With the order we orded a donner calzone came dry with no cheese phoned to complain and got agro from the girl on reception no refund or to try rectify the order

Iditots that are abusive on the phone

The chips were cold and old chips that had been reheated, they were soggy. The fish was quite clearly prepackaged and from the freezer section in the supermarket.

Pizza was cold curry was chill I’ve ordered from here a few times and not an issue but this time it aweful to say I spent £22

Dont ever ask for sauce they are supposed to put it in separately but the put it in the only bit of food that my friend has and he does not like the sauce and it has leaked all over his food I would like a full refund as they have now ruined my food

I ordered a prosciutto pizza and had some basic ham on prosciutto supposed to be a premium ham and this one wasn’t close to that. pizza dough was not good and not tasty. I could eat only one piece but no thanks again. Delivery driver did not say hi or sorry for the late.

Very overpriced for what it was.

First time ordering from here and we were more than impressed. All the food we ordered was lovely, especially the pizza’s and kebabs! We will definitely order from here again!

Delivery was late and forgot pizza

The food was delivered late despite being told an hour prior that it was on the way, when chasing this up I was advised this was because another customer had not answered their door. Not surprisingly the food was stone cold and inedible

Food didn’t turn up. £12 wasted. Refund needed.

After waiting for over an hour and a half for our food we were very hungry. Unfortunately the chicken burger was burnt, the chips were rubbery and completely inedible and our pizza was more mushy dough than pizza…we all went to bed hungry. However the staff and delivery guy were friendly and helpful.

After waiting 2 hours and several phone calls answered by some rude cow telling me I can’t have a refund because it’s out for delivery, 2 HOURS later it arrived COLD dip burst all over the bag wedges cold and inedible, jalapeño cheese cold all cold went straight in the bin, I WILL be going there in person tomorrow night for a full refund and to speak to the rude cow who put the phone down on me, shows how bothered they are not one response to a complaint, I will also make sure they lose their business with Uber eats

Food was smashed in box, don’t know why, driver was negative, never ordere again

Curry was poor quality. All curries are the same curry. Overly spicy and no flavour. Pilau rice was brown. Mozzarella pizza bites were just mozzarella bites but burnt to a crisp. Burger was nice.

Ordered 2 milkshakes , a waffle and a crepe Couldn’t tell which milkshake was which both smelt wrong and as it turns out we got a mystery milkshake. The crepe was suppose to be Ferrero Rocher but was just chocolate sauce with crushed nuts was ok. Had better previously The waffle was “grim” tasted like it was old batter used leaving it with a slightly fishy taste. Refund has been requested

Very late over 2 n half hours wait

I ordered it arrived late and the sweet box jelly sweets had melted due to it being placed ontop of hot food

Asked for white chocolate doenuts didn’t get ice cream burnt doenuts cold hard an warm drinks

Chips are cold n soggy no garlic mayo and I did ask for Diet Coke but got full fat ice cream as turned into warm water not happy at all

Food was late. I placed the order at 5 20 it was meant to be here at 6.35 and arrived at 7.25. The chips looked and tasted like they'd been sat there for 2 hours. The pizza was cold and it was not the thin base that I ordered. Had one bite of pizza and one chip then put it all in the bin. It's definitely gone down hill

The pizza was absolutely disgusting thick and soggy and cold was like eating slop. Asked for thin but got deep pan And the garlic mayo looked like it had curdled and tasted off I’ve never tasted something so disgusting from any takeaway was not edible what so ever Couldn’t even eat 1 slice total waste of £20

Had chicken masala, was terrible no sauce and just full of oil and really greasy. Wouldn't recommend.

The restaurant is already shut down for the night, put an order in 2 hours before it closes and still haven't had any food to even taste, so my food doesn't exist or extremely cold by now.

I made an order at 10:30, to be told it was being prepared and would arrive around 11:15 - 11:35, for it then to be pushed back to 11:50 - 12:10. It’s now 1:04 when which I believe the restaurant had now actually closed and I’ve just had a loud bang on my living room window and food left on my door step, no one there as they left before I had chance to answer and upon looking through the bag was left with an atrocious bag of food which smelt awful upon opening the bag, those strawberries look older than me and those bananas are darker than my tan, never seen anything like it

If I could give zero stars I would!! It was received over two hours late, I called the restaurant three times and each time was told it was on its way and finally when received after I’d given up on it ever coming it was completely melted and disgusting! Avoid this place at all costs, rip off and isn’t fit for purpose!

Not only did we wait a full hour for the food to arrive (after it had already been marked it was delivered) but when it got here it was barely warm and the cheese on both the pizzas tasted so terrible like it had gone off. I had to call the restraunt twice not only this time but the last time as well because of how late it was and repeated promises of "the driver is just 10 minutes away"

The. Pizza was really salty and the base was very thick. The chips were soggy and just not nice. For what I paid for the food I expected a lot nicer and better quality.

Thin crust pizza is more like a standard pizza not very thin. Food was just about warm. Chips were soggy. Baguette bread was like it had been microwaved. Bbq chicken pizza didn't have a lot of flavour.

Food arrived over an hour after the estimated just eat time. All cold. The cake was put in the bag with the food initially so it melted which made that hard to eat also. The restaurant did call us to let us know it was going to be late but couldn’t tell us how long it would be. Just said to ignore the just eat time.

Everything tasty and well cooked. Delivery driver was friendly. However, the garlic sauce was very unpleasant - It tasted sour.

delivery service on this restaurant is abysmal at best. ordered my food at 11:50 and got a 1:20 - 1:40 estimated delivery time. it never came. if you order from here have fun wasting your time.

Had to chase twice for the food. The only thing that was acceptable was the pizza. Chips were stale and like cardboard, throw those away. Hot dog was horrible definitely Not as described. My partners chips had be thrown away as with the chicken, tasted off. Really disappointed and waste of £44 !!!!

Food didn't turn up after over 2 hours of ordering

Its been 2 hours since we have ordered food. This is disgusting! When we have tried getting in touch, we are either getting cut off when we phone or the line is too busy. We have not been getting any updates on the order and we are well over our estimated time of arrival, said on the app that it is not even on its way yet. There is no option for us to even cancel our order and we will be asking for a refund!

Usually, I get great service from them. Today, they forgot an item on my order and when I tried calling them to let them know, they kept hanging up on me...

Waited 2 hours for order never to arrive!! Rang them and I got “it’s on is way there probably in traffic” for it then to be cancelled!!! 2 hours waisted for nothing and a very hungry 2 year old not happy!!

Where to start?!?! An order that was not only nearly 50 minutes late, nobody answers the phone and then they take it off the hook so all you get is “number busy” After chasing the delivery driver up the car park before he drove off, opened up the bag of food to find a warm can of Coke, cold soggy chips and the complete wrong kebab which was more salad than it was meat, not bad to say it shouldn’t have even come with salad. 75% of it ended up in the bin just short of 2 hours after placing the order. Placed just after 11pm arriving a few minutes before 1am.

The donuts were ridiculously bland. No glazing, no sugar and the barest amount of chocolate sauce drizzled on top. Not worth the half an hour it took from receiving the text to say they were out for delivery to them being delivered. Wouldn’t order these again,

After taking over 2 1/2 hours to arrive and being by the app it’s in its way and will arrive at 7.55pm it’s now 9.25pm! Kids bubble cake looks like it’s been dropped on the floor and scooped back up and thrown in the plastic tub! Wouldn’t use again and waste money! Poor service and would like a Full refund asap!

I haven't received my food as of yet and ordered at 22.10. I am still waiting at 00.05, not had a call or anything to let me know. I have no credit today so I can't even contact them but will definately be calling tomorrow if I dont receive anything soon. I have paid too so all I can do is wait.
