Kemps Grill Restaurant in Hillingdon

Ordered a takeaway , Donner and Kofte . Donner is normally sublime — but this was either old food they wanted to get rid off , or their standards have gone down . Neither are acceptable

This company has taken our money and not delivered our food. Although they have received our money and not delivered are refusing to help us in anyway at all. 40 pounds lost no help.

Food was nice, order 3 times and meat is really tasty. However everytime it was different quantity of meat. 1st time good size, 2 time a great size but the 3rd time it was only few pieces of meat. Also this week was supposed to received a free houmous, but didn't get it however the bag was messy. not sure if something happening durring delivery on the the kitchen when they bag the food. Will recommend just because meat it tastes however will not order for a while as food size is shrinking.

Recommended this place by friends who live locally. Food was cooked perfectly, the bread bowl they bring out was delicious! Good prices, and generous portions without being too big or too little. The girls serving were friendly & polite, service was very good! The chicken was cooked so well, tender and flavoursome. Would visit again 100%.

This is one of my locals and I have been a couple of times. The food is really nice and the service is really good too. It's a nice place to visit with family and have a meal. It's good honest food cooked well. Enjoyed it

These guys mislead their menu with 'homemade lamb doner' If thats handmade you seriously need to shut the shop and retire The meat was woful very poor and i most certainly wont be ordering from here again Yuk

We went for iftar (dinner/breaking our fast) the staff were very nice and friendly. Their hospitality was amazing and made us feel looked after. We usually order on Uber eat and the food been always 10/10. This was our first time in the restaurant itself. The meat was very tender, juicy, well marinated and well cooked. The starters were delicious and full of flavour. The bread was served hot and fresh. we will definitely be going again and recommending it to friends and family.

Great food, we had the share platter that is mentioning 2-3, around £32. Size food is good like they say 2 adults and maybe a young child, but definitely not 3 adults. However food taste really great, nice variety of meats chicken, lamb shish also donner and 1 large kofte. will definitely buy it again

This is the best Turkish cuisine restaurant in London. Food is always consistently amazing, full of flavour and always tasty! Often great offers and delivery apps. When dining in, service is 10/10 and portion sizes are great. Can’t fault Kemps and can’t wait to order again soon.

Best place to eat turkish food or if you are kebab lover. Taste is very very good, Very good price and huge quantity.

The food is absolutely fantastic, very large portions and a nice variety of kebap. The service was great; all of the waiters we had were friendly and entertaining. It’s a small charming restaurant and I highly recommend visiting it.

I use this restaurant frequently. Every other week. And I always order the same thing with stipulation of separate sauce and salad as things gets soggy and kids are fussy with sauce. My food came all mixed with everything. Soggy also. My kids cannot have their sunday takeaway. I called to complain . The man was extremely rude and then changed his tune and offered a replacement. However I am aware of what some places do to food once you complain. And I’m not having my kids eat food that potentially has had bad stuff done to it! So they’ve lost a customer for life. And also a bad review. Shame. On both counts. As we did like this place up til this incident. All That was needed was an apology and replacement with none of the rudeness. Zero customer service skills. Sorry kemps, you have lost me, my family and all my friends after this episode. I would definitely think twice before going here.

Today I visited Kemp grill with my family, my parents with my uncle and aunt. It was really recommend this food because it’s very tasteful and delicious. We tried Kemp Special Grill , that’s in good quantity. They dint take too much to serve the food and they served sweets as well at the end…

I recently visited Kemps Grill and had an incredible dining experience! I ordered the mixed kebab, and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked with a wonderful blend of flavors. The Turkish tea was a delightful touch, rounding off the meal beautifully. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely, with cozy decor that even featured a charming Christmas theme. It was warm and inviting, making for a very pleasant dining environment. A huge shoutout to Ailin, our waitress, who was so welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. Her friendly service made the experience even better. And of course, Chef Ayhan — who is not only an amazing chef but also a great friend. His care and attention to detail in preparing the food really stood out. Overall, Kemps Grill is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Turkish cuisine in a warm and welcoming setting. I can’t wait to return!

It doesn’t give much information about the food when trying to order. Therefore, I judged by the picture it presented the chicken shish. Altough, it wasn’t with rice included. Also, the chicken doner wrap wasn’t very tasty as well as small. The price is very high compared to what you receive.

I have been to kemps on numerous occasions grab a quick takeaway or sat in on a number of occasions and I can only say never fails the lads that work there are absolutely fantastic always smiling pleasant and fill you with a good vibe the young waitress is absolutely amazing and as regards to the food it’s the reason I come back real authentic and how it should be done if I’m going for Turkish there’s only one place to go kemps best in London mr b

This place has gone downhill. It was not as amazing as it was when it first opened. Food portions (we ordered the platter) significantly reduced. Prices increased. Service was terrible. It felt like we were a burden for the waitresses. Almost like they couldn't be bothered. Won't be visiting again. Such a shame as I used to love this place, the quality of food, and the great service. Not anymore.....

Eaten and had take away a few times and food was lovely but the takeaway tonight was absolutely disgusting the wrong order was delivered it was awful and everything freezing cold called the restaurant and was told to call back in twenty minutes in a rude tone , then called back he said call back again we are busy so called again was passed to two more people who couldn’t understand what we were telling them finally they said would send order again, food arrived wrong again and no chips no doner kebab just crusty cold doner meat half a bit of rock hard bread and some baklava £25 quid wasted will never eat here again whether they’re busy or not don’t be rude as the customers keep your shop going I’m afraid I won’t be ordering or coming in the restaurant again

Delivery was within time window and still driver apologised for being late! Driver was very polite and the food was fabulous. Delivery much better than Uber and I am switching to use just eat all the time now.

We did not get what we ordered. Lamb ordered and chicken wraps have arrived. Rice very salty. Chicken shish good size. Bread cold and flavourless

Bread was missing and why never any onions in the salad? Otherwise as good as ever.

Ordered a large Adana only got a medium but got charged for the large.

I ordered as I usually do, but I am unpleasantly surprised to find that the prices have increased but the portions have decreased from what I was getting before. It was my last order...And the cold food also came, the only hot one was the bread.

The food was absolutely delicious!

Chicken shish was very nice, and Adana kebab (minced lamb) was nice too. but for the price what let it down is the tomatoes were mushy, the salad was wet and tasteless, wilted and the bread was cold and difficult to open (actually it didn't open). It had not been warmed up on the grill or anything. I think for the price (dearer than what we're used to) it needed to be perfect.

So delicious and love the free Balavara for dessert.

Is a lovely place to eat or to spend the time with family or friends. The food is very good and the portions are very generous. The most relevant is the hospitality. No matter what you order to eat, there is always a small plate with a selection of starters and bred complimentary from the house. Also, you can get a free desert, very sweet, delicious baclava. Delivery and take away are available, however I always prefer to eat in.

Is ok, just ok for a quick bite. If your taste buds are not fussy, it is worth the money. I can call it a takeaway with sitting area. I've been here on Saturday at lunchtime, for dinner things may be different. Food and service overall os good.
