Went in the restaurant for a late lunch. Delicious food especially the Malabar Fish Curry, Masala Dosa, Paneer Butter Masala / Chilli Paneer but lots of options. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Would highly recommend.

Great dosas especially the nutella dosa

This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Ruislip. We ordered the Mysore Dosa & a Masala Dosa. It was brilliant! Sambhar had the right spice, food arrived hot and promptly and the service was impeccable. Would recommend and re-visit!

Really good south indian food and very attentitive amd prompt service. The rava dosa and schezhwan noodles and mixed grill was out standout.

Lovely food, especially the paan kulfi was an absolute delight, totally hit a spot! Also, their Devil mutton and Sri Lankan chicken kotthu are signature dishes.

We had a take away yesterday and were quite disappointed with the quality, we have eaten many times in Sarasas and found that the quality has gone done. When we bought this up before we were told that there was a change of chef, this seems to have had a distinct impact on the quality on the food. This is a shame because we really did like the food very much, hopefully the original chef will return and the quality will improve. When it first opened the food was wonderful now it seems to be very bland and without flavour. Such a shame.

As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted and attended to with impeccable service. I started clapping while showing my partner something in conversation, the waiter came running over thinking I was clapping for his attention!! Lol. That is how hospitable they are here. The food.... 10/10!! Fully recommend this eating establishment.

i am regular sarasas client and come with a family of 10 people . please sort out your service . ordered one dosa and other items including main course , it’s been 50 minutes . and they delivered the starters and the main course all at once as they became very late . other sarasas is way to better in service . please avoid coming here

I went there on a weekend at about 6pm and the service was excellent. Jairam was looking after us with warmth and care. My child was paid special attention to. I ordered dahi puri which was an absolute disappointment. I would not recommend it at all from here. The dahi was too cold and there was almost no filling inside. The chutneys were also not very great. I was really having second thoughts but I stayed back because of my child. However, the ghee roast and the Gobi Manchurian alongwith sweetlime soda, was exceptionally delicious. I was super happy and was thankful to have visited the place. The staff is nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend you to visit here but order wisely!

Came on Sunday evening. Service was quick, food quality was good and portions sizes were ideal for us. Staff very friendly and helpful. Been here a few times and always walk away happy.

Good food every time I’ve been!

The service is commendable. The food is exceptionally authentic. After trying manyyyy restaurants and eateries, we randomly hopped at Sarasas and to our surprise, right after tasting the food, we were lost in the flavors, so authentically prepared. All the flavors were complimenting the freshness of food. The staff is extremely polite and the ambience is calm and very happening. looking forward for many lunches and dinners here :)

Superb dosa and can highly recommend

Tasteless and expensive! Go only if there are no other options. Ordered few dishes and none of them were good. Masala Papad had no masala and the papad was tasteless. Masala peanuts were just plain roasted peanuts. Where’s masala in both the dishes? Gobi 65 was again tasteless and same goes for Schezwan noodles. Complete ripoff. Veg platter in sizzler was not available.

Great good and service as always. Visited for our grandads 90th birthday, and Jalam and team ensured everything was perfect.

Great food and excellent service. Highly recommend! We went on a Sunday for lunch and were fortunate that we found parking behind the restaurant near Iceland.

The food was excellent, shame the service didn't match. Server missed a few things, for starters missed a drink had to ask twice to actually receive, our starters came all but one when we finally raised the fact they missed it they got it fairly quickly, the dish was very nice whan it arrived. All mains arrived no nans raised again got 2 out of 3 nans had to ask again to get our final nan. By the time the last nan arrived the dish had gone cold. These small but very important touches spoiled the meal for us. However we would probably go back as the food was good, but if the second visit was similar, we would not go back.

The food was amazing, especially the chilli paneer. There's a great selection for a range of dietary preferences. They were also very kid-friendly, gave us everything that our baby needed. We had a great time!

Came out for a birthday lunch for my fil. Had a great time, the food is tasty and not afraid to be spicy. The staff are kind and the atmosphere is chill vibes all the way.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a delightful experience at Sarasas Restaurant! The Masala dosa, Chilli Paneer, and Chicken Biryani were absolutely delicious, and the taste was spot on. Harman provided excellent service—helpful, courteous, and friendly. However, we found the quantity of rice in both Thalis to be a bit excessive, while the sabji portion was less than expected. Overall, we loved the taste and the service!

Three of us had a thali each, it was so tasty and the service was excellent. I left feeling very satisfied with a smile on my face. Sarasas is one of our favourite restaurants and we also regularly order takeaway. The stand out items for us are the Mutton Kottu Roti (originally recommended by my Tamil friend), the Tikka Masala (best I’ve ever had) and the Rose Faluda!!!

The food was very good. Good ambiance too. The service was lousy. I requested to be seated by the window. The waitress refused to saying ‘I just wiped the area, and it’s still wet’. It definitely wasn’t. Waitress didn’t even bother coming back to check if everything was ok.

The attendants were very polite and served very well. The starters and the main meal were excellent.

The chilli paneer was decent but I’d prefer it to be crispier (personal preference). The dosa were great and the chutneys were delicious. Service was excellent but the place was empty on our visit.

If I could give minus I would. We attended this afternoon for a birthday lunch with 9 ladies and it was beyond awful. The service was painfully slow whereby we only ordered main course, majority thalis & it took 1hr 15 for our food to come. When it did it was cold. The naans were thick like slices of bread & undercooked.we sent the food back and it was reheated & given to us. The food itself was tatseless & unauthentic. They tried to charge extra for items we did not have. We complained to Jalam & he said all he could do was remove the service charge. His attitude was disgusting given the disservice we experienced. We should have refused to pay the £200 bill the food was not fit for purpose as it was not acceptable breaching the consumer code. I would avoid this place at all costs. It ruined a special celebration. The Hayes branch is much better!

Dosas are good, but everything else including biriyani is mediocre. Very expensive too.

Sarasas is now officially our family's favourite Indian restaurant. Whatever we say, the good food makes a restaurant great and Sarasas is a very good example of it. Kadai and Chettinad dishes are my favourite.

Excellent food, and amazing service!

We per booked our table . They could not find it at first. Very strange. They were very busy as it was mothering Sunday. Given a table right by the front door. I leave you to guess what we thought of that. Ordered our food and drinks . The drinks came in plastic glasses. When we complained about that told we are very we cannot wash glasses as we are very busy. Was not happy until the manageress step in. That was changed. Food arrived starters very good. Even though they arrived at different times. Main course arrived very good. When ordering we asked for a onion salad. It was 4 slices of onions charged £ 4.95 plus service charge. Unbelievable. Overall FOOD VERY GOOD. SERVICE NEEDS ATTENTION.

We arrived without a booking on Mother's Day and had to wait until there were empty seats. Our mouths watered as the food was being transferred from the kitchen to the table 😔. Food was great and service fantastic. No wonder this venue is well booked. Definitely going again
