Handful of people in so not busy we ordered 2x overpriced breakfasts and they agreed to swap beans for black pudding on one The next table got drinks first after arriving after us then more people joined us and ordered and low and behold their drinks arrived before ours then our breakfast arrived still no drinks which was highlighted and eventually they arrived. The mushrooms were cold egg over cooked as was the bacon to be honest the only good thing was the toast. On paying they charged me for the black pudding when I said it was a swap she said they didn’t allow that so I complained they should have said it at the ordering so she took that off. Our friends also thought it was poor and waited ages for theirs. Should have gone to Wetherspoons

Ordered chicken Karahi: 1.I was not expecting boneless as I was not told and there was no picture available. 2. Chicken itself was raw and there was terrible smell in chicken as well as strange spices they used to make it eatable. However it wan not eatable to humans.

Stopped for an afternoon coffee and hopefully some nice Portuguese snacks as I was passing that side. Sign on the door stated "Sorry we are closed".Peeked in and there was someone inside. Asked the lads drinking beer outside if it was closed and they said it's open. When I opened the door, the grumpy guy inside said rudely and loudly "It's closed!" and this was at 5pm when Google timings show its open until 8pm. With an attitude like that, I'm surprised how they have good reviews?

Took my money from me and wouldn't give me the food, manager clearly didn't know what she was doing. The machine reset once I paid so they wouldn't give me my order even though I paid for it.

The store is constantly clean and tidy. The service by Jade is amazing shes always polite, so friendly and gives a warm service everytime. Great work and great store

My partner and I where looking forward to our weekly take away, and we ended up spending over 40 Pounds. Everything was cold, drinks where wrong, don't even get me started on the portion of the wedges and fries, practically a handfull of those, they barely filled the boxes they came in. When we spend over 40 pounds on our meals we expect it to be hot and proper portions. Disgraceful. Should close at this point according to all the ratings and reviews.

Ordered a delivery which took an hour and a half BUT when it arrived it was hot and super tasty! Well worth the wait. The poor chap that delivered it did say he was the only driver and hence why it took so long. Although the wait was long all of the family really enjoyed the food. If you don’t mind waiting ages, it will be worth it!

Worst Chinese food we have ever eaten !! Parts of the order missing, was not cheap either, !! Would never use again !!

This experience started when we ordered from Paula - not a smile or greeting. I ordered a poached eggs and smashed avocado on toast - the table was dirty so we asked for the table to be cleaned. When the order was delivered to the table is was cold, the toast was soggy - it was like a piece of un-toasted bread and the smashed avocado was like a spread thinly scraped across the un-toasted bread. I raised this with Paula, this issue was dismissed not a word of apology or offer to replace it. Completely unacceptable. This was compounded, when I spoke with to another customer sitting on an adjacent table, who had a similar experience with cold and unacceptable food; and a similar response or lack of response from Paula.
