Double cheeseburger 🍔 was very tasty so I ordered another , family loved it here aswell definitely would go again.

Love this place. The people who work here are so nice. Sure the food is a little overpriced, but it's good food. Not like places which have posh branding and overpriced food that is stale. A good friendly atmosphere, thus the name. Amigos is the place you want to go

Had my burger meal and milkshake recently, milkshake was amazing and chicken burger was juicy as well, although I ordered through uber which took 40 minutes to deliver which was quite long TBH.

Quality of the food has gone downhill recently especially the burgers. Chips are still decent though

Always a issue with this branch, and the workers there come up with the most creativ excuses. Took them 45 minutes to realise there's no cooked chicken!

Really friendly staff and the burgers are really tasty. The chicken bites are a lovely lunchtime snack. If you go, don't leave without trying the oreo shake!

I just visited the store before 2 days and they give me a very less quantity of fries ,i normally visited store and it was really good quantity ,but from last 2 visit it was awful .last time there is one girl who gave fries nd the quantity it was Really less ,prefer not to go from now.

We just received our order and the chicken is burned the chips cold and the burger is so small I don’t recommend it 👎waste of money

i ordered peri peri chicken and peri peri chip and a bottle of coke the drink was nice and cold. chicken was tastefull. nice peri peri chips next time i eat out will be going here and going to be recommending to my friends. would recommend highly surgest you go here and get the peri peri chips and peri peri chicken will be coming again here soon.

Nice burger place, been a few times and there's been consistency, we had the buttermilk chicken burger and fries, quantities were massive and milkshakes were brilliant, only downside is that it's cold there during the winter months as there is no entrance porch. Recommend

Staff are rude. Called to tell them about a burger they had sent was completely burnt from inside. They hung up on me. Went into store and they are trying to pawn me off. No manners or principles.

Food was nice, but my girlfriend thought the buttermilk chicken was too spicy, got the food in 20 minutes, understandable it was a little busy, but the chips were cold by the time we got them.

Honestly I used to rate this burger spot but it seems like it is under new management or has changed recently so I am having to downgrade my rating. We ordered for collection and the food was promptly ready. But the quality of the burgers and flavour have dropped dramatically. I ordered a happynero which was not made for me either. I won't be coming back unfortunately

Was great a while ago. Maybe it was the owners running the place which is what made it a reliable place. Last 2 visits, I had pickle which I made clear we do not want in any of the £40 plus spend on burgers, no ketchup and poor service. You pay peanuts you get monkey is a true saying. Now it's just like any other chicken shop. Served by indians.

Bad quality burgers and hard rock fries. Hope it closes down soon so atleast a better quality resturant opens up

My teenagers absolutely love Amigos. Burgers are just the right size and always juicy. Fries and Milkshakes are good too. Good value if you order milkshakes as part of the meal.

Service was average to a little cold but it’s a burger place so… ordered the mushroom burger which was ok but pretty sure the patty wasn’t a mushroom burger more that old school veggie mush burger - not what I was expecting given what was advertised

The food was leng as always, food was fresh, milkshakes banged and the man there were friendly and service was solid. Food came quick as well. Tables and chairs were spotless absolutely clean. Nothing to complain about for real. Prices were quality as well for the quality of food

Used for the 1st time tonight and really impressed, food was lovely and plenty of it, great value for money...So good my son ordered 20 minutes later and I added another couple of burgers...

It's a shame really this burger place but has recently nose dived in quality. In my most recent visit the order for 5 burgers took 50 minutes which is ridiculous. The food itself was poorly made. The burgers were all overcooked and dry. And the milkshakes were so thick that the paper straw collapsed in of itself.

Took over thirty minutes to make a simple crispy chicken sandwich. By the time it was served it was already cooled.

Delicious burgers, freshly made. We have only ever taken away, I wouldn't eat in as it's always cold in there whilst waiting for food. Staff are lovely, smiling and accommodating. The only one thing is the chips....I like hot chips....the chips here are always luke warm or cold.

Been visiting Amigos a few times since it opened and read the highly rated reviews. I am happy to say i have not been left disappointed. I typically order the Chick Filet double burger and on every occasion it has been superb. Tasty, generous portions and freshly made. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. If you like a decent Burger then i highly recommend this place and is definitely the go to place in Northwood Hills.

It's an American restaurant, but if they sell burgers of this size in America they will be out of business very quickly. Last time I ordered the burgers were smaller than my palm

Our Tuesday dinner hangout. Lovely place and staff. There are plenty of burger choices and yummy shakes. Our little boy loves to come here.

Quality was really good, a fantastic variety of menu options and very reasonably priced.

Got the “phat munch” deal - double cheeseburger, two wings, Mac n cheese bites, fries. The double cheeseburger is a very nice burger, (it’s small so if you want a bigger one go for maybe the main amigo burger or another), also simple with two cheese slices and onion and sauce, nice bun that’s soft but stays together, well balanced patty - juicy and meaty although no crispy edges like some burgers but still very good flavour and a delicate amount of fat to add flavour but can also taste the meat, not the best I’ve tried but for a local burger it’s a good option for a tasty treat. I’ve tried a lot of burgers so know what I’m looking for too. The Mac n cheese bites were also very nice, definitely better than most ones I have tried, they had something about them. The wings were tasty too, the meat fell off the bone, but not necessarily star of the show. Another good thing was they gave two free sauces in pots and two sachets of ketchup and Mayo which you don’t often get. Service was good too.

Staff are incredibly rude! Awful customer service. Chicken was dry and heavily burnt, it was not consumable. Source had open up and went all over the cold chips. Will definitely not be ordering from here as they clearly have no intention of providing service.

We are regular customers here, but recently the meat quality of burger is really rubbish. We gave them chance three times but everytime we had to bin the burger because it is inedible very low quality meat, like they mince bones and plastic with it. I phoned the store to complain and they guy who answered did not care at all and blamed the supplier for poor quality burger without offering any compensation or even apology. very disappointed to be treated like this and wasted my money on food went to garbage. Avoid this place and don't waste your money.

Zero start in everything. I ordered Amigos beef burger, the worse burger I had in my life. The meat is like a rubber couldn't chew it and it has solid pieces like bones minced with the meat. Never again. This poor quality should not be allowed and must be reported. Disgraceful.

Good burger at a reasonable price. The staff at the time were also really nice to my kids which was appreciated.

We are regular customers but the burger I just had was the worst ever. Did you mince the whole animal to your patties? Sometimes in a poor quality mince you can get couple bits of ligaments or tendons but not this amount I just had! Third of a patty is on a table, inedible. How can you allow this? I wouldn't give it to a dog! Another downfall is rotten lettuce. You charge tenner for a burger but cannot buy decent fresh lettuce?? How disgusting 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The chicken was hard to chew and the food quality was okiesh. I ordered 4 different things and they were all average from taste and quality wise. They need to improvise the taste/flavour of their products as most were separated from sauce and meat.

This is the best Amigos I have been to. The food is of a high standard and i was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant.

This place is beyond amazing....I work at the shop opposite and seriously cant have enough of their chips. I order from them almost every single day. The owner-Mr. Yusuf is super friendly and he is always ready to alter the menu however you like. So you might come in with something in mind and then leave the shop with something else because everything in the menu issss sooooooooo goood. Highly recommended!!!!

When I say the happyNero spicy burger lived up to the name I mean it , the hottest burger I've ever had , I had to take a break halfway through ,10/10 would buy it again. Seasoned fries are great as well, can't wait to get more

Didn't want to give it one star. 1 1/2 hours for a delivery and for a fiver for a burger wrapped in tin foil that was rank if im honest. More a moan at the food than delivery time. If they were to busy as the driver claimed they shouldn't have took the order. I will NOT go here again.

I have never been more disappointed. Ordered for my whole family and was and hour and a half wait. The food was soggy and cold. My meal was wrong, so I ended up paying £4 more for something that I wasn't given. When called to talk to someone got told to wait and hung up on. I'm NEVER going to eat at this place again and will NOT recommend it to even my worst enemy

Food taste good. But have noticed how the burgers have got smaller. After this time I will not be eating there again as portion size was to small for the price they charge. Burgers used to be better than mc donalds but now the meat pattie was the same size or little smaller. Real shame.

I ordered food via Uber eats. I live 5 mins away and this was my 4th order with this place. My last order the Uber driver got lost and my food arrived stone cold. When I spoke to the restaurant - they couldn’t care less! At no time did they say they would speak to the driver and give him directions. The chap on the phone was very rude and patronizing. Clearly being a regular customer is not something they want. Suggest a more customer focused attitude or you too will be a one minute wonder like Caprinos’s pizza!!
