Very disappointed, by there policy.. If you getting any meal either 10 or 50£ You need to pay for the sauces and for pri pri masala wow never had that In my life…. I got the meal not even a single dip.. seems like you wasting your money because the sauce is not even home made. Better I get the sauces from Asian shop!!! Worst experience in chicken shop….

Lovely food and friendly staff 10/10 of everything

Always visit here when I'm in Northwood Hills. Consistently good food and nice service. Ignore the reviews saying the chicken is undercooked. I've never experienced it here. Properly cooked chicken can still be pink or have blood vessels.

Absolutely appalled by the food my husband and I had this evening. We cannot fault the chips but the chicken strip burgers were severely undercooked (basically fully pink) and inedible. It's such a shame that a busy and usually good chicken shop like this would serve customers uncooked meat (especially ones that can make people sick). Hoping we don't wake up with food poisoning but it's safe to say that we will not be getting food from here ever again!

The Sri Lankan girl in the front is always making the experience a pleasant one. The winger bucket is my favourite order with them. Wings are better than Sam's Chicken and KFC compared to the price spent. One of the best shops in Northwood Hills town.

Their chicken is so good that I continue to order it even after it gave me food poisoning. I order peri peri chicken on Uber eats from this Tams far too often. It has became a staple for our family. I tried quite a few other shops near me but this place is the best. The mild here is the same as the hot at all other shops. It’s not often that food can come out of both ends yet you’ll still order it again in a few weeks.

Be careful. Never pay them before they cook your food. they are fraudsters. I bought two grilled chicken from restaurant Tams, 78 Joel St, Northwood HA6 1LL. I made the order over the phone on 19/12/2023 at 20:20. I arrived at the shop at 20:35. I saw the raw chicken just placed on the grill. I asked the person cooking it to put sauce while cooking. he refused. i insisted. So, he put sauce on one of the chicken and put it straight away in packaging. I asked him to put it back as that will poison me. He refused. I asked for money back. He refused. I took video evidence and will share in this website after i settle legally the theft of my money for no food in return.

So at first I hated this place, the chips where dry and the chicken wings had blood In it, the only good thing was the burgers ,However, I've came back last week and they have improved a lot; the chicken tastes better then KFC, the chips are immaculate especially with peri peri spice and the burger tastes more tastier

Avoid They are thieves They don't give away ketchup and meyo!! They don't give none unless you pay while all other chicken shops in the street give it free! I told their manager this is not proper customer service how would you expect customers to come back here with this kind of greedy attitude. their manager answered saying to me you are not out customer you are new customer!!! Avoid their chicken Also not that good. Be aware go to other chicken shops on the street. I lived in the UK 23 years I never had to pay for ketchup or mayonnaise in any chicken shop. Orders from here as Nando’s don’t deliver to my area and omg. I loved it. It was the best food I’ve tasted after Nando’s. Cooked perfectly and made to order. Extra hot. delivered on time and arrived piping hot. Really impressed with the food and prices.

I usually take a pic of the food before making a review but hunger got the better of me today. Many positives in this shop, however a few negatives that really can't be ignored, hence the lack of a five star review. Halal, yes all meals are suitable for Muslims and those who only eat halal food. Spicy and tasty coating on wings and strips? Yes. Nice variety on offer and reasonable prices? Yes, truly. Negatives: they charge for sauces other than a couple (max three ketchup satchets) per meal. The fried wings although fresh hot and spicy with a nice taste to them are an extremely bad idea if you have a weaker stomach. THEY DO NOT COOK THEM THOROUGHLY ENOUGH AND LEAVE THE WINGS STILL LOOKING BLOODY INSIDE!!! (Anyone who has ever worked in the catering or fast food industry or even cooked chicken in their lives knows that all chicken has salmonella among other harmful bacteria for human consumption. If you do not thoroughly cook out the harmful bacteria it WILL give you stomach issues).... I hope this shop and all the others out there who partake in this disgusting practice of undercooking and selling chicken pieces/ wings/ poultry etc to the public ends super fast or on my next visit I'll be reporting the same shop to environmental health. Nobody wanna eat food poisoning and pay for the privilege you know 💀💀💀

Well, I love to order from this place great food. I recommend to get the half quarter pounder, absolutely delicious! But I tried to order from Uber Eats and the order apparently got eaten by the driver who was delivering my food and then didn't go through for me to order it again. I even wanted to get dinner for me and my children but when it took to long I couldn't let them starve. So i decided to get Domino's instead, get pizzas for amazing prizes.

I sometimes visit Northwood for work and about two years ago I came across this place. Best peri peri in town, clean and friendly staff. I tried the BBQ wings last time and they were proper BBQ.

Tried for the first time to get the food for the picnic. It turned out to be very delicious, and prices were also very reasonable despite in a rather expensive area.

Best deals in northwood. 6 pieces of chicken with 2 chips for £6! Box meals with 1 burger 3 wings 1 fried chicken chips and drink for £5. Good quality food. Fast service. Clean and good value for money. You have some parking at front too.
