Lovely food and very good service by friendly staff.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff

We tried a range of dishes which were different to our normal selection. We enjoyed the variety. The felafel and house salad were exceptionally good. Next time we shall try other dishes. It was very quiet as we went for late lunch but atmosphere is more lively in the evenings. Service was attentive.

Lovely restaurant with really welcoming staff and a great selection of delicious food. The portion sizes are generous, so unless you're really hungry, don't over-order on the meze/starter dishes if your also having a main.

Started off well with a nice welcome and food was very nice apart from the mains it was overcooked but starters was very good , no fault at all Down side They had offer on cocktails which we ordered and then we told waitress one of the mains was overcooked and she said she tell chef but did not even offer to exchange when I had a quarter and left rest l. But it was fine as starters was good so I let it go But when bill came they did not take of the half price cocktail and then said you can’t get 50% off meal with cocktail and I was like why did you not mentioned it when I asked and you knew I booked via fork and she said well I apologise , so I said but you still charging me for it and she said well is misunderstanding and our system don’t allow two offers and we don’t tell staff about offer so they would not know , I was like then if that was the cause she did you not split drinks and food bill seperate that way you don’t give wrong information and upset customer

Our favorite Lebanese restaurant in North London. We have been here a few times now. The service is always impeccable and the food is delicious. The lamb shank is divine. Romantic atmosphere with low level lighting.

An excellent Lebanese style cuisine. Loved the food, made tasty & fresh. Food was served in good size portions & service was with a smile. You won't go wrong visiting Zufa.

Another fabulous meal, the food just keeps getting better here. The staff are always friendly and attentive and the manager made us feel really welcome. She went out of her way to make the evening as pleasurable as possible - even joining two tables (because of all the dishes we’d ordered!). Small details like that make all the difference.

Mixed thoughts about this place, having eaten in and out on several occasions, the food wavers between really good and ok. One thing that really bugs me is that when dining at the restaurant, the portion sizes are satisfying, but the takeaway portions are small and seem to be shrinking with each order! Why?? Today, we ordered a takeaway, and the chicken shish wrap I ordered was dry. The rest of the food was only ok. I've given this place a fair few chances, but the inconsistencies are enough to make me reconsider ordering again.

Food was quite good. Given so many cheap starters to fill us up and mains held back to keep the party of 14 drinking. Delayed serving mains until I went to ask for its serving. They presented an over priced bill (£1058), following hastily served mains. We were asked to pay the bill before we even started eating the mains Disappointed to be charged so much for so little. I would NEVER recommend the place as it is not value for money. They seemed much more interested in hiking up the price than anything else. VERY disappointed and would never recommend Zufa to anybody.

We had a really lovely evening here for our office Christmas meal. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hospitality shown by the manager was excellent. The food was very good, as were the cocktails. Will definitely eat here again.

Had lamb shank and mix grill. One of the best meals I’ve had, meat was tender and juicy and flavoursome. Worth going again.

A very warm welcome and kind suggestions as I was dining alone. I wanted a light lunch and this is a pleasant, very clean and bright local restaurant with fairly typical Lebanese food. As a woman, I felt comfortable dining alone.

This was our first time here and I have to say the food was delicious. We had hummus and halloumi to start and both were fresh and so tasty. We both then chose the lamb cutlets/chops - there were so many and they were so tasty I finished the lot. I had vermicelli rice and my friend had plain rice. I love vermicelli rice and I wasn't disappointed. We will definitely go again although maybe to the other branch next time. I really want to try the mocktails and the duck wrap

Excellent service and starters. Saj bread stuffed with zatar and cheese was amazing - could eat this everyday. Fatoush salad perfectly made and good portion size with crispy pitas and lemon freshness. Fatayer is recommended too, crispy with a lovely feta filling. Mains were disappointing. Grilled chicken was very chewy. Mixed grilled veg were swimming in water and quite bland, although well grilled with some bite. Would've expected something with this rather than having to order another side. Falafels were very dry. Cocktail was nice, although on ordering the bill we saw they had offers for these which we weren't told about. Overall pricey.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were all attentive and one of the waiters we are familiar with from another branch- Shiv went out of his way to greet us. Fabulous tasty fresh meals, and great service. There was nothing that could have been better. We were using our Yums and this was an excellent choice. Thankyou Zufa - we will return soon

Over priced food not freshly made , small portions , tiny cocktails

Eaten here a few times now and always walk away excited to return!! Such yummy food, very attentive staff with great recommendations. Really impressed with Thea and her knowledge of the menu along with her kindness and humour. Really enjoy eating here x

It started when we arrived and we were met by Thea, the amazing hostess, who was our server for the evening. We had some banter and a little chat, before settling down for drinks and the menu. The atmosphere was great and really struck me positively. I knew straight away it would be a great experience. Throughout the staff were polite, professional and very pleasant. They couldn’t help enough. Thea asked if she could make suggestions and the Kale, pomegranate and walnut salad was to die for. Something I would never have chosen. The Zufu halloumi with pesto and sundried tomato was heavenly!! She even recommended a Lebanese beer which was lovely. (See pic) A crisp taste. We then shared a chicken and lamb kebab that came with Chilli sauce and a garlic mayo. Both complimenting the stunning meat cooked to perfection. By the end I was so full, that I couldn’t even think about a dessert. One for next time. We finished with a peppermint tea & latte. A great, enjoyable and fun evening with amazing food and engaging staff. Thank you to Thea and the team. Wonderful. We will definitely be back soon. This is highly recommended. A must to try and worthwhile experience. You won’t be disappointed!

Came with family for my mums birthday. Service was great, food was delicious! Served by Shivam and Zufa who were fantastic. They even through in dessert with a candle and song for my mum.

Quite expensive. Went at lunchtime. I had one dish, My friend had a starter and a main dish, plus 2 soft drinks =£78! They also automatically add a service charge.

Had a lovely meal on 25th August, the food is always delicious and our waiter Aryan was simply wonderful. He was polite, attentive and engaged with my 10 year old son around schooling. Aryan, thank you so much for making our dinner a great experience!

We were welcomed and seated by a very nice smiling young lady Teya and served by very polite young man called Aryan. The restaurant has a very nice ambience and seating. Between the two of us we had three cold and three hot mezzes to try a few of their dishes. These were all well portioned and good tasting. The dessert and Lebanese tea brought a good end to our meal. The gentleman who is one of the owners was also very polite and hospitable. We would happily go back to this branch as well as the one in Hatch End that we usually go to.

Message for the management Our experience at Zufa keeps getting worse every time we visit your restaurant. You have a great establishment and while your food is lovely, your service fails to impress us. Far from justifying your Hefty price tags, your service constantly lets you down. I would urge the management to go back to the drawing board and address this most basic principle. Your prices certainly do not reflect the quality of the service you provide. If you do not make significant improvements, I doubt you will sustain your current acclaim for long.

We have found this place recently. It’s real close to where we live but, we would drive to eat here. The food is excellent. It’s a real taste of Lebanon. The Lebanese wine and the Lebanese gin are outstanding. The food is incredible. Fresh and very tasty. And, the staff are really friendly too. Nice to find such a cool place. Do yourselves a flavour ( pun intended ). Eat at Zufa.

I felt like I was being treated differently simply because I’m from a different ethnic background and my food was cold, I am very disappointed in the service and manners. I was recommended this place by a friend but looks like we won’t be coming here again. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I recently dined at Zufa and had the pleasure of being served by Aryan. From the moment we arrived, Aryan made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm and friendly demeanour. His attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for his work truly stood out. Throughout the evening, Aryan was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed. He had an excellent knowledge of the menu and offered fantastic recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. His ability to balance professionalism with a personal touch made our dining experience exceptional. It's clear that Aryan takes great pride in his work, and his positive attitude was infectious. We left the restaurant not only satisfied with our meal but also uplifted by the outstanding service we received. We will definitely be returning, and we hope to be served by Aryan again. The food was amazing, friendly staff and lovely environment

Ordered from here, and got severe food poisoning. Garlic Sauce inside the wrap had curdled and was extremely sour, and the chicken and lamb mix was not fresh - dry/ stale. Awful.

Very mediocre food for the price . Very small portions and the meat was so tough and dried out , starters were tasty , but the main course was disappointing and way too overpriced .

This is the first time we've been here. The food was excellent and an absolutely top notch service from Aryan, our waiter. 5 stars all.round. I would give 10/10 if I could.

Beautiful food, fantastically prepared and served, we had a vegetarian platter followed by baklava and lebanese coffee... the coffee is to die for! Perfect! Highly recommended

Went last sat 1 pm. After our order was served, waitress was nowhere to be seen. No staff anywhere to be seen even reception. I waited to order something else then had to knock kitchen. First experience of the kind. Then waitress rather than accepting mistake, lied that she was preparing my order although i had not managed to order as there was none to be seen. Pitta was stale and falafel wrap was bland. Starters were ok. On top of bad service they were cheeky to add 12.5% service charge on my bill. Which i paid to avoid any embarrassment. Will not go again.

As a vegan I had plenty of options. The bateta harra (spicy potatoes) were very oily and not up to scratch however the rest of the food was lovely. The hummus and mottabal especially. Great for vegi peeps too and open till late... Plsu they have shisha
