The Papa John pizza I just had delivered was absolutely disgusting.Almost inedible. I had 3 bites and could eat any more even though starving . How they get away with such abysmal offerings at expensive prices is a mystery

After order around 2pm, a pizza to be delivered at 19.15, at 20.00, after 2 calls to the branch, I had excuses that it was raining and they couldn't deliver on the first call, and on the second he told me there were no delivery driver to do the delivery. When I said that I was already waiting for more than one hour, the order was cancelled by them. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Pedí una pizza pequeña de tomate y queso y una Diet Coke de Papa John's con la opción "COMPRE UNO OBTENGA UNO GRATIS". Solo recibí una pizza pequeña con un Pepsi Max en lugar de Diet Coke. I was at home recently decorating all day and didn't have time to cook, so I ordered a pizza from here. It arrived promptly but was just bland and tasteless. Nothing more to say other than I'll be looking elsewhere for a pizza in future.

Pedi uma pizza de lamb com vegetais e borda recheada de queijo! Muito gostosa e com preço justo, além de um molho de alho com manteiga maravilhoso! A entrega foi rápida e eficiente, tudo certo. Super recomendo para um dia de preguiça!

messed up the order on delivery, had to return the pizza as they would not come back and change it. pizzas were both wrong and cold, the staff wanted to actually fight with me, insulting me from behind the counter. both of them looked filthy. i would not want to eat anything cooked by those filthy hands

I tried chasing my order for over an hour and their lines were busy the whole time. When I finally got through to them they were not apologetic whatsoever, they said it would be 5 minutes, 20 minutes later I rang to chase the order again and he said he will be there shortly but didn't arrive till a further 10 minutes! Awful service. Took almost 2 hours to arrive and still expected payment. I ended up telling the delivery Man to take the food back. This was the second time we ordered from this place and the same thing happened. The manager had awful customer service skills. I will never order from here again

The pizza was cold, for the price it was not worth it, I asked for sweetcorn I was charged and the pizza was without it and the chicken was so small one bit size not worth price at all.

Well after 4 phone calls and 2 hours my pizza finally turned up, it was hot and of good quality but 2 hours for a pizza...? Very unhelpful when I did call them up, always got told the same thing "the driver has just left and will be with you soon" not even a sorry when they driver did turn up

La pizza que teníamos era para la entrega. La corteza es bueno y las coberturas son también muy buenos. Me parece que cuando estoy acostumbrado a otras reservas confirmadas las articulaciones de pizza que yo estaba buscando algo un poco diferente de resplandor mi paladar....

Food arrived in a short space of time and tasted lovely. Not very hot, but taste was great so this is a minor point.

Walked in and ordered a lunch deal medium pizza by itself for £8. The pizza was good but not worth £8 (overpriced).Employee was friendly and I could watch him make the pizza which was interesting. Unlikely to come back for a £8 lunch during work times though.

Don´t usually write reviews, but in this instance, when your pizza is 25 minutes late and hasn´t arrived after being ordered 1 hour and 15 minutes ago: there´s an issue. As this isn´t the first time this happens and calling several times doesn´t help, maybe making this public will? This also happened multiple times

Papa Johns Love their Pizza the only place i order my pizza from the come fast their food is always delicious. I Am always pleased with my food again a 10/10. Couldn´t be any more happy.

They´re never sure if they actually deliver to this area or not, didn´t deliver things from the menu as ordered and took forever. Will save them the bother of coming over by not using them again!

The staff at Papa John´s did not know what to do with my order that came in from Just-Eat, so they just didn´t do anything about it. I called Just-Eat who then contacted the restaurant, and only then (an hour later) did they start to make the pizza. The delivery was made over 2 hours after I placed the order.

This restaurant makes delicious pizzas and I have ordered from here for nearly two years. Disappointed with last two orders. Order 1 - delivered an hour early Order 2 - sent incorrect pizza and did not refund difference in price - offered free pizza when I next ordered. Order 3 - never placed - retracted offer of free pizza and so despite spending a lot of money with them over the years I now no longer use them.

It was good but why is the delivery available over £25? It was over £15 last week! I am not going to order any more!

Great Pizza. Great ingredients Delivery was bad again. Had to call the restaurant after an hour and still no pizza. I was told at that time that they would START the pizza right away. Total delivery time was over 2hours. Person on the phone blamed a broken fax machine (for the second time..last order was the same problem)
