Pizza Uno in Sunderland

Havent vivió en Sunderland durante más de 3 años, pero todavía están enviando mensajes de spam conmigo. No hay manera de detenerlos, incluso bloquear el número solo significa que recibo un nuevo texto el próximo viernes. Marcar como basura no lo detiene. Responder con stop u opt out simplemente tampoco funciona.

Ordered a tomato garlic bread and collected it got all the way home and opened the box and it was a plain garlic bread

I won't be ordering again from Pizza Uno they are normally fairly good . This is the first time I've ordered beef lasagne there was no mince beef in my lasagne very min, it was all pasta and belchamel sauce, I had a handful of chips. I haven't tried my Greek salad as of yet . I'paid £18.75 including delivery I've been completely ripped off we are in a cost of living crisis as it is, I don't want to be deceived in this way ...

pizza was good but driver didnt read the order notes as i asked not to knock because the baby was asleep and he did anyway😬

Food was late and cold utter disgraceful attitude when I rang up asking where my order was as well.

food very nice although I ordered a mixed wrap and got sent a kebab one I rang the shop and they swiftly sent me a new one and let me keep the old one for the convenience, 10/10 service cheers

Ordered chicken Kiev but there didn’t seem to be any garlic on it

Two mixed wraps with chips and salad but asked for salad only came with just meat dry meat in a wrap and the smallest tub of garlic on the side went in the bin won’t be making that mistake again

£14 for a 1/4 burger that was abysmal is a disgrace. I’ve had better £5 burgers from a street van.

food never arrived, staff on the phone was rude and the restaraunt closed before the order was sorted due to the phone staff.

Ordenado desde aquí un par de veces parando en Sunderland y ambas veces decepcionado. Las patatas fritas estaban hechas en exceso y la hamburguesa no sabía a carne de res más como cordero gomoso con una pequeña cantidad de boloñesa. Nada como la foto. Por el precio no valió la pena el monto pagado y no se volverá a usar.

chips very cold and I placed the order over an hour ago to be delivered for a certain time and was 30 minutes late and food was cold

Ordered 2 wraps, got 2 completely different wraps than what was ordered and one only had chicken in, no sauce, no salad, no chips. Tasted awful as well, straight in the bin. Shambles. Delivered on time tho so cheers

There was no garlic in my garlic with cheese 12 pizza 12 each long 12 inch pizza

Nice food but had to walk a bit to get food as delivery driver was telling us he was new to area and when trying to explain where he was and where he had to go he wasn’t even giving us a chance to direct him and kept saying “google directed me here”. Understand people might be new to areas but it’s annoying he wouldn’t let us tell him and then kept saying “you will have to contact just eat” as in to say get your food from where I am or I’m driving away. Pay delivery for a reason.

delivered earlier than estimated time,, food was ok but wudnt be ordering again,, was only just warm,, parmazan was not nice, crispy ,, n no flavour,, very plain,, chips were cold,, salad was ok . overall dissapointing for the price. not good value .

ordered 8 inch 6 inch arrived less than half ingredients paid for 1st time this has happened with this restaurant but price paid should get what paid for didn't happen

Pizza was really greasy and soggy and the chicken wasn’t very nice and it tasted like Indian food and it gave me really bad heartburn and I only ate the cheese off the top, won’t be ordering again, shame because they used to do lovely pizza.

Absoulty outstanding service. Food arrived early. Food was hot and fresh. No complaints with potion size. Family fully enjoyed the meal, will deffo order again.

Haven’t ordered for ages from here. Food is nice and tasty. But the portions sizes are grim compared to what they were. I’d feed myself for 2 days on what was a 12 quid kebab, I’m gonna slam this tonight at 18 quid. I know things are going up and that but Haway.

También recomendaría la pizza pepperoni y la hamburguesa de pollo. Este lugar es fantástico y sin duda lo recomendaría.

Unfortunatley the bread bun on our burger was hard on one side, I had ordered a thin crust pizza with pineapple as an extra but received a thick crust and no pineapple. Also our garlic mushrooms were more or less cold. Food is usually spot on so a bit disappointed.

Normally really good pizza's but they going down in quality to much cheese also no need to have so much on.

Pizza was lovely but got no pitta bread and if they ran out they could have atleast told me or gave me something else instead of it

Absolutely stinking! Chicken kebab with 4 bits chicken and pile donner meat if a wanted dinner meat a would got a dinner kebab sauce zero taste smells like sweaty feet lot in the bin a don’t want kebab meat stink on me chicken!! Does not state in menu get kebab meat!

Stale cold chips, tasted like last nights leftover, kebab meat was a bit undercooked, garlic dip and chilli dip watery down and tasteless …. Gutted that I’ve worked so hard for months and wasted money on this food …delivery driver really lovely

I requested delivery time after I finished work. It came super early with my partner answering the door, meaning it was stone cold by the time I finished work. I ordered a chicken kebab, there was more kebab meat than chicken which was disappointing. The chicken was cooked well but tasted terribly of too much ginger bizarrely.

Ordered an extra large chicken kebab , portion of chips and a large garlic sauce it came to £15.20 and whe I opened it up I was disgusted as there was much chicken at all and the pitta bread was hard, safe to say I won't be going back

Much better quality in the new boxes. Kebab meat was perfect and lovely kebab salad.

Very good customer services. One item was wrong. phoned and nothing was a problem for the shop to fix the issue. Very nice lady on the phone.

When your delivery guy arrived I took a bad dizzy bought while I opened the door and slipped to the floor and your guy helped and stayed with me until I felt better helped me to my feet so to me he's my hero and a diamond so thank you so much.

Ordered from pizza uno, this shop used to be the best about, but now seems to be going down hill fast, ordered the pepperoni pizza but as you can see it was inedible, Came burnt cold and hard, very disappointing, Don’t think I will return.

The burger was like eating cardboard no bolognese on the Mexican burger the burger itself was disgusting hard had no taste , the pizza was terrible ! Pizza uno used to be lovely one of the best in Sunderland I used to work here when it was in its prime ! Sad to see the changes and bad it’s reputation is now

Food came in 30 mins so came in good time but garlic tasted absolutely vile definitely tasted off never had a taste like it -10000/10. &got jalapeños in the chicken tikka wrap with salad which I did not ask for & couldn’t eat cos it was too spicy

I have ordered from here before and have had a good experience but ordered tonight and I’m not happy to be honest my onion rings did not show up which cost nearly £5 then my food has came and the kebab and chips where cold and not nice and the garlic bread special was cold and very greasy the pizza was fine nothing wrong with it

Best Pizza in Sunderland , Large Bolognaise Pizza with Jalapeños with a large garlic and got another large pizza for £1.

Delivery time was excellent, but the garlic mushrooms were cold, the chicken pieces were hard like rubber and the pitta bread was quite stale, the kebab meat was quite greasy, the chicken parm however was lovely and the chips were lovely as usual.

I order a wrap it was absolutely tasty and they give me like dips I recommend the garlic dip and the Chili and stuff was friendly

I really liked the pizza and never got disappointed. The tikka wrapp was amazing. I also liked the hotshot parmo with Italian sauce.

Meat on pizza was burnt black, absolutely awful
