Keke and Koko in Hillingdon

I ordered a takeaway from this restaurant on two occasions this year. The food was tasty on both occasions. Unfortunately, there was very minimal protein in the items I had ordered (I had to cook and add chicken to dishes, which is something I have never had to do before). I'm not sure if this is unique to takeaway orders? The lack of protein was consistent on both occasions, which left me feeling as though I had not received good value for money. I would be hesitant to order from here again as a result of this, which is a shame.

Love this place! The interiors are very pretty and it has a relaxing ambience, making it a lovely place to have a meal with friends. The vegetarian options are fab, in particular the veg summer rolls which were unlike anything else had before. I also liked the Tofu pho, a hearty dish to have in the winter. The staff is super friendly. I had never tried Taro milk tea before and was worried I'd find it too sweet but the staff said they'd adjust the fructose levels for me - they ended up making a smashing Taro! Highly recommended if you want to try Vietnamese food!

The staff is so good and food and drinks both are amazing. It is the perfect place to have a evening joy with family or partner. Music play all the time and all food is feel fresh to eat. I also love the quality of food.

I go here a bit with friends, its perfectly priced and the boba and food are amazing, its also great how a cool shop like this opened in my town, where not many places like this are open and the ice cream is good aswell! The portions are very generous and I would DEFINITLY recomend this to anyone! :)

We’ve ordered from them a few times, and the food has been consistently fantastic. The Pho and chicken satay are absolutely delicious, packed with flavour, and perfect for a comforting meal. The gyozas are pretty good, too, with a great texture and taste. But my personal favourite has to be the summer rolls—so fresh and flavorful! If you’re looking for authentic and tasty Vietnamese takeaway, Keke and Koko is the place to go.

The flavour of the dishes was very nice but the contents were very disappointing. I ordered a coconut vegetable curry and only had potato and vegan chicken - Also the Vietnamese curry did not have any vegetable in it

Review from a concerned local resident. The owner of this restaurant persistently blocks the access road behind the restaurant (a private road shared by the business and residents) and parks his car so that none of the residents can pass. The home owners have had to pay thousands to legally have access to this private access road which he uses as a car park. When I asked the why he persistently parks in the middle of the road he was incredibly rude and questioned where I live, before bothering to get in his car. He passed no apology for blocking the road. Avoid this buisness.

I can't say enough good things about KiKi & KoKo. The food is very tasty, fresh, amazing, and healthy! I showed up with a very large order without notice and they worked hard to pull everything together as soon as possible. All 15 people loved the food and every container was empty at the end of our lunch meeting! This never happens! Thank you for the great service!

Food is authentic, fresh with a home cooked taste. On par with decent central London Vietnamese restaurants. Owner friendly and accommodating. We tend to eat in and have the food piping hot. Plus you can bring your own booze if you want

The bubble tea was absolutely fantastic, I had the taro milk tea with tapioca (made fresh, which was pretty cool). Me & my wife then came for dinner. I liked the food, but it's a very exquisite taste which some may not like. I appreciate that the chicken is halal. I had the chicken soup, and my wife had the prawns with rice. Great decor with lots of plants, oriental snacks & a pac-man arcade machine. ❤️

Delicious beef pho, well packaged for a long Deliveroo journey - better than expected vegetable spring rolls. I'm sure their other items are delicious and the restaurant looks very nice, so I will now make sure to stop by rather than order for the full experience!

Im a big fan of pho and vietnamese food and this is by far the best vietnamese food I had in London. The pho broth was really tasty and the noodles were cook on point not overcooked. The satay chicken was delicious too. The staff is nice and friendly. Definitely recommended!!

It was so incredibly tender and delicious. Love the big chunky veggies - they really soak in the flavour of the broth. It’s my ultimate comfort food on a day like today!

I go here often and it is always so delicious! I like the staff they are always so nice and helpful. Especially the young lad who is often there. I like the atmosphere as well. The food options are so lovely and everything I’ve tried is amazing. The pho is unreal!

Delightful hidden gem! This small Vietnamese restaurant located in a quiet area serves up a delicious bowl of beef pho that's simply irresistible!

This has quickly become my family’s new favourite place for take away, we have eaten in too It’s small and sweet so best for a couple or family of four. They do the best Bao buns I’ve ever had, I have tried most dishes on the menu now and I’m yet to find a dish I don’t like, my family particularly love the rice bowls, and the kids love that they do bubble tea too. Would advise giving a little extra time when ordering if you need food in a hurry as sometimes it can get very busy but it’s more than worth the wait.

We had our dinner here last night and the dishes ordered were good. Both the Vietnamese Pho and Korean Fried Chicken were very good and highly recommended. Prices were reasonable as well.

Honestly loved this place when it first opened and the beef pho was so good but over time when we went the pho got worse and this time when we went it was actually just wagamama level pho as in the broth was so dilute there is no colour. There must've been an ownership change because there's no way the boss would let this happen since we've met him before

I ordered takeaway on Deliveroo and I'm not gonna lie I'm such a foodie I find something to criticise everywhere I go! The food arrived hot and was absolutely DELICIOUS, I could not fault it. I ordered a few things, all were so full of flavour but the spicy tofu pho was insane. Highly recommend giving this place a go if you haven't tried yet!

It's a very quiet restaurant, the food is a amazing and a very large portion for the cost. I had spicy chicken pho, my friend had beef pho and we had chicken gyozas too. All of it was delicious. It's very clean there and the service was polite too.

The chicken Gyosa was stuck to the paper underneath and it was very difficult to take out and put on my plate. It created a mess and was not a great experience especially when I asked for it to be crispy but it definitely was not crispy but instead was stuck to the surface of the takeaway bag it came in. Not a cheap starter to purchase.

Overall the food was tasty . The pho beef noodle bowl was very good and the bubble tea was great. It was a tiny bit on the expensive side considering the amount. I would recommend you try this place and support local businesses.

The staff are super friendly. We want to thank you for having us today and despite how loud the kids were you were super friendly and nice. We really appreciate it. Food wise it was yummy. Your ice cream actually beats Kreams. And bubble tea was yummy. All in all a lovely experience. We look forward to coming back. :) You can easily park at the library if local streets have no places to park at.

A great addition to Ickenham's growing food scene, the Bahn mi buns are excellent. Vietnamese cold coffee was delicious. Keke has tables to sit and relax. I'll be going back regularly.

this restaurant is a joke, I ordered food and it was supposed to be ready for pick up in a moment then a guy calls me and says that in Ickenham they are renovating and that the food is coming to me from Uxbridge..... haha ​​and that was it, no food no nothing, it was Thursday 6/04/23. Ordered the chicken pho for the first time with chilli oil on the side. And WOW I was stunned at the deliciousness and flavour and the array of vegetables. I always had the ramen bowls from Wagamama but believe me it's Koko and Keke from today onwards!

Been meaning to try Keke & Koko for sometime now, and finally got round to going with a friend, we went for the Boa Buns and have to say they were great, lemongrass beef and crispy prawn were delish. We received complimentary portion because there was mix up, friendly and welcoming staff, would definitely go back and try other menu items, pho looks amazing 🤩. Love supporting local businesses and can see a couple negative reviews, really upsetting to see when locals comment negative on minor things. It’s a great addition to the area which is swamped with Italian restaurants and burger places. GIVE IT GO!

Loved!! Loved Loved this place defintely want to go back. Everything was so yummy, bubblegum ice cream was delicious especially with blue raspberry sherbet. Honey dew milk bubble tea was amazing. Passion fruit mochis yum! Wish there was one closer so u can go more often. Girl serving us was lovely except for her grumpy useless boyfriend that was there and made us feel uncomfortable when she asked him to help out a little and he made a big fuss. Hope he's not there next time but the actual desserts and venue was great! 100% recommend

Tried Vietnamese first time today. Had a wonderful time with cozy ambience and rich flavoured food. I tried the chicken satay vermicelli noodles along with a couple of starters. We loved the bubble tea too, they had uniquely blended bubbles which was the highlight of the evening! Will definitely recommend this place for Vietnamese food.

My girlfriend and I visited Keke and Koko. We had 2 starters chicken dumplings and King Prawns summer roll. Both the starters were amazing with a nice flavour and spiced dips that came along. Mains were great too and portion size was quite filling. I am definitely gonna come back again when I feel like having Vietnamese. Best so far! Mike was quite hospitable and helped us with recommending the best in house sauces and drinks!

My friend and I went for dinner as we fancied a good pho. We had beef and prawn, both were delicious and plentiful. The staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming and I can't wait to go back or order home delivery as my family are new to the area.

A hidden gem! I ordered the sweet chilli prawn vermicelli bowl, and it was delicious. I found it light and tasty but at the same time super filling. The portion was very generous too. Would recommend 👌 👍

Great local authentic Vietnamese food! The beef pho is the best! I usually get a takeaway to mix the noodles and the soup, the eco friendly bowls are on the small side as they fill it to the top! Fresh veggie, super tender beef and deep yummy broth! Reasonably priced! Super friendly service!

Best Pho that I’ve had in London! The broth is so deep and so tasty and the veg is always fresh. I also love the Bahn Mi as this is one of the only places that use authentic Vietnamese baguette. Good size portions and the chefs clearly know what they are doing.

1st time it was 5 star but second time we waited 45 minutes, got lukewarm food that tasted at best mediocre. Seems like the chef or owner wasn't there and the food took a steep drop.

Myself and my friend went to lunch at Keke & Koko the food was amazing I had Satay chicken Bao buns. The staff was very polite and overall great service, will definitely be going back again.

Customer service...great!!! The drinks not so nice. For me its waaaaay way waaay to sweet and using creamer instead if fresh milk is a downer. In the end i did not finsish the drink as a few sips was more than enough. The staff are super freindly though and the place itself is great.

Great little vietnamese place we had been planning to go to but never had the chance until today. We tried the beef pho and banh mi and both were good and quite authentic. We spoke to the owner and found out he was Vietnamese - this may have contributed towards the authenticity of the flavours. Price was reasonable. The portions were not small. Service was a little slow but worth the wait!

I have Been a few times here and the Bubble tea is perfect one of the best drinks they have is lychee and strawberry boba was recommended by the gentleman working and was blown away with how the flavour was on point! Definitely coming back staff was so helpful and polite and fast 5 ⭐️

Been here numerous times for Bubble Tea for the kids and also recently been trying the Bao buns. Bubble tea is great and kids absolutely love it. The Bao buns are amazing! We've tried a couple of flavours including the chicken one and have enjoyed both. Service has always been friendly and good, even when they're busy. Would definitely recommend if you haven't tried already.

I'm so disappointed to write this review. I visited here for dinner mid week with my partner after finding this place on Google after craving a good Pho and seeing all the good reviews plus it's local. The food was good although they did run out of all Summer Rolls on the menu but it was mid week so I guess it was understandable. We had Bao Buns which were amazing! The dumplings were just ok, the Pho was really good, decent portion for the price (£8.50) although not the best I've ever had but good enough to want to go back again! The next week we came back with my kids on a Saturday and OMG it was awful! The staff had no idea what was going on because orders kept coming in and they were clearly stressed (not their fault I admit). They ran out of quite a lot on the menu again which was annoying. The Bao Buns again were good, the Summer Rolls decent. However, the Pho was actually awful. We ordered x3 and he said he could split one Pho into to bowls for my kids as they wouldn't finish one each. He brought theirs out in takeaway pots which were small bowls and we thought 'that makes sense as they're sharing a portion'. Then our full portions were brought out in the same size TINY bowls. Considering we'd been here a week earlier and had bowls with twice the amount for the same price it was literally a shock! There was NO flavour in these either it was just so bland. I've added pics of the tiny bowls and you can see the size in comparison to our hands but it was a joke. I bought x3 Pho bowls, x2 portions of bao buns, 1 summer roll and x2 small bubble teas which was just over £50. A complete waste of money! Overall I wouldn't come back again. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come and I wouldn't even risk giving it another chance. The best thing about this place is the free PacMan machine at the front :( So disappointing. Management need to get a new bubble tea sealing machine as both times we visited it would beep and they had issues with it.

We've had Keke&Koko several times since they opened and its always good, using fresh and flavoursome produce. It's not overly seasoned: just simple, clean fresh flavours.

Lovely staff, bubble tea was amazing and tried their new Vietnamese deli and was blown away, deffo going back again.

Love the bubbles teas from there and the food so tasty!! The service in there is always fast and always have smiles on their faces. Will defo visit again!

The place was left to 2 young teenagers. They got our orders wrong 😑 We ordered peach bubbles and got passion fruit bubbles. The teenagers were slow and kept leaving the kitchen. They didn’t give us a straw so we had to ask. They didn’t tell us how to use the straw so when we put it in the plastic, the cup burst and leaked everywhere. They didn’t even offer to refill it. Worst bubble tea 🧋 shop ever. Never coming there again. One star.

The best part about small, family-run businesses is how personal they are. I discovered Keke & Koko by pure chance on the way to West Ruislip station, and I ended up having a lovely chat with David, the owner, as he made me a delicious bubble tea - the colour of his clothes even matched his bright decor, which was commitment! With pho, bubble tea, gelato and candy floss on offer, this is delightful restaurant shop that is definitely worth checking out.

We stopped by for bubble tea and were thrilled to discover the Vietnamese take away in the back. It was absolutely delicious and excellent value for money: £35 for two big bowls of pho (beef and prawn), a chicken rice bowl, a beef noodle bowl, and some vegetable dumplings. The PacMan game in the waiting area kept my daughter happy while we waited for our food. We are SO happy to find authentic, high quality Asian food in Ickenham - as good as what you can find in Westfield and cheaper too! We will definitely be going back again and again.

Tried first time. The hot food was really tasty. Bubble tea was great too. The interior is nice and enjoyable. Will visit again.

**BAD EXPERIENCE** We went to this place to get bubble tea and first we asked for no ice and got ice. We asked for half digit and still got full AND they barely gave us any bubbles in the drink. We also got an ice cream that was extremely sweet. After the tea I had a really bad stomach pains and I was feeling VERY unwell. The man was very kind though.

I tried Keke and Koko for the first time today and it was worth it. I tried the matcha bubble tea, chicken dumplings and salmon roll, which were all very tasty. I was served by ‘Saniya’, who was lovely and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend.
