Domino's Pizza in Fylde

They tried to charge me £26 for a pizza, they treat the employees like dirt, and the only redeeming factor about them is the margherita, and the garlic and herb dip. Overall a pretty awful place to work for in Ansdell, puts the brand to shame.

Very very overpriced 18.95 for a small pizza dearer than a top class restaurant over £60 for a meal for my self and 3 small children under 10 The manager very rude when asked about the price said if he would only credit me £10 if i halved the order Never will I go there again who do they think they are I no food prices have risen but that is ridiculous JUST PLAIN GREEDY

Order is nearly always wrong from this place. Most recently ordered some pizzas for collection only to get home and find the wrong toppings on one. Phoned up to ask if they could send me the correct pizza and was told I’d have to come back for it and bring the other pizza back,like it was my fault! It was a 30 minute round trip so I refused to return to the store and they wouldn’t send replacement. Spoke to manager the next day who was told I’d refused to give the incorrect pizza back. Not really true - I offered to return it if they delivered the correct one. Anyway, eventually the manager agreed to add a free medium pizza onto the system, redeemable next time we ordered. Guess what - next time we ordered the store said there was no record of this. Asked to speak to manager but apparently he’d just gone out for a bit. Poor service, unhelpful staff and don’t deserve your custom. Go elsewhere where your custom is valued.

I don’t like to write bad reviews, but this dominos drives me insane. There is always something. Whether they miss a drink in the home alone deal which comes with a drink, always missing specific dips with certain items. Whenever I ring up they do then send what is missing. But when you already have your food you don’t want to have to wait.. the worst was my most recent visit, I got a double decadence which costs a bit extra, it came without the middle filling.. I didn’t call because then I’d have to wait even longer and they wouldn’t be able to take the pizza I had back so I didn’t bother but this dominoes has always been unreliable in this way. I can’t remember a single time over the years I haven’t had an item missing, or got the wrong item, as a vegetarian receiving meat instead of what you order isn’t the biggest deal, but when the staff aren’t really bothered by the mistake is worrying and really frustrating.. apart from this the quality is always good for the most part

I haven't had any food from here for some time but thought I should mention to people that I see lots of rats in the backyard (I've lived next door 18 months) rats are all over the cages they use for food deliveries and their bins regularly which they keep out back. Staff come and go at the back regularly so they must have seen them but they haven't done anything about it. Maybe when cooked the food will be safe but just be aware

Mighty meaty big feast for 7.99 for a 14 inch pizza? whats not to like. Ordered and collected and all went to plan. What a treat!!! will go again. for sure.

I ordered on Saturday night Domino's pizza, for me and my friend. I cannot say a thing regarding the time, even if my order arrived 1 hour later, it is understandable during the weekend. When it comes to food I can only say that is the worst meal ever had as a takeaway. My pizzas were cold, with just 3 pieces of condiment on top and the nachos were completely burn and cold. I called the shop twice. The first lady with which I spoke reassured me of sending the nachos portions (we paid almost 10 pounds for 2 portions) again, but 2h and 15 minutes later, still nothing. So I called, AGAIN, to find out that not only my order was never put in the system and never left the shop, but I've been told that it is because they are busy...well...all the business are busy!!!! That doesn't mean that you need to send out a very bad quality of food!!!!!!! I am busy at work every day and still offering a good service. If you can not deal with the amount of orders do not accept more that you can do!!!!! If your interest is to accept all the orders (the money) without giving importance to quality service than is another story. And if you cannot deal with being busy than you might consider to change your job!!!!!!!!! I would definitely rate the food as 1⭐️(from all the pizzas just 1 was as it should be). Regarding the custumor service and how you are dealing with the complains 0⭐️ as it is not exist!!!!!!!!

Worked up an appetite playing 18 holes at the nearby world famous golf club, we managed to find a parking spot in front of the pizza place. Place was busy taking telephone orders and delivery staff very busy as you could see the orders leaving the premises. We ordered 1 medium Tandoori Hot and 1 medium Hot & Spicy, they had a ' 2 for 1 ' deal on but I didn't realise that the normal price was £18.00 for one pizza!!! and that's for a ' take out ' pizza and not sat in a restaurant, I wouldn't / don't even pay that for a large pizza in an Italian Restaurant in Frankfurt, Germany! The pizza's did have plenty of toppings and they both tasted really good - is it really good value for money I don't know - you locals have to decide that.

Always good consistent quality, always hot, always accurate and the delivery people are always pleasant

Tasty pizza cooked fresh while you wait or choose delivery. Usually plenty of parking outside if you need it. Can recommend.
