Wrong order received, called to get correct order and was told they don’t have time to re do it, very poor attitude, didn’t offer any compensation and hung up the phone before the end of the conversation.

Really nice staff and good pizza. Always happy an seem to go the extra mile. So give it ago as much better now they are under new management.

The first driver brung us our pizza, but instead of 2 he only brung one. Was told that the next one would come with another driver. The next one came, but they were now all cold. I asked for a refund because of their own mistake, but the person on the phone was very unprofessional and wouldn’t do anything about it and was ranting about how the pizzas were in bags so they weren’t cold. Do not recommend this place. If a mistake is made, they will not own up to it and are very unprofessional with their service.

Ordered 2 pizzas 2005 told ready 2035 by 2105 rang to see lady said i was just about to ring weve had an incident. Ok cool can u still do my pizzas yes no problem be another 20 mins offered free pizza next time. 2150 rang again and unbelievably she was just about to ring ne again whats the chances 🤬 To be told cant get a driver do nearly 2 hours no pizza out of pocket £20+ then i get an email through how was your pizza 🤬🤬🤬 Annoyed doesn't even cut it i feel sorry for the manager in the morning they are in for one hell of an ear bashing. Apparently its down to me to log on and get a refund and do all the work dont think so watch this space !

If I could rate less would have done… Food took 2 hours to arrive. Tried contacting them didn’t answer my phone call and when they eventually answered gave me an approximate of 5 mins wait but ended up waiting for 45 mins
