The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Employee on phone needs to listen to order. Comes across very angry and doesn’t listen. Ordered extra onion ended up with coleslaw that wasn’t ordered. Such a shame.

I used to order from here all the time then got a few bad experiences so haven’t used for a long time. Last night thought we would try again I ordered a chicken kebab and left a message saying g I wanted it in pitta instead Of a nan bread. I couldn’t believe when it arrived thought it felt light the chicken or lack of chicken what was in it. That’s it with them NEVER AGAIN

3rd issue in a row and no more will I order. Waited 40 mins from when app told me my food was delivered and to enjoy for me to recieve my food and as suspected it was all cold. So had to reheat. Birthday treat for boy ruined. Shocking. 50 pounds absolutely wasted

Been a loyal customer for over two years now , the past 3 months have gone down hill ! Customer service has really lowered it’s almost like they don’t care ahh more ! Safe to say i no longer will use me pizza wantage

food is awful mate don’t bother spending your money. ordered chocolate cake and instead got sent frozen profiteroles. Both pizzas came cold and looked as if they’d been made the day before.

Order 1 fries 1 wedges of 2 fries went beck and they exchanged it for me and let me keep the extra fries

We had a midweek treat from Ace pizza last night, unfortunately this looks to have been the cause of severe cramps and illness. This was the only food we ate together yesterday and have both been up since 2am feeling very unwell. This was the first time in a while we’ve used this takeaway and will be the last.

The food came around 45 minutes late! Once arrived the kebab meat was barely cooked, cold and got put in the bin! And was also missing the side salad to come with it! Chips and curly fries was also cold! Won’t be ordering from here again!

Feeling shame for being a customer for many years. 52 Broadwater Rd, Worthing BN14 8AG They have given half cooked pizza - but good part is that I found the quality of cheese they are using. it's like an expired synthetic s**t, it's bitter and pale coloured BE CAREFUL - will never eat outside.

Excellent food in a cosy setting, really friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant was really clean!

My partner and I ordered several items: - Mac and cheese - Mozzarella sticks - Lemon and herb wings - Medium meatball Italiano pizza The portion sizes worked out perfectly for two people, but unfortunately, most dishes fell short. The mac and cheese was mediocre and forgettable. The mozzarella sticks were unusually sweet with a honey flavor, and lacked the classic stringy texture you'd expect - they were stiff, similar to halloumi fries but without the saltiness. The lemon and herb wings were particularly disappointing. They were dry and tasted like soap rather than lemon, likely due to cilantro (warning: if you're sensitive to cilantro's soapy taste, avoid these). The chicken's color was also concerning. The only redeeming dish was the pizza, which my partner enjoyed, though they mentioned it would've been better without the onions.

It was during the week and it was late so there wasn't much open but it had been a very long day so needed a descent meal. I had a pizza thin base. It was the best pizza that I had eaten at pizza express. So tasty and fresh.

I just ordered some pasta from this branch, what I received was burnt and disgusting!! I would avoid ordering from here for delivery. Might be better in the restaurant but the delivery was terrible, over cooked, burnt and couldn’t eat it!!
