Domino's Liverpool Maghull Central Square in Sefton

Some lanky fella served me named ellis. nice kid. toppings were a bit shy but good service. service could be quicker but grass is red.

Made an order on the website for 2 pizzas using the 50% off deal only to find a pizza was missing on the email receipt/confirmation. Bit odd so called the store to advise of the issue thinking they would just amend the order over the phone. Strangely the store refused to correct the order and were just dismissive of me, a very concerning lack of customer service. I asked why can't you just correct the order and they said its not their policy and the 1st pizza is about to go in the oven. Rather than continually argue with the store who couldn't care less, I just requested the order be cancelled and a refund be provided. In line with their awful service they then refused to refund my money. So I now have to raise a fraud/dispute claim with my bank to get my money back and we had no pizza ;/ Utterly bizarre and awful experience with Dominos over a very simple issue. The experience means myself and my family will never use Dominos again.

Tenía amigos y pedimos 2 lados de pizzas y coca cola. Cuando llegó, una pizza estaba muy mal cocinada, así que en lugar de ocultar un escándalo mientras mis invitados estaban allí, puse una con los lados y me comuniqué con Dominos al día siguiente. Completé un correo electrónico indicando mi problema. Recibí una respuesta bastante rápido diciendo que básicamente debería haberme quejado esa noche y que ellos hubieran recogido la pizza y la hubieran comprobado. Básicamente decían que estaba mintiendo y por eso no iban a hacer nada al respecto. Ciertamente no volveré a usar Dominos Maghull, una pizza congelada del supermercado será mi primera opción en lugar de ir allí.
