the guy cut my phone call mid way call then said i cut it when he cut it and was rude on the phone, the place had previously been great but quality and service has gone down only thing that’s gone up is the price

WANTED TO ORDER SAME AS HAD PREVIOUSLY ORDERED. TWO MEDIUM PIZZAS FOR DELIVERY. ONLY THIS TIME THE PRICE WAS 1/3 MORE EXPENSIVE WHICH SEEMED AN ENORMOUS HIKE. HAVING BEEN ON HOLD, THEN PASSED TO THE MANAGER, THE DECISION WAS TO CANCEL THE ORDER RATHER THAN PAY THIS EXCESSIVE PRICE HIKE WAS TAKEN.

I am so upset by the service of this restaurant. I advise everyone to AVOID ordering from a restaurant that treats is customers so badly. The delivery driver scratched a car that was parked on my path which was not my car when delivering my order. The cost to get the paint fixed was £250 - by a friend of a friend so was discounted and should have much been more as the scratch was very deep and covered about 3 inches of the door panel. Dough restaurant told me to email them and have completely ignored all of my emails and now calls/requests to speak to someone who can help me. They keep saying they will get a manager or someone from head office to contact me but I'm still waiting almost a month later. I understand this is a difficult time for restaurants but it is a difficult time for me as well. I am a student and this £250 has caused me to go further into my overdraft debt. The driver also chose not to walk down the path but try to take a shortcut which is what resulted in him scratching the car. Very disappointed and would advice everyone to avoid ordering from a restaurant who treats its customers like this.

He ordenado desde aquí con bastante regularidad cuando estoy en Cardiff. Es realmente una pena que las pizzas sean realmente buenas, pero después de tres veces obtuvieron el pedido equivocado y realmente no les importa. Nunca los usaré de nuevo.

La pizza de Papa John que acabo de entregar era absolutamente repugnante. Casi incomestible. Tuve 3 bocados y pude comer más a pesar de morir de hambre. Cómo se salen con la suya con ofertas tan pésimas a precios caros es un misterio

Not happy with customer service

Not happy about how long I waited for the food it was 2 hours late!

Absolutely disgusting. I use to order from this place a lot but is gone downhill. I've had food poisoning twice ordering takeaway from here. Chicken shish and lamb shish all I could taste is full of salt. Do not order from here unless you want to spend few days of sick. If I could score zero I would. That's how bad it was. I paid £30 for rubbish food that gave me food poisoning.

Food was horrible with the burger dry and the chips had a funny taste. Place is filthy inside.
