Snappy Tomato Pizza in Hillingdon

I ordered a pizza online with extra jelipino and they only put jelipiono nothing else bullshit

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a pizza through their own app and no response. I tried calling and it goes to voicemail every time. I like their pizzas but now I've had enough of this bad service.

Ok … so I was ready to give this place a 1 star.. in fact I did, and am now editing it… so we ordered a the big pizza online for pick up… got there and it was like asking for the winning lottery numbers. Clueless ! Didn’t even realise we ordered it.. Not sure what happened. We paid for it and didn’t get made. They made a pizza for us whilst we waited. But added on time. Pizza was tasty. So 3 star is justified. If the order was correct I’d go 4 maybe 5 but it was a complete mess up

Menu online different to in store. Numerous toppings missing from order because the information they have on the premises differs from online. Staff extremely rude when calling to explain. This has happened in their other branches too (no surprise many have since closed down!). I’d avoid this company altogether if I was you! Would give zero stars if I could.

Food is good but takes too long for delivery and 2 out of every 3 orders they forget something and then you have to wait for them to send it

Acton branch Has one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The pasta bolognaise was super fresh and delicious. Staff was so friendly and the prices were so reasonable.

Visited London for 2 days staying in holden court apartments when we came across snappy pizza. Snappy pizza makes the pizza fresh from hand made dough and fresh ingredients and wow what a difference that makes, totally one of the nicest we have tried. And there burgers are also amazing. My only regret is I can't take them back to Devon. The staff remembered us from the night before and even asked our time was at the zoe! Amazing customer service.

Great pizza. Super cheesy, generous with toppings, collection deals are really well priced.

For now purely based on answering their calls and answering quiestions , very polite telephone manner and profesionalism. Will make an order in 5 mins , will post a honest review on taste appearance and customer service. Taste appearance overall 10/10

Pure pricks,Chinese food is good but the workers are pure tossers,no such thing as customer service.

Normally I would recommend this to anyone. Last week went there and I said when ordering to change toppings on two pizzas. Guy said on "both"? I said yes because someone allergic to green peppers. When another guy was making pizzas he was putting green peppers. Again I had to remind him he said no problem and he made two more. When I got pizzas I assumed he had done it right as I reminded him. Checked top only and was raining so left. Got home and 1 was wrong. I called and said please can I speak to manager. I spoke to a guy who was sao apologetic and said he would deliver all way to Southall a new correct pizza and I said thank you so much. Two mins later the guy who took my order,elderly guy with glasses called and shouted at me saying "how dare you say I make mistake I never do I'm not sending you anything! You made mistake I never do. I tried to ask his name and ask who I had spoke to before but he spoke over me and I said if I had made an error why didn't guy making pizza tell me? I understand miscommunication occurs but he was the rudest person in that shop. He then slammed phone down on me when I asked his name saying he was too busy and he was "always right and I can do what I want". Advice to people - be very clear what you want and check every pizza and watch as they make it if you go there! Have contacted head office as what a disgusting way to behave in that franchise.

Their prices are comparable to Dominos down the road, and their pizzas are not bad - if I wanted a change from Dominos then I'd consider Snappy.
