I am taking my business elsewhere. Pappa Johns's food is good, but Pappa Johns in Gossops Green, Crawley the customer service is very poor. The staff rarely smile, they are not courteous, they are very unfriendly. I am NEVER everordering from this shop. There are better places with friendly staff

Used to be our favourite takeaway but since they stopped using Nan bread for their kebabs and started using stale wraps that crumble in your hands we’ve stopped buying from them. Honestly think the owners need to take stock of all the negative reviews and go back to what they were good at.

Me and family ordered some sides and a pizza. On the pizza we ordered mushroom and sweetcorn, and it came with jalapenos! Really bad. We phoned up to say, and the woman was so rude! She cut us off and had such a bad attitude. I recommend just buying from McDonald’s or the kebab shop in the high street.

Was just collecting my pizza order and the service was fast and great.

Gone downhill, food is still great but rude customer service. I know what it’s like working at peak times, but that doesn’t excuse rudeness and pure incompetence.
