First time to De Niros. Lovely pizzas and staff.

Got takeaway 2 box meals which have gone up in price by 4 pounds each since last week now that's what I call inflation. Never again

The food is great but could be slightly improved, the service is awesome and finish your food really fast and the atmosphere within the area is OK.

Had chicken pizza from here on Saturday night, started being poorly middle of night and not yet well, 5 days later! I suspect food poisoning from the chicken but cannot prove it! My advice, steer clear!

Regular customer here. Partner phoned up to ask for no salad and untoasted because it is always burnt toasted. They said no order despite payment. ‘Man’ came on phone and shouted and balled at her down the phone. Hung up on her. I phoned up “Yer I know you are a regular customer yer but we are really busy, then started shouting” I gave him what for. Will never order from these cowboys again! Ridiculous customer service! If you can’t fulfill orders, just close the shop!

Come over a hour late no apologies food was only luke warm some of order not delivered when that got delivered again no apologies won't use again

First time ordering. We ordered 2 donor kebabs with salad option, and some curly fries, for just under £20. There was a box each just full of kebab meat, like a build it yourself kebab! A tiny pitta each came separate, with a little pot of salad to share between kebabs. We weren’t impressed. The curly fries were ok though. And the delivery process was smooth. I won’t use this place again though, because it can’t be hard to get a kebab right.

Put in order at 7pm. Told us it would be an hour. Rang at 8.15, said it is on way now. Arrived 10 minutes later. Chips if you could call them chips, scrag ends, the chicken was horrible, grisly and hard, disgusting. Won't be ordering again from you.

Excellent service -kept upto date with delivery time. Food arrived hot. Pizza, chips, fajitas and kebab meat all excellent

A blast from the past for me. Lovely chilli pizza what I haven't had for ages. Gave me heartburn but worth it. 5*

First time ordering form them would never order again mixed kebab was cold and tasteless also didn’t deliver fries I order gave him a £2 tip never again still waiting for fries phoned 45 mins later said thay where to busy to deliver absolutely disgusting place needs closing down

Ordered a donner kebab wrap with salad and garlic sauce, only salad in it was lettuce and very little at that, meat wasn't cooked properly, needless to say I've been up since 3am with a poorly tummy, won't be going back there again!!

Oh dear what has happened at De Niro's. Always get takeaway food from here but never again. Bought too large pizzas for a birthday tea and they were poor quality, base's were not cooked, they did send another out after we complained but that was as bad. Sorry De Niro's but won't be back 😡

The young girl on the phone was so rude, asked for a simple order and she managed to get it wrong, wasn’t surprised to be honest, wont go back again, orderd a 11.5 inch pizza opened the box it was more like 8 inch, cold, orderd a kebab with nan recieved a pitta bread what was that small couldn’t really make anything with it, cold aswell,

Great food and staff were OK too

A regular customer from here and usually lovely food. However, we ordered a pepperoni pizza and wasn’t as expected, no pepperoni but instead salami or some kind! 8 hours later.. I am woken during the night with the worst stomach ever and now I don’t feel very well.. it would be clear that I have food poisoning.. so we won’t be returning. Environmental health were there also when I collected the order…

Waiting 70 mins for food to receive a quarter of dish of chilli priced over £7 a forgotten sauce for the kebab I asked for 😪 this is first time ive been robbed but not first time its been small small portions and won't happen again as I will order elsewhere in future. Ps brilliant staff just waited ages to get less than half my food plus soggy wet chips thats in bin

I’ve been using Deniros for over 20 years, just need to state this whether it’s right or wrong. Always buy a Mixed Kabab and chips, their records will show this, however, tonight Sunday 23rd October 2022, was charged £11.10. I remember paying less than a fiver. Granted everything has gone up but £11.10 for 1 meal. I usually give the driver a Quid tip but can’t anymore, £11.10 is too expensive, won’t be having a Deniros anymore, which is a shame but when they go out of business it will be ‘because of this or because of that!’ Not because the owners have decided to charge £11.10 for a Kay-Bab which probably costs 0.78p to make. Cheers for the years Deniros but it’s a goodbye from me and a goodbye from him.

We place an order online with foodhub, at 18.30, it's now 20.20 & just been delivered. I rung after 1 hour to be told it was on the way, it's wasn't, and had to ring again 30 mins later we only order 4 items . It's a 5 minutes drive at best.

Ordered nearly 2 hours ago and still no food - apparently they got busy after I ordered ???

A year ago I wrote they regularly omit items ordered. They did improve but have gone downhill again. The driver's refuse to correct your order even when they can clearly see it is wrong. you have to ring then ring again and still they don't send what you've paid for. Will not be using this place again.

I hate giving bad reviews because we all don't have the same taste and standards but the food we had delivered was awful We ordered the meal deal £15.70 delivered which concided of 2 11inch pizza's, garlic bread,chips coleslaw and a bottle of coke To say it was luke warm would have been nice it was cold the pizza's we chewy and tasteless the fires the handful you got were dry and cold the garlic bread was a greasy mess and the only thing that wasn't cold was the coke and as for the spoonful of coleslaw enough said I for sure will not be entertaining the food again

Well we have ordered quite a lot from here so sorry to say we will be deleting the phone number ect as won't be ordering again .for the last cpl of times we've ordered the food has gone down hill .donner meat a cheap version and comes hard with no taste the chips are all straggly bits .sorry but won't be ordering again .poor food.

My husband a meal not just bones/crisp and wripped up pita bread worst meal we've had for a very long time never again

Well, where do I start. Poor all round really Old poppadoms, stale, nan bread was a round hard frisby that tasted of flour, chips not fresh, korma was runny sauce and a few pieces of hard meat, the masala was like minced chicken, won't go again, to complain to the shop is a waste of time, to send out food to this standard in the 1st place means a complaint wouldn't be understood, shame as I used this place for years and this is just a real shame, the owner can't be aware of this obviously but will do soon see his takings decline if is what is going out the door. People expect better

used to be a good pizza. EDIT: must have changed hands, changed and not for the better. Ordered a Calzone special: this is "chef's choice". Chef clearly had no imagination. Kebab meat with a little cheese. Threw 90% of it away. I did try to eat it but just couldn't. No tomato, no salami, no mushroom, no pepperoni. The only thing that has remained the same is cheese, and that's been drastically reduced. Called to confirm there hadn't been some mistake and was met with "well, it's chef's choice". I appreciate it was chef's choice but two ingredients? Unfortunate, but I'll be going elsewhere in future.

So I’ve just ordered a take away with my friend, mixed kebab and a margarita pizza. The pizza looks like it’s Asda’s own. The kebab was disgusting, horrible taste. The chicken was just a cut up chicken breast, not sure how it was a chicken kebab? And to top it off my cheese came frozen!! Never again 😡

Looking forward to a good Indian Takeaway after been stuck in strict Spanish Lockdown for 3 months! Had already tried a king kebab from here the week before and enjoyed it. Delivery times were good on both occasions BUT what we thought was a good value set menu meal for two was dire! Frozen reheated tubs of curry were watery, tasteless and went straight in the bin with a solid tub of rice! Hard cold chips! Diluted raita! Would not recommend - save your money. Have never done a review on Tripadvisor before, but felt very strongly about how bad this was!!

Found a New takeaway, ordered for the first time from here. Really good burgers and fries, fresh salad. From placing our order to delivery really friendly staff. Thanks ☺️

Dont Believe what you read, i was concerned after reading reviews but the food was absolutely beautiful and delivery was surprisingly quick, thought it seemed a little expensive but actually feel i got more than my moneys worth. really nice 5 stars from me

1st time ordering from here, even though our order was later than expected and received a discount, the food was really nice, the texture of the meat in the kebab was really nice, the burgers has a lot of taste. will defo be using again. thank you deniros

Shocking in every respect. Look at my other reviews and in the main they are positive and always provide honest and constructive feedback but boy. Words fail me with the food we have had from here tonight.

I have had nice food from here in the past however haven’t ordered anything from here in a while before this week. I’m not sure if there has been a change of staff or it has just generally gone down hill however what was delivered to us was an absolute disgrace. The food was completely cold, over cooked and just generally awful. I will not be ordering from here ever again.

Have used Ali’s for years but after tonight’s delivery will most likely go elsewhere! Gourmet burger was nothing like in the picture! Chicken burger dry and hard with wet soggy lettuce, cold chips. 2 kids meals with only one can of pop & no lollipops. Not sure if under new management but wasted £13 & still hungry 😤

The worst service....spent 2 weeks with food poisoning in hospital

Just awful! Got a delivery last night. Soggy, sweated, limp undercooked chips, half filled dry chicken kabab with no salad. 5 years ago I used to love this place, I used to have the mixed kabab calzone special. It was gorgeous and enough to feed an army. I keep giving them chances telling myself that the last poor food diverery was "just a one off" or that it must have been a busy night in hope that they have upped their game but sadly this place has gone to the dogs... Shame but I won't be ordering from them again.

Absolutely ripped off. 17.60 2x Shoah wrap and cheesy chips. No salad in one. Will not accept card payment. Wonder what HMRC can count.

Brochure delivered through the door 6 weeks ago have used every week since. Fantastic choices including curries that my husband highly recommends and the gourmet burgers which are my favourite there is also so much more. Great value for money quick and pleasant delivery service

A great takeaway, with the best pizza around!

Rang up to order a take away and I had a few questions about the menu and straight away there was not very helpful saying what every time I tried to talk, there where also talking over me. In the end I got so frustrated with it that my wife took over the phone call and I could see that she was having a hard time with them over the phone. We did manage to get our order across and it came just after the estimated time. The food was ok but I have had a better and the meal was not hot when it came.

Pizza was cold, eventually. The owner himself served me so I thought he'll do his job (enjoy your meal). Make pizza, cook pizza & cut it up.! I orderd a deep pan and a thin base neither were cut!! By the time I got the pizza and cut it up (leather) both pizzas were cold. Won't go back

Ordered food with my friends tonight and we were told it would be with us within an hour however it took 2 hours! When the food was finally delivered I asked about delivery charges (as I wasn't happy paying for the delivery after we had waited so long) and was told they weren't adding any on however when we worked out how much our food came to there was an extra £2 that we had paid for not on food! After I paid the full fare including extra delivery costs, I then didn't get my correct change as the delivery man 'didn't have enough change' to give me back. Also the chips were extremely cold and soggy. I know it's only a takeaway but after waiting around for so long for out food I would have expected at least an apology however instead we we ended up having to tip for awful service because they had no change.

Chicken kebab looked like its was a peice of shouthern fried chicken sliced up ordered pizza with extra toppings and it came with the extra topping just place on top of my cooked pizza and when we finally got our delivery everything was cold poor takeaway dont think ill be orderings again

Used to be ok but the burgers I had today the lettuce was brown and the dip we should have got we didn't even get try some where else next time quite dissappointing

Staff friendly, delivery good, quality of food fairly poor, chilli sauce? Sweet not hot! Again, coming from Manchester the standard of fast-food is obviously (more competition) a lot higher. Not bad, but wouldn't stay in business in Manchester.

The deep pan pepperoni with sweet corn is heaven it is fantastic and will go back lots for it recommend.

Never ever again will I go to Deniros.. The pizzas that were delivered were freezing cold with no topping on, they had slid off the pizza into the boxes. I had to scrape the topping back up and put on top and put into the oven for reheating. I did ring to inform them and was told to ask for a bottle of pop the next time I ring.. Needless to say I will not be ringing again. WORST TEA IN THE WORLD

Ordered a Pizza from here and it was really good. I adore pizza and eat them often and was not disappointed. Always very friendly on the phone and when they deliver. Sometimes the owner delivers himself which is nice. Keep up the good work boys
