Brilliant food & spot on delivery

We had a delicious and lovely time at Zufa celebrating my Mum’s birthday. Thea was a lovely host and really looked after us. Food was delicious - we had a shared set of delicious starters and then wraps and a veggie grill and a rice dish. Highly recommended.

Prices at zufa becoming more expensive and the quality is dropping. The shawarma wraps are always ‘wet’ and it’s difficult to eat without the wrap falling apart.

The food quality seems to have gone downhill, the chicken was dry and the whole dish felt cheap.. and it was not cheap

Took 55 mins to arrive. Not really that acceptable. Ice cream had melted entirely.

I ordered the Foul and it was awful it was watery like soup with big chunks of ginger and a whole lemon squeezed in. Definitely a waste of money. Ordered rice with mince and that was really nice. Ordered the zatar bread and it was so over priced. Won’t be ordering again.

Found this restaurant on THE FORK once again a gem. We had the sharing mixed platter and 2 sides. Yum was delish. Flavours aromatic. Mona (Lisa) who looked after us was amazing. Her smile was infectious and she was very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience x

Lovely restaurant with delicious food. Gorgeous decor and good atmosphere. Staff were wonderful - very helpful with recommendations and service excellent. Portion size and value for money was the only slight issue.

Lovely food but sadly the large pot of tahini sauce I ordered was missing and consequently the falafels were very dry.

Food was cold and portions seems to on the diet side small.

So dissapointed and far from what was expected from Zufa. Hardly any meat in the bamieh lamb, 4 pieces to be precise, too much oakra and seriously vinegard so much so It couldn't be eaten. Its always concerning when meat dishes have been soaked in vinegar that isn't a usual part of ingredient. The baklava isn't home made either. Its very sad to waste food and money in this time of economic struggle. I wont be eating in the restaurant or ordering a delivery again.

We visited tonight to celebrate a friends birthday and it was the perfect evening. The waitress was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose our dishes. When she found out that I was gluten intolerant a side of chopped raw carrots and cucumber was supplied instead of the bread so that I could have the dips. All the food was of the highest quality and was actually hot when served rather than the normal restaurant warm. Service was fast and efficient and they also have a child’s menu. I can also recommend the mocktails. They made a point of making it an occasion when bringing the birthday cake out

Our first time here and we really enjoyed it. Lovely booking with the manager on the phone who was flexible with the time as we had a small baby. Very polite and attentive waiters. Enjoyed some cocktails! We felt the starters weren't great but the main meal (wraps) were lovely with chips. Perhaps on the pricier side, but we felt it was worth it as the atmosphere was lovely. Free tequila shot at the end was a nice touch. Setting was really nice. Thank you for a lovely experience! Happy New year to you all.

The falafel wrap was shocking bearing in mind it is a Lebanese shop the flavour was 1/10 from me the desserts were tip top though excellent the wraps were cold unfortunately and no napkins or cutlery there.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the most mouth-watering scrumptious Middle-Eastern food from Zufa in Northwood Hills, managed by Georges. We were a big party for a family birthday gathering whereby Zufa delivered, set up and ensured the food was kept hot and fresh throughout in the garden of our house. Every aspect was perfectly met from Zufa's initial suggestions when putting the menu together to its prompt timing of delivery and set up, after which even the collection of all crockery and serving trays was fast and efficient and always utmost professional. We cannot recommend Zufa in Northwood Hills more, perfect in every way.

My experience at this restaurant was utterly sublime from start to finish . I ordered Lahm Meshi with a Fattush Salad as a starter , whilst my business partner ordered the Bamieh Rice with Hummus Pesto as a starter. The Lahm meshi was cooked to absolute perfection, whilst the Fattush salad tasted heavenly. My business Partner ( Jacob ) was also in awe of the food and felt the restaurant catered to his vegetarian needs very well , something that we struggle to find when eating in the area . As drinks, we ordered the Old Fashioned , which had been infused with hand picked oranges off the mountains of Lebanon , this was clearly evident when we were drinking these remarkable drinks . The service was second to none , we were greeted by a polite man in glasses , he was very attentive towards all our needs throughout our meal , clearly a splendid well spoken waiter . The impeccable service was led by a brilliant manager , who expedited his staff brilliantly with great aplomb. I’d highly recommend Zufa and would highly recommend the Old fashioned , with a delicious Lebennese twist .

Went to Zafu for a casual dinner only to be met with a hostile waiter and hair in our starter! When our starter came there was a hair in it. The waiter we called over to tell about it, went to pick the hair out, then put it back on the table! We were disgusted. The first waiter we had was so lovely. She is the only reason why we stayed. The waiter that took our payment was hostile and rude. He ignored us when we called him first and then, as he was taking payment he nearly knocked me out the the card reader and didn’t acknowledge it, then asked us to multiply what we had paid each on our calculator “just in case”!!! What kind of service is that? Treating customers with suspicion when we’ve done nothing wrong is out of order. The only reason why I give this place 1 star is because of the lovely female waiter. I wouldn’t recommend this place with that service.

I went to this restaurant for lunch and I am completely disappointed with the service and food. Our table was sticky and dirty and asked the staff to clean it. She did but left the table wet. Asked her to dry the table. Food was not fresh at all. Hot starters were not even warm. The pastry seemed uncooked and maybe 3/4 days old. The only thing which was okay was the French fries. Main course had an after taste which we couldn't identify. I will never go to this restaurant again.

Yet again the hummus was off and had to throw it away, it’s happened already a few times with hummus and some other dishes from zufa and this puts me off from ordering from them although the rest of the food was really nice, and usually their cooking quality is very good

Myself and my partner were looking for a nice restaurant on the off-chance we stumbled across this lovely Lebenese Restaurant the atmosphere was relaxed and vibrant. The staff were amazing polite, attentive and friendly. They recommended dishes that were really delicious and well cooked. If your a meat eater I would really recommend the Lamb chops they were cooked to perfection. I came away 100 percent happy with my choice and we found they accommodated my partners like for spicy food. We had a lovely evening thank you we also appreciated the late opening time. Definitely going to visit again with the whole family.

This establishment is top tier. Food is great and has a diverse range of foods for all palates. The customer service was amazing, always checking up on us while giving us great recommendations on food and drink (they a great Old Fashioned you should try out). So if you want a great restaurant experience and good chat about football, this should be the first stop on your list.

There are no menus. When meeting up with a friend, I feel it ruins the mood to have to pull out your phone and start staring at the menu. Trying to have a conversation and at the same time work out what you want to eat especially when you feel waiters are already on the hurry up. Which has lead me to not check the prices properly. I normally order but decided to let my friend take the lead. The waiter in charge has zero class. When ordering a cocktail he said to my friend “it’s £12 is that OK”. Which reflects his immaturity he said the manager has told him to conduct himself this way. So to every customer was he asking them “if £12 was ok” all night I doubt it. If they are, then they need to have a drinks/cocktail menu printed up asap. After this I loathed every time he came near us. He also showed great contempt for young girls enjoying themselves on a night out and also used this as his excuse for asking us if “£12 was ok” for a cocktail. More or less insinuating that couldn’t afford £12. Again very rude. A good cocktail is worth every penny. However if you are served two on the trot both watery and lacking in alcohol. They are not! I was glad when another young man began serving us as he was much more obliging and polite. Veggie platter well… two falafel balls. A disgusting excuse for fattoush salad using iceberg lettuce (!!) in the middle, some aubergine (cold) some patata bravas, houmous, what else? I couldn’t tell you. But no way worthy of £42!!! Don’t worry we won’t be back. I expect some sort of cocky reply. I did tell them about this behaviour that night. Again more sneers and something said in a foreign language as we left by him.

I love this restaurant, I come regularly with my friends, the staff and service is amazing 100% recommend!!! Klara

My lamb was very, very fatty, I ended up leaving most of it and just eating the okra and rice. Very disappointing.

Burnt black lamb cutlets and dry sharwama bits. Plain white rice without anything. Not nice at all!

Mixed thoughts on this, having eaten in and out on several occasions the food wavers between really good and ok. The main thing that bugs me, is that when eating at the restaurant, the portion sizes are satisfying, but when you have a takeaway, the portions are small and seem to be shrinking with each order! Why??

The service was super quick but I don’t think anything was freshly made. All tasted and felt pre-made and just warmed up before delivery.

Popped in for lunch. An hours on street parking was 1.50 and plenty of empty spaces on boths sides of the road. The service and food were great, a wrap with chips and a meze platter for one inc service was around 20 quid. The food was great, and we'd visit again. Thanks.

Terrible grizzly shawarma, clearly left over from a previous service. Very salty tabouleh with massive chunks of onion. Considering how quickly the order arrived, it was very obvious nothing was freshly cooked or prepared. Never again.

Tabbouleh was VERY lemony; tasted as if lemon juice was poured into it that overwhelmed the taste which was disappointing. Sojok was good, but falafel and fattoush salad were really salty. Chicken was a bit dry too.

Ordered the large lamb shawarma, every bite had a large piece of lamb fat, so I could only eat half of it before it became to sickly.

No problems with delivery, it came early. I ordered bamia with lamb stew and pilaff. The meat was fatty,grisily, and had hardly any good meat on it. Disgusting! A waste of money The bamia w as okish. The pilaff too.. The only thing I enjoyed was the lemonade. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again

Food is so so so good , I love Zufa . Just please instruct your drivers on how to carry the bags .the food arrived early which I don’t mind but everything was leaking and covered in grease , few of the boxes were squashed and leaked which is taking away from how good the food is .

Not good value for money and this is the first Lebanese restaurant I know that charges extra for salad, pitta bread and even chilli sauce. Before long they will charge extra for the takeaway containers. We had no idea this was the case so ended...

Delicious food from Zufa, really good quality, we ordered quite late but they were able to deliver everything and early too, with a very nice smiley, friendly diver! A few of the hot dishes we warmed up why we ate the fab fattoush and yummy tabbouleh and their Atayef Ashta, a sort of blini with clotted cream is exceedingly scrumptious, good job there is only two of them per portion! 🙃

Good morning just want to let you know how disappointed we were with zufa on Saturday night the portion size was tiny we ordered a mixed grill for 2 people , the salad was a couple of lettuce leaves, flat bread was the size of one triangle piece of pizza plus all the meat was very small, a huge disappointment especially it was for my husbands birthday.

Visited Northwood Hills restaurant last night for the first time, and have to say can’t believe it’s taken this long, and will definitely be going back. The food was fantastic and staff really on point. Definitely worth a visit. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We chose a busy night but the welcome and initial several wasn’t the best. Probably much better on a quieter night outside ‘eat out to help out’ season. Chicken is really excellent but avoid the calamari.
