never had pizza like that before, very hard to find topping on it, ordered 2 ×12" 3 topping, but got just cheese and tomato . never order again.

Never had a bad meal but the pizza was a bit oily and hardly any topping . Might as well of been a cheese and tomato. Having said that will still use it because only bad meal I've had of plenty

Food was lukewarm, pizza a bit tasteless, the fries were okay but I'm a bit disappointed since I used to order from here a year ago

Driver never attempted to call or ring flat buzzer. After I called same food arrived they had been here 30 mins beforehand. Beyond cold completely inedible

Very friendly and delicious food

1 hour 20 mins late due to driver going to wrong address and a woman in the building claiming the pizza. After several calls to the restaurant as well as the driver who clearly suspected I was in the wrong the pizza finally arrived with an apology from the driver for going to to a nearby similar sounding road name in error. Food was nice but such an ordeal to get it.

I ordered cheesey chips and it came with no cheese

Not happy tonight, with what happened with the food, you sent the same food back that was dropped and splattered on the driveway, apart from the jalapeño cream cheese, which you did replace, can’t except food that’s been on the floor, when I saw it was the same food, put straight in the bin, I have very high hygiene standards, don’t know if I will be coming back, very disappointed. 😞

Got the delivery to my place of work this time at Bournemouth hospital! Always have friendly, cheerful delivery guys which really makes Godfather Pizzas one of the best! Not to mention, their pizzas are most definataly the best around!

Food was absolutely delicious, the wrap was almost bursting with how full it was. The donner meat and chicken was so full of flavour. Cannot rate high enough! Definitely will be ordering again! The salad in the wrap was fresh and tasty too

Lovely tasting food, wasn't stone cold but just could do with a little extra to keep it a bit hotter.

One word AWFUL!!!! The driver called stating that they could not find the property despite having my full address and postcode, I stood outside on the main road for 20 minutes on the main road in the freezing cold giving them directions and they still said they couldn't find it. In the end after 20 minutes in the freezing cold I gave up and told them to cancel the order and refund it, no apology, no care in the world. You have now lost a very valuable customer. Start employing people who know what they are doing!!!!!!

Used to order from here all the time, not sure what has happened but poor quality food, paid for cheesy chips but they arrived with no cheese, chicken burger was inedible, despite being ‘on time’ that still was over an hour after ordering

Pizza is lovely, really enjoyed it. Onion rings were quite bland and tasteless. Nachos not bad but the cheese used was very mild so could do with a bit more flavour. Delivery fast and driver polite.

Soggy bottom. I think they’ve had an issue with the lower grill for some time as every pizza has a soggy, uncooked base making it almost impossible to eat.

2 hour wait for food ridiculous usually always order from here I called the restaurant and the reply I got was its on its way still waited even longer will not be ordering from here again

Disgusting service, extremely rude staff and LIARS. DO NOT order from here. My partner and I are on holiday and ordered from here, restaurant claims they phoned 15 times and knocked on our door to let us know they were here which they did not and I have proof. Called driver/restaurant and was spoken to in a vile manner and told “so I don’t care it’s not my problem” despite us being very polite and apologetic although it wasn’t our fault. Will be reporting this restaurant to trading standards.

Food choice and price is always excellent. Portion sizing is generous (except the beans) and the delivery is always on time if not early. The loss of a star is due to occasional mistakes as if rushed it otherwise top quality food delivered by friendly people.

Best Pizza around. Way better than the big pizza companies. Godfather every time

Food delivery was estimated between 8.15 and 8.35, order was placed at 7:20. Requested an update via the app at 8.45, no update received so phoned at 8.55. Was told that food was on its way, it’s arrived at 9.20. I understand it’s Friday night and they’re busy, but if there is a 2 hour wait for food they should not accept the order, or at least let you know. Food was nice enough when it got here, but wait was not OK.

Fast delivery. Food not as nice as usual. Chips tasted of the container and they forgot the cheese.

Delivery times cant be helped, i understand that so not overly concerned about that. However my order was wrong. There was something in my garlic bread i didnt order and i cant even describe what they were. I thought ok i will pick them out, but the taste of Garlic Bread was so bad i had to bin it. I ordered a cheesy chips. They arrive in a wrap and were cold. Not the best meal.

Always consistent, and always good. One of my favourite takeaways.

If I wanted nachos I should have made them myself! BBQ Doritos and cheese ontop for almost £4?? Really?? All I asked for was no jalapenos and salsa. The sauce from my chicken wings had escaped into the bag and I haven't even tried my kebab wrap yet.....oh dear....

Unfortunately I received white wine which I can't drink instead of rose which I ordered

Best pizza I’ve had on a loooong time bar none!

I realised 3 hours after my order arrived that something was missing. If im being honest with you, noobdy checks their order and then compares it with what they got. I only just realised now and i feel scammed. I called the restraunt because that is what i was told to do, they said they would give me refund, no refund was given! Have any customer services issues? Your not the only one! My family has ordered from this place from years and so have lots of others i know, but now i am starting to reconsider my choice of continuing to do that. *customer service is appauling*

Ordered BBQ ribs. stone cold, BBQ sauce watery truth to be told, can't believe anyone would charge good money for this type of food.

Food was late, delivery driver just rude practically threw the bag in front of me to get out myself making us in close contact, no thank you no hello or enjoy your food. I asked for no cheese on garlic bread and it turned up with cheese - chips were cold.

Ordered from here this evening, the order arrived earlier than expected, but they had sent a bottle of normal coke (my partner is a diabetic and therefore would always ask for a diet coke) the driver was extremely rude and told me to call the shop and walked off in a huff. I called the shop and they told me that it hadn't come through on the comments section. I apologied maybe it was an error and explained the reason we can't have normal coke and he agreed to send a diet coke, I also told him how his drivers attitude was. The same driver returnedwith the diet coke and snatched the other drink from me and walked off and slammed our gate. My partner followed him out and asked what the problem was and he said that i had complained in the rain and then he was abusively rude to my partner in his face agressive and spat towards my partner at my car. We then called the shop to let them know how their driver had been with us which he then proceeded to support his driver, no apologies and also started to talk over my partner in a mildly agreesive way. It gave us the feeling that this is the culture from the top to the bottom. Not only will we not order from them again we shall also let people know of our experience. We are also contemplating filing a police report especially since there is a pandemic at the moment.

Was missing items and the chips tasted like they was reheated form the day befor

The food was almost inedible as I asked for no chilli/ Jalapeños on Nachos and it came with them on and the egg was runny in the burger which is not right so overall not nice at all and won’t be ordering again!!!

We ordered some kebab and veggie burger. Both top class for their price. This takeaway is a must try! Keep it up! :)

Whoever came up with kebab topped nachos deserves some kind of medal!

Pizza smelt of plastic/chemicals and asked for only half to have jalapeños so my son could eat half but it was on the whole pizza. Picked them off but still too hot. It was late in yeh evening so I couldn’t wait for another

The quality of the food was below average it was warm, not hot. The presentation was poor we had pizzas I had cheese & tomato, it did not look at all appetising. It smelt of garlic which was not on menu. My partner had pepperoni, and some other meats, we did not finish the meal we ended up throwing it away. Hence we will not buy from them again.

Pedí carne. Vino después de 1 hora sin patatas fritas ni arroz. La carne estaba vieja y no se podía masticar. A altas horas de la noche tuve dolores de estómago y vómitos. Todo está muy sucio. Y nunca tienen productos frescos. Creo que debería cerrarse porque es peligroso para la salud.

So I love this place. However recently ordered the ribs and if anything it made me laugh. I've never had such tiny ribs delievered before. Only 4 and small. For the money not really good. Everything else I've ever had is good.

Food was cold and hard kids nuggets where burnt and items where missing

Chips stale, breaded mushrooms instead of cheesy bites, chicken burger was average, food delivered in good time. I was trying to order from godfathers in parkstone, and ordered from here by accident, this one isn’t on the same level unfortunately.

Worst kebab I have ever had, have ordered from here a couple of times and it has been okay but this time we waited half an hour over the time we were told and the kebab was not cooked properly it was near on white with lumps of weird stuff all over it. Also found a wire of some sort of packaging hanging out of one of the pieces of kebab. Sorry to say but this time food quality and time keeping was awful.

Got the basic kebab, chicken wings and chip pita, but it took an hour to arrive and they forgot the Fanta we ordered

They forgot my burger, phoned them and they said it was impossible for it to be missing, so really trying to say I was lying, NOT hard up for a £7 burger, been ordering from here for years and spend good money with them, so now feel I should no longer come here because of this, NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THEM.

I think you need a new delivery driver! Rude and lies. Caught out on CCTV . 1hour45 wait for food. Driver said he came with food but never did. Then admitted that he went to another house after mentioned CCTV.

Excellent service the food was delicious one of the best takeaways I have found in a long while. Fresh food which you can tell when your eating it. Full of flavour food was still popping hot when it arrived. Can’t fault anything with it and good value for money. Will be ordering from these again.

Not sure how you can have “restaurant service” for delivered food. That being said the pizza’s were great.

Mis hijos tenían dos entre entonces, así que un poco antes los detuvo a comer en la tienda llamada, a la que dijeron que podían venir a cobrar cuando llegaron, se negaron a recibir un reembolso pero ¿tomaron la comida en la tienda de llamadas? ? Como no tuve ninguna cena, empecé a preparar algunas en casa y mi compañero entró al día siguiente, y luego rechazaron cualquier reembolso diciendo que era nuestra culpa por tener salsa en kebab. Nunca tuvimos este problema con ellos ni con ninguna otra comida para llevar. ¿Recibir comida fría por una salsa? ? Incluso un pequeño reembolso hubiera sido mejor que nada, nunca más los usará para culpar al cliente por su comida / servicio inadecuado ¿es asqueroso?

Si hubieran sido honestos y hubieran dicho que no habían recibido un pedido en lugar de decir que estaba en camino, habría sido un mejor viaje para el cliente que el que yo había recibido.¡Nunca los volveré a usar!
