Quite expensive. Went at lunchtime. I had one dish, My friend had a starter and a main dish, plus 2 soft drinks =£78! They also automatically add a service charge.

Had a lovely meal on 25th August, the food is always delicious and our waiter Aryan was simply wonderful. He was polite, attentive and engaged with my 10 year old son around schooling. Aryan, thank you so much for making our dinner a great experience!

Message for the management Our experience at Zufa keeps getting worse every time we visit your restaurant. You have a great establishment and while your food is lovely, your service fails to impress us. Far from justifying your Hefty price tags, your service constantly lets you down. I would urge the management to go back to the drawing board and address this most basic principle. Your prices certainly do not reflect the quality of the service you provide. If you do not make significant improvements, I doubt you will sustain your current acclaim for long.

We have found this place recently. It’s real close to where we live but, we would drive to eat here. The food is excellent. It’s a real taste of Lebanon. The Lebanese wine and the Lebanese gin are outstanding. The food is incredible. Fresh and very tasty. And, the staff are really friendly too. Nice to find such a cool place. Do yourselves a flavour ( pun intended ). Eat at Zufa.

I felt like I was being treated differently simply because I’m from a different ethnic background and my food was cold, I am very disappointed in the service and manners. I was recommended this place by a friend but looks like we won’t be coming here again. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I recently dined at Zufa and had the pleasure of being served by Aryan. From the moment we arrived, Aryan made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm and friendly demeanour. His attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for his work truly stood out. Throughout the evening, Aryan was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed. He had an excellent knowledge of the menu and offered fantastic recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. His ability to balance professionalism with a personal touch made our dining experience exceptional. It's clear that Aryan takes great pride in his work, and his positive attitude was infectious. We left the restaurant not only satisfied with our meal but also uplifted by the outstanding service we received. We will definitely be returning, and we hope to be served by Aryan again. Ordered from here, and got severe food poisoning. Garlic Sauce inside the wrap had curdled and was extremely sour, and the chicken and lamb mix was not fresh - dry/ stale. Awful.

Very mediocre food for the price . Very small portions and the meat was so tough and dried out , starters were tasty , but the main course was disappointing and way too overpriced .

This is the first time we've been here. The food was excellent and an absolutely top notch service from Aryan, our waiter. 5 stars all.round. I would give 10/10 if I could.

Beautiful food, fantastically prepared and served, we had a vegetarian platter followed by baklava and lebanese coffee... the coffee is to die for! Perfect! Highly recommended

Went last sat 1 pm. After our order was served, waitress was nowhere to be seen. No staff anywhere to be seen even reception. I waited to order something else then had to knock kitchen. First experience of the kind. Then waitress rather than accepting mistake, lied that she was preparing my order although i had not managed to order as there was none to be seen. Pitta was stale and falafel wrap was bland. Starters were ok. On top of bad service they were cheeky to add 12.5% service charge on my bill. Which i paid to avoid any embarrassment. Will not go again.

As a vegan I had plenty of options. The bateta harra (spicy potatoes) were very oily and not up to scratch however the rest of the food was lovely. The hummus and mottabal especially. Great for vegi peeps too and open till late... Plsu they have shisha

Amazing flavoursome Lebanese food, very large vegetarian options both hot and cold mezes. Their desserts were also amazing, just the right amount of sweetness and flavour in each dish. The service from the staff was just fantastic, very helpful in making suggestions and engaging with us from the start till the end.

Our most regular Middle Eastern restuarant. Zufa has the most authentic Lebenese food served with love and warmth, garnished with tenderness that touches the soul and completes your craving for soft meat and most delicious Veg. The atmosphere is very positive and the selection of menu is outstanding.

Amazing food, very sumptuous, good quantity. In essence, the perfect meal. When coming here, highly recommend the chilli halloumi and the falafel, they are not like your ordinary small store bough falafel, they are large, crispy, and light. Food was so good, couldn't help but accidentally order too much. We also ordered the seabass and cod which were super flaky, they were absolutely splendid. The photo attached is a simple representation of how tasty and appetising the food was.

The food here, and at their sister restaurant in Hatch End, is always superb. The service is friendly and helpful. I'm constantly surprised they aren't full to bursting given the quality on offer.

The food was excellent and the service was always with a smiling face. Mona one of the waitresses is brilliant always a smile on her face. Make you feel very welcome. You feel like coming back again and again.

The chicken in the Shish Taouk that I was given was too old that it did not taste like chicken anymore. When I notified them of this, I was given another Shish Taouk that was also old, just not as old as the first. I would not go there again.

We have been coming to Zufa since it opened many years ago and we have always been welcomed warmly and provided with excellent food and service. Our children have grown up coming here and the staff love seeing them when they come in . A big shout out to George who always remembers the kids love to have sesame biscuits and milk after their dinner!! We will continue to come back for years to come!

As an Arab myself I have very high standards for arabic cuisine. When I saw it was a Lebanese restaurant I didn’t expect to be mind blown. HOWEVER, the food was spot on. Everything was The right spices the right taste The flafel is the best I had in london. Chicken was tender and warm as the staff and the atmosphere. The food was extremely delicious. Staff was as professional as it is friendly. I want to thank THEA for the amazing suggestions and impressive hospitality. The heart’s desire tea was amazing Thea .. thank you 😉 The music selection .. just wow .. made me nostalgic of my younger years. My friend and I had a great time. And I will definitely bring more friends to the place.

Came here for dinner and had amazing food. Desserts are great esp sticky toffee pudding. Season had waited us and he is amazing. Would defo recommend Zufa northwood.

Disgusting! Meat was very undercooked like they put on fire for only 30 seconds and floating in blood. This is 100% food poisoning and ignoring health and safety. Should be reported.

We’ve been served by Thea, she’s an amazing waitress so professional customer service , she made us delicious cocktails , we had spicy margaritas. Dreadful - do not go here. We had a mix of veg and meat and it was poor. Too much lemon. Duck shawarma was oily and not nice - could not eat it all.

Clean. Great food and good service. Been there again. The shush taouk is bland a d dry. Both types of prawn dishes are excessively lemony to enjoy the sauce with the prawn. The kebab is slightly on the dry side. Same Hara was good. Spicy meat ball are good. Sojok is very nice but drowned in tomato based sauce which is not very interesting to soak it up. Went again on 19/10. Much better when less busy. Some new dishes like Halloumi curry (labanese style) is highly recommended. The Zufa mixed grill was very disappointing. The shewarma was very dry - can't be sure how fresh it was!

I was absolutely mesmerised by the carrots that was served to me today. They came in a ceramic, circular plate which made the orange really stand out. They were super crunchy which made for a satisfying bite. I highly recommend coming here just for the carrots.
