Costa Coffee in Hillingdon

I purchased a small americano and was given exemplary customer service, whilst exiting the door knocked the coffee out of my hand and the team made me another coffee without hesitation. I am so happy because I it made my experience and day even better.

I just received my order which included the mac&cheese which was for my lunch. They didn't bother to call to say it was out of stock just sent the coffee. I would have cancelled the whole order had I known and they should have given me that choice. It's very sneaky and money grabbing to not tell the customer that 2 out of 3 things ordered is not available.

I always get great service from here from all staff. Special thanks go out to Ingrid. I ordered an iced flat white with oat milk and she explained how it will come out etc as it’s not the same as cow milk. She is really lovely 😻 Thank you all 🥰

My my Mac and cheese was not delivered.

The guy I think his name is Amin or something like that he’s extremely rude. He started a long argument with me and constantly advising me just because I wanted to pay with Scottish money and he didn’t accept it I paid him with £50 notes without saying anything. I just said I never had problem with Scottish money anywhere. He replied that I am lying and no one take the Scottish money and then he was Repeatedly forcing me to go to the bank and give the money to them. 👎👎👎 that was not a professional behaviour he did

your driver left my order on the doorstep without knocking. Not happy as order was almost cold by the time I found it.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I was given yesterday! I made an order from Costa Coffee Ruislip Manor I ordered an iced coffee and a cheese and ham toastie, I opened the bag and there was no toastie but I had paid £5 for it! I then see on the receipt someone has written “sorry don’t have” in those exact words next to the toastie on the receipt! I submitted a refund request as I had not received the item and it was denied! This is a joke!

I ordered 2 large latte's with vanilla syrup. When they arrived there was no syrup in either.

I will never order Costa online again. The coffee was spilt - for the umpteenth time! - and the courier did not ring the bell but left it on the doorstep for me to find by accident 20 mins later. Never sgain!

I paid for an almond croissant that wasn't delivered

I asked for sausage in a bun put I got bacon

After a dismal experience at the eastcote Costa was advised to go to the Manor, staff are fast, polite and very good at their jobs, will keep going back even though its out of my way I love the top class customer service

Due to the limited options available (no halal options) we settled for the cheese and tomato toastie which is always a delight. Had a cortado which was lovely, but since it was made first and the toastie after, the coffee was not hot. Overall very nice, but mildy hot coffee wasn't to my liking.

The Wiltshire Ham & Mature Cheddar Toastie is missing from my delivery

I ordered a few things for what I hoped would be a nice lunch. They delivered on time but with a note that they didn’t have any of the food and only sent the drinks. I then had to manually apply for a refund. Lost my delivery charge and ended up ordering from somewhere else and paying more fees. Be careful when ordering food, they might not have it!

Driver took my sandwich , this is the second time this has happened with same driver.

Ordered a main meal for lunch, only they didn't have it. The drive told me to check the bag becaus he felt it wasn't heavy enough and yes the mac and cheese was missing! Only not contact no message on the receipt. Just took my money and didn't provide the actual complete order!! Very annoyed!

I placed an just eat order at 9am this morning and the order was accepted straight away. I had only ordered 2 items. It has taken them an hour and 40 minutes to cancel my order. I work in a restaurant with ordering platforms I know how they work. If you did not have the items you should not have accepted the order or I should have received a phone call. I wouldn't have minded if the order was a little late however I didn't even receive my order and it took almost 2 hours for them to cancel it for me! Not impressed. Won't be ordering again.

This Costa Coffee is my favourite of the Costa's in the local area I come from Hillingdon and cycle 3 Mile just to come here. I love the food and Latte its always hot. I like coming in before I go and have a massage just a few doors away. Im now visiting more frequently. The staff are very friendly, chatty and gorgeous would highly recommend this Costa atmosphere, Space, Friendliness and Food.

Shocking customer service, not acknowledged by staff, customers seem to be an inconvenience to staff. Was not told my coffee was ready as I stood waiting. Won’t be returning.

Unfriendly staff, ignored when first went in, then told they had no ice when it was obvious they just didn't want to make a frappe as they were due to close 10 mins later. Second time been told no ice, either laziness or bad ordering system.

George at Ruislip Manor Costa Coffee is the best barista ever! He takes pride and pleasure in making the best possible drinks for his customers and he makes his customers feel so welcome!

One sandwich missing, another wasn't sealed properly and had fallen apart in the bag. All food items were cold. 2 x hot chocolate lukewarm at best, with lumps of who knows what floating. I didn't order marshmallows. Real disappointment from a brand I usually really enjoy.

Order from here a lot but today both coffees tasted of Strawberry !!!!

Croissant was very dry. But the christmas drinks were great, particularly the black forest hot chocolate

Grabbed a quick latte while getting back to work. Staff worked fast and I was served quickly. Very friendly staff. Love the range of cakes they have. All look very yummy. Latte tasted lovely. The taste I’m used to with costa. Store was clean and tidy. Seating area was not too busy. Next place to have a coffee date with friends.

there was a queue when entered the place but only two people serving so it was not to good then a third staff member came in and things started moving

First visit here service was very slow and not welcoming with a smile. I had a takeaway coffee it was luke warm so not great hence the rating I've given here!

Poor staffing very poor english

Several tables were uncleared. Staff member walked past without clearing. I had to clear my own table. Cafe not so busy that one of the three members of staff on duty could not have cleared the tables. Especially since one kept walking past them! Staff preparing drinks are not wearing masks, we'll be lucky if we don't catch COVID-19 here today.

As my local Costa, it’s the best one so far, sorry I took a bite longer to leave a review. Highly Recommending….

Friendly staff, clean and great coffee.

Regular stop for me. Always prompt and friendly service. Take away only at the moment. Usual coffee shop offering with range of hot drinks and sweet cakes. May have to queue for a short while but worth it. Now June 2021 offers both take away and sit in.

Coffee is good but Large mocha is 1/2 full?

There is a Eastern European Lady who she is very unprofessional, inexperienced and extremely rude to customers and Delivery drivers. Such people do not deserve to work in such a fantastic places and must be fired

I’ve been to Costa Coffee before in Ruislip but not Ruislip Manor. I’ll probably be the same but might be tiny different.

Communal location, good baristas, clean place.. Missing one star due to the fact Costa stopped making Green Tea with Mint cooler and Mushroom Cheese Toasties 😥

Felt safe inside as tables adequately spaced apart. Did not feel rushed by staff at all and breakfast toast and tea was lovely as always.

Service slow and rude when they get the order wrong. Been few times very inconsistent.

It is ok. Felt a bit sticky with the tables.. else everything was fine.

Great place to have coffee, or work of that is what you are after. The one issue is like other Costa's it is quite busy during the peak hours. Good service and pleasant nonetheless.

A child friendly shop and it's clean and spacious and definitely a lot better than it's Ruislip High Street counterpart. But the coffee as ever as overpriced relative to the quality (more often poorer than not). Usually mostly milk in oversized mugs and poorly frothed. Aside from going outside of Ruislip, the coffee is better at Ora Brasserie, or Melisi on Ruislip High Street.

Very clean compared to a lot of others in the same chain and nice friendly atmosphere, the staff clearly know the local customers well. Service is a little slow but nothing major.

pretty good, though they had a broken AC a few weeks ago by it seemed as though they were fixing it. Would note they are not always the most clean but the other costa on ruislip high street (minutes away, even by foot) is a much more well kept counter part. Nevertheless both serve good coffee and I have never had a bad experience with the staff.
