, the delivery service is always late, and we are left to wait up to two hours for our food. Would not recommend this takeaway to anyone who is looking for a speedy and reliable service.

Ordered a pizza and some chips and it took almost 2 hours to arrive. Pizza was above average; nothing to get excited about but hot and well cooked. the chips, on the other hand were hard and dry like they had been microwaved.

People have slated this place because they lost some of their health and hygiene points. I have been eating kebabs and pizzas from here for 15 years, and never had an upset stomach. Great food, great staff, great delivery. Prices are also competitive.

ordered a meal for delivery at 8.25 and was told it would tale 45mins. at 10.10 we called to ask what was happening as meal still hadn't been delivered. was told they still hadn't even started it and it was going to take at least another 45 mins and if i didn't like that i could always cancel!

Staff excellent, the food excellent, very quick (even at peak times) and a delivery service, what more could you ask for.

Food is excellent and the staff are incredibly helpful. Could not fault the experience. Good selection of foods at reasonable prices what is there not to like?

We use this take away probably once every two months, cant fault it for speed or quality, love the kebab specials and the pizzas

I often get a takeaway from here, delicious food. I love their pizza's, kebabs and burgers. Very yummy. Fast delivery. Friendly staff.

We ordered a delivery to a local village in the delivery area that this establishment delivers to. We were informed that delivery would be within one hour which was fine. 1 hour and 55 minutes later our food arrived which was Luke warm and some dishes were cold. I rang immediately to the take away and my complaint was taken on board straight away as they said that I was the third delivery and that they were too busy. A man that I spoke to on the phone (Hussain) who said that he was the stand in manager for that night said that a full refund of the meal will happen and that my name was noted and just ring again and there would be no charge. Five days later I rang up stated my name and ordered again with less on my order than was refunded asked that there would be no charge and this was confirmed. When the delivery arrived I was asked to pay for the meal as only a nominal amount of £5 was taken off. When I stated that there was no charge as confirmed by the shop they denied this and the food was duly taken back. I have awarded 2 stars as the quality/taste of the food is very good however it has lost 3 stars due to the poor customer service, poor delivery service and cold food.
