Morley's Fried Chicken in Sutton

Ordered a delivery which took an hour and a half BUT when it arrived it was hot and super tasty! Well worth the wait. The poor chap that delivered it did say he was the only driver and hence why it took so long. Although the wait was long all of the family really enjoyed the food. If you don’t mind waiting ages, it will be worth it!

I’m a frequent customer of Morley’s. Their food is tasty, hot and good. Until recently. Food arrives late and cold. They run out of apple pies but don’t offer any goodwill gesture. During the last delivery we watched from an upstairs window as the delivery driver bent and retrieved our food from the footwell of his car. The baked beans side never arrived and I can only assume it rolled under the passenger seat, missed by the driver. I wonder if it’s still there. To top it all off, the driver was rude to my 70 year old mother who was at the door to take charge of the food. She had tried to ask why the food was always late and he berated her saying not to take it out on him, to call the restaurant. I did. The manager apologised for the lateness of the food (as he always does) but as for his driver's behaviour, said he would call the next day. A week later, no call and he is now never in. To say that I am annoyed and disappointed is an understatement. Their service is going downhill fast.

Ordered three meals two meals for young children and 1 meal for myself direct from the morleys via telephone at 8:30 was told food would be ready in an hour called at9:40pm having received no food, response was rude and told to wait order will here in 15minutes waited until the 10pm no food two hungry children had to leave my house at 10:20 to go to the shop as response from shopworker continued to be rude whilst at shop food arrived at my house at 10:40pm DESPITE IT BEING ORDERED FROM 8:30pm DISGRACEFUL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

So... On my visit to morleys being a regular customer for the last 3 years, i was greeted with complete rudness and disrespect, i have given them many chances but this was their last chance. I walked in and had 4 people completely ignore me and when they finally spoke to me they said what do you want without a greeting. Very poor customer service and always does my stomach in and get upset about asking for a sauce.

Guau, qué puedo decir, no sé cómo no me sorprende de este auténtico pollo frito en una tienda en la misma ciudad que yo! Como la mayoría de los londinenses al Sur Este es probablemente el mejor tienda de pollo al sur del río u me fam (y sólo se puede conseguir al sur del río jheeezze). Sin duda recomendamos probar sus alas de pollo picante 👌 👌 🔥 💯 absolutamente.
