The atmosphere as well as staff service was really good but the food was not so fine.We ordered Thandoori roti,malabar fish curry and kadai chicken. Roti was good but curry was really bad.The visit was not worth at all.Quite bad experience

Could actually have been the best curry I've ever had out. Very friendly staff who helped with menu and spice levels, and the food came very quickly and was delicious.

Am a regular here and pop in often for chilli fried idly and dosa. Food is lovely and so are the staff, especially Shaz (apologies if that’s spelt wrong). Sometimes gets very busy, but I don’t mind waiting a little while for good food 😊

Some dishes were mixed up - chilli chicken was served when we ordered chilli paneer. An odd situation where the waiter insisted that the chicken was in fact paneer! Be aware that the hygiene rating is 0/5! You can check the government food ratings site to confirm for yourself. Since finding this out I would not return until the hygiene rating improves.

First time visit and decent enough to return. Thoughts and feedback or suggestions: Quick good service slightly felt rushed! On the house three Chutneys without poppadums made no sense! Chicken 65 was tasty super crispy fried chicken but was not chicken 65. The chicken methi rara is a dish highly recommended as was spot on delicious. Naans butter and garlic both were chewy and could definitely be improved. This was a real downside of the meal. Introduce some after meal mouth freshener or sweet or something. See you again.

Harman is very sweet and greets us every time. Service is very quick and we get seated as soon as we walk in. Food is amazing and authentic and so is the atmosphere!

My husband and I had a wonderful first time at this restaurant. We went on a Friday a little after noon and were seated immediately. The staff members are friendly, the wait is reasonable, and the food is excellent. Will be sure to come back.

Great place but service was very slow maybe it’s because of short staff. The food was ok as it was salty and the meat starters were very oily and salty as well. The staff were nice and friendly but they couldn’t help in a restaurant where they had too many customers with less staff. Would love to visit again if they improve the food and service.

Must visit. Great food quality wise, quality wise and taste is amazing. Be it south indian, north Indian or sizzlers everything is outstanding.

Dangerously oily kadai paneer served despite a request to keep the food less greasy. Left the stomach irritated and heavy. Huge let down after being a regular here for all these months.

Really tasty food, had a great meal and got to taste Dosa and some amazing flavours in the chicken and fish options too

Went there for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered Fish Tikka Masala, rice and some spring rolls with mango lassi and expected a dainty meal. To our surprise, the almost Epicurean enjoyment from the food and it's gargatuan size, made this what seemed a like slightly sequestered, arcane lunch venue into somewhere that will be a habitue for me and my legal paramour :)

Food and ambience was really good. But what really made the evening special was the amazing service we received from our waitress Avni. She was warm, friendly and served us with a smile throughout the evening and looked after our every need.

Food was absolutely awful. Prawn 65 and veg Manchurian had no real flavour and lack of salt, Manchurian just had extreme garlic and onion flavours but no proper seasoning or salt. Chicken fried rice was horrible, again lacking salt and any flavour, just had a strong egg flavour that wasn’t pleasant. Actual place was lovely, nicely decorated and nicely lit.

Went there yesterday with my girlfriend as it was my birthday, 1st time for both of us,will we return****you bet,as for the price ,very reasonable.

Good Authentic Indian restaurant

Right now sitting here and haveing bad service experience staff told they closeing soon so bringing helf cooked dosa , missing items , padaan came after stater and i can see all staff members just rushing things becose they just want to close i think .

Very friendly service by a small team coping with lots of large party bookings as well as could be expected, fabulous food, prepared marvellously, in a buzzing atmosphere; last night my husband Andy & I had an unexpectedly great meal before heading back home on the tube to central London. We now have another great reason to visit Ruislip apart from the urban beach! I highly recommend the haryali paneer tikka, a taste sensation served in generous portions, the onion tomato chilli uttapam was a spongy delight, the best I've ever eaten, and Andy can´t stop praising the dosa he ordered. It was so light & flavour filled. We loved the yoghurt, tomato, cucumber and onion salad we shared too. Everything was ace, thank you all so much, love Catherine

I’ve never eaten a Dosa ever, didn’t think there is an Indian food I hadn’t eaten. Dosa is one; a savoury pancake with curry stuffing and chutney trimmings. Well worth a try… Sarasas; Ruislip…

Unique Indian restaurant due to preparing authentic North and South Indian dishes due to specialist chefs from the North and the South. We visit it frequently to try Dosa and Bhature Chole.

Went in the restaurant for a late lunch. Delicious food especially the Malabar Fish Curry, Masala Dosa, Paneer Butter Masala / Chilli Paneer but lots of options. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Would highly recommend.

This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Ruislip. We ordered the Mysore Dosa & a Masala Dosa. It was brilliant! Sambhar had the right spice, food arrived hot and promptly and the service was impeccable. Would recommend and re-visit!

Really good south indian food and very attentitive amd prompt service. The rava dosa and schezhwan noodles and mixed grill was out standout.

We are regular customers at Sarasas. Staffs are very friendly, polite and accommodating. Food is tasty and consistent in taste and quality. We always feel welcome at Sarasas. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a yummy dosa or any spice kick....

We had a take away yesterday and were quite disappointed with the quality, we have eaten many times in Sarasas and found that the quality has gone done. When we bought this up before we were told that there was a change of chef, this seems to have had a distinct impact on the quality on the food. This is a shame because we really did like the food very much, hopefully the original chef will return and the quality will improve. When it first opened the food was wonderful now it seems to be very bland and without flavour. Such a shame.

As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted and attended to with impeccable service. I started clapping while showing my partner something in conversation, the waiter came running over thinking I was clapping for his attention!! Lol. That is how hospitable they are here. The food.... 10/10!! Fully recommend this eating establishment.

Came on Sunday evening. Service was quick, food quality was good and portions sizes were ideal for us. Staff very friendly and helpful. Been here a few times and always walk away happy.

i am regular sarasas client and come with a family of 10 people . please sort out your service . ordered one dosa and other items including main course , it’s been 50 minutes . and they delivered the starters and the main course all at once as they became very late . other sarasas is way to better in service . please avoid coming here

I went there on a weekend at about 6pm and the service was excellent. Jairam was looking after us with warmth and care. My child was paid special attention to. I ordered dahi puri which was an absolute disappointment. I would not recommend it at all from here. The dahi was too cold and there was almost no filling inside. The chutneys were also not very great. I was really having second thoughts but I stayed back because of my child. However, the ghee roast and the Gobi Manchurian alongwith sweetlime soda, was exceptionally delicious. I was super happy and was thankful to have visited the place. The staff is nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend you to visit here but order wisely!

Superb dosa and can highly recommend

The service is commendable. The food is exceptionally authentic. After trying manyyyy restaurants and eateries, we randomly hopped at Sarasas and to our surprise, right after tasting the food, we were lost in the flavors, so authentically prepared. All the flavors were complimenting the freshness of food. The staff is extremely polite and the ambience is calm and very happening. looking forward for many lunches and dinners here :)

Tasteless and expensive! Go only if there are no other options. Ordered few dishes and none of them were good. Masala Papad had no masala and the papad was tasteless. Masala peanuts were just plain roasted peanuts. Where’s masala in both the dishes? Gobi 65 was again tasteless and same goes for Schezwan noodles. Complete ripoff. Veg platter in sizzler was not available.

Great good and service as always. Visited for our grandads 90th birthday, and Jalam and team ensured everything was perfect.

The food was amazing, especially the chilli paneer. There's a great selection for a range of dietary preferences. They were also very kid-friendly, gave us everything that our baby needed. We had a great time!
