Had the Roast dinner on Sunday. We were a big group for my birthday. Dale, Julie and the team were amazing and really helpful. The Roast dinner was the best roast we’ve had out too!

We dined at Zufa today, and while the food itself was enjoyable, our overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by poor customer service. The issue arose when we were charged £6 for extra sauces, something quite unusual for a Lebanese restaurant. Typically, bread and sauces are served generously, but in this case, despite being a table of four, we were only given one portion. When we inquired about this charge, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, when we politely asked for the service charge to be removed due to the poor handling of the situation, the manager reacted unprofessionally, claiming that we were "attacking" her, something that was entirely untrue and frankly an overreaction. It’s a shame because the food was good, but the unwelcoming attitude of the manager left a bad taste in our mouths. A restaurant experience is about more than just food, and unfortunately, Zufa fell short in that regard.

What the hell happened?!?!?! It's the most homely feel, authentic indo-kenyan family style food. Their wings were to die for and I rave about their food to literally everyone. The sign is gone, shutters been down for weeks, and their website doesn't work anymore. There's nothing on their Instagram page about closing down. Really hope they come back, wherever it may be. The chef would always come out and talk to customers and it's the kind of restaurant where they genuinely wanted feedback from the customers to continually improve. If they are gone for good it's going to be an incredibly sad loss.

food was nice but the service was below par. No one at front to greet and seat. Had to prompt and ask from assistance each time. server literally cleares the table as we finished the last bit of food on our plate with a restaurant that was empty do not understand the rush. Even at the end, payment was made and the server just turned and left, no offer of would you like a receipt?

The worst customer service I have ever experienced .After waiting 1.5 hrs for my delivery when I told the rude lady on the phone I only live a mile away she said I should collect my food if it's so near .Why offer delivery then when 90 minutes later still not delivered no apologies or discount..just an excuse that they couldn't get hold of just eat ! Food was cold and dry and to top it got a mouthful from the pathetic staff who work there ...telling me they couldn't care less whether I ate there again as long as they got thier £50 . Infact they were annoyed that I was angry after waiting 90 minutes for my delivery ... A pathetic establishment with no customer service ..experience or manners ! Will never order from there again . Awful Food Too !!

Ordered a takeaway , Donner and Kofte . Donner is normally sublime — but this was either old food they wanted to get rid off , or their standards have gone down . Neither are acceptable

Got a takeaway and there was hair in the salad which hadn’t been opened yet. The sandwich which was made was dripping grease everywhere with such thick bread. Sundae tastes so weird I cannot describe it. Onyl good thing was the fresh orange juice was delicious. Also so overpriced.
