Order placed at 2057 on 31 Dec 2019, for local delivery. As of 2145 it had not arrived, so we tried calling the store to check on arrival. No answer, just ringing and ringing. We continued to call continuously over the next 45 minutes, but still no answer. Meanwhile, I was having to apologise to my children and reassure them that dinner was coming. At 2240, 1hr 45 min since ordering, I finally decided to get in the car and drive to the Willesden branch to collect the order, but they were closed! Two people eventually came to the door and announced that they had actually closed at 2100. They were very offhand, and never once apologised for the fact that they'd closed without fulfilling an open order, or contacting us to say it would not be arriving at all. As the order had been placed before they closed, I asked why they couldn't have called us to say it wouldn't be fulfilled. The male colleague said flippantly "Don't you know it's New Year’s Eve? We have over 100 orders which we can't do, we'd be here all night calling people". Bearing in mind that this was 1hr 45 after they closed, it would appear they had ample opportunity to contact us? And so, nearly 2 hours since ordering - no pizza, no apology - no refund. By this time, other local food outlets had closed, so it was beans on toast for the kids. What was on TV when I got back to the house – a Domino’s advert. Never again!

Ordered pizza for the family which was good but potato wedges were dry and garlic dippers were not garlicky at all.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience at one of your restaurants. I have never encountered such poor service. During a recent delivery, my order arrived without the Pepsi that was included. When I contacted the restaurant to inform them of this, I was told that they did not realize the mistake and that I would need to contact the delivery driver myself. I find this completely unacceptable. As a customer, I should not be held responsible for errors made by your staff. It is not my responsibility to track down the delivery driver for a missing item. It appears that your staff assumed I was somehow at fault and that I was the one who needed to resolve the issue. This is a shocking way to treat a customer. Pizza Hut, you seriously need to reconsider your customer service policies and train your staff on how to handle mistakes appropriately. If you wish to have a good future, this kind of behavior towards customers needs to change immediately.

We ordered veggie volcano however they accidentally gave us the wrong order and kindly replaced it for us without any hesitation, amazing customer service would recommend visiting compared to other pizza places

delivery was too good. I really appreciate the delivery guy bring all option of ice cream for me to select because they run out with the ice cream I chose. Thanks a lot.

Tandoori pizza didn't taste great. Was missing pizza sauce. Not much flavour. Almost like cheese on toast with some chicken on top. Won't reorder.
