Servings are ridiculously small for the price. Got a family platter the amount of meat is a joke compared to what you would get at any Turkish/Middle Eastern restaurant. Better off going gokyuzu or Kervan, cheaper, better quality food and better portion size

Lovely early evening meal. Service was excellent as was the food. Between us, we had Lamb chops and Lamb shank, both of which were cooked to perfection.

Really delicious, ambience was lovely, food was a 10/10. The decor is really beautiful too! So it felt like a deluxe 5 star meal! Only really spent around ~70 for 5 people, so in this economy, I think its a steal.

The restaurant is very clean. I had the lamb casserole, the meat should have fallen apart however, it was very chewy and one of my party had the same and was unable to cut the meat. One of my party had fish which she said was very dry. We had to keep reminding the waiters for top up of drinks.

The best food, and high customer service hospitality. The coffee is a real Turkish one.

Food was lovely, I had lamb skewers this time but I have a many things from here before and everything has been delicious 😋 great restaurant, great service every time. You won't be sorry you tried it ! And the cocktails are lovely too. Only thing i didn't like was the chocolate souffle and ice cream but im not a big fan of chocolate anyway

My experience here was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond especially Mohamed. The food was exceptional. The drinks are fantastic and overall I think my experience was 10 out of 10.

Went on valentines was beautifully set out, ambience nice. Wasn’t aware it was a set menu at time of booking, food was excellent but cost double and as we were about to leave my husband used the toilet to be locked in with no handle on inside. This would have ordinarily been very funny if it wasn’t for the waiter who absolutely didn’t care less when my expressed that the handle was broken and the next person was going to get locked in also! Spoke to the second waiter to make them aware, they also didn’t care. It seemed as soon as they had the money the service changed. Disappointing end to what was a lovely meal.

Booked for Valentine’s Day and wasn’t aware you were forced to have their set menu that they bump the price up of everything way more than it usually is for no reason, we had only one starter two mains and two drinks and were charged £90 for the pleasure, when we explained we didn’t even order enough for their set menu they were like ‘it’s free it’s free you’re not paying for dessert you didn’t want’ when we are actually paying DOUBLE

Yaprak Eastcote maintains a very high (and most importantly) consistent experience. A genuinely warm reception, friendly staff and delicious food make this a great a great place for a meal out. If you are on the fence deciding where to go for dinner, give Yaprak a go and you won't be disappointed.

It's been awhile since I came back just when it was a smaller restaurant. BUT I must say bravo 👏🏽 to owners of the establishment. You've really put the effort and hard work to making it a standout restaurant. Upon entering the design and layout exudes excellence the light decor and mood is really amazing. We came during lunchtime and even then it was busy. The food was a delight and the presentation sublime. I would compare it to something being ordered in Mayfair to elite level standards.

Been here twice as others had booked. First time was about 2 years ago and this time in January 2025. The staff need to be trained to be polite as they come across as quite abrupt and miserable. The food is not good value for money, 4 lamb chops for £23 is simply a bit ridiculous and the rice did not have any substance to it. This is a mediocre place at best and the design and decorations are just there for instagram pictures and the food is served in a similar fashion - good to take a photo but you'll need to order double or eat at home after. The menu is way too big too. You can find better prices and michelin star food in central london and if its luxury dining this place is going for, the food needs to change.

Overpriced, food 5/10 A bit disappointed :(

If you’re looking for a place to sit enjoy food and catchup I would NOT recommend. Went for lunch today with a relative I haven’t seen in almost 10 years for a catch up. Felt like we were being rushed out and unable to enjoy the moment. Kept being asked if we are done and asked if plates can be cleared mid eating, quite literally as I had bread in my hand to take a bite. I wouldn’t go back as I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed.

Enjoyed our meal at Yaprak. Food was really good. Service was excellent, attentive and friendly staff. Starters of calamari, hummus and halloumi all good. Chicken and Lamb shish very tasty. Would recommend this place.

Mohammed looked after us this afternoon, was very polite, funny & friendly. Restaurant was fantastic and the food was great. Went the extra mile as it was my brothers graduation. Fantastic overall!

Love the food and atmosphere! First visit to the Ruislip restaurant and it was perfect! Food is always fresh and full of flavour! The manager is very welcoming and sat us at a table straight away even though it was late and we didn't have a booking! Will definitely be returning and making this place a regular visit! Me and a few friends visited but felt the waiter was over enthusiastic and a bit cocky.....saw him pulling faces to another waiter behind our backs! Felt rushed and uncomfortable like we had to eat and go! ....food was amazing but a bit pressured into having a dessert which we ended up doing.....

I have been dining at this restaurant for years, since it first opened, when staff made genuine effort. After expanding in double space and over the last few years they significantly increased their price ranges. This is not reflected in the quality or portions or service anymore. Historically the food palette and quality had been good with lunch/dinner experiences having consistency. Unfortunately this is not the case anymore, food portions appear more limited, quality has faltered and, it seems that even offering a small treat at the end of a meal has become a niche when it used to be standard. Moreover the service has been declining. The restaurant should vet and train serving staff, rather than expect customers who go out to enjoy their dinner to to put up with unprofessional attitude. Last dinner is certainly going to be the last, the waiter was moody and particularly unfriendly, they appeared to make effort to assist with the menu options. Plus they forgot instructions to bring out a child's meal earlier. Overall the experience for the family was spoiled by poor attitude that we had to put up with, borderline for a complaint. Frankly there is so much choice around nowadays, compared to when they first established, that I won't be returning.

My family and I had a great time here! It’s our favourite Turkish restaurant. The customer service was amazing, our waiters were entertaining, caring and gave us the best experience. They made us laugh many times with their great jokes. The food was delicious as always. Sam was our waiter and he was funny, engaging, kind and attentive to our requests. We fully enjoyed this experience and we will definitely be back.
